Teri Meri Love Stories 26th August 2012 Written Update

This is the story of a girl named niti and a guy,vivan who are best friends since their childhood whose friendship culminates into a budding romance in their adolescence,but due to unfortunate circumstances they part ways,get married and meet again after 15

years with their respective spouses at their school Orchid High School’s reunion.The episode starts with a mature ivan looking into the celebration fot the school reunion party whereas his mother and wife are pestering him to come home and eat and relax

whereas he is drowned in the memories of niti and his childhood in this school.On his way home,he comes across a tree and remembers the time that they shared when they were young.On the other hand niti is also shown remembering the same instnaces in

a different car with her huband.Their cars cross but they do not see each other.Her husband says that i dont understand the reasoon you avoid such a bful place,and niti again goes into a flashback and is tensed.When they reach home,her parents tell her about

her friend who has recentl;y delivered a boy and also about vivan’s reunion party.NIti is startled hearing this but on akash’s insistence,she gives in.On the other hand,shweta,vivan’s wife enquires him that does he give this party for someone special coz every

time the party ends he goes sad.He avoids her question and tells her to check on mom.When she goes he is reminded of the time, when after seeing a hindi film,he tries to kiss niti and his father catches both the kids red handed and takes him from there amidst

her parents disturbed and niti crying.15 years have passed since then.

Vivan gets a little nostalgic at the reunion party thinking of the time he spent with niti.When somebody calls out her name,he is shocked to see her walk in with her husband.he is spellbound by her,as she socializes with other schoolmates.He starts singing and

she immediately recognizes his voice,vivan’s mom is tensed at the past resurfacing,and they all watch as she too joing in with him in singing.seeing her dancing with her husband he too imagines doing the same with her in solitude.After the song,akash is

overjoyed seeing his wife’s hidden talent and jestfully questions her about any other secrets that she’s kept from her and she looks at him guiltily.vivan comes to her table and is formerly introduced to akash and also shweta interacts with niti and her

husband.After the party,both viavn and niti are thinking about each other now and in the past.Vivan is drawn back to when he saw niti at the party and how he had in their childhood made plans to marry and never make niti waer sarees and only suits

whereas niti wanted sarees and they had a fight. She goes back to the time,when she had brought pastries given by viavn at home and her brother had thrown it on the ground and she had picked up and eaten the soiled pastry on his instigation.Her heart swells

up remembering it all when akash walks in and thinks that she’s thinking about the reunion party and cuddles her in a hug and thanks her for introducing him to a part of her life that he was not a part of whereas her mind is lost in the past.

Next morning at the breakfast table akash suggests to invite vivan and his wife over dinner.Knowing their past history niti and her parents are tensed at this suggestion.Just then vivan walks in with his wife and notices sanjay,niti’s brother’s garlanded photo on

the wall,and is taken back in time where he was found guilty of killing sanjay.He urges akash and niti to join them in their visit to a holy temple to which akash instantly agrees.They leave and niti’s parents are still tensed about the whole situation.When the

wives are performing the puja,akash urges vivan to tell him more about how niti was in school and says that he isjealous that somebody else knows a part of niti’s life evn more than him.He goes on to comment that vivan is her best friend whereas he is niti’s

love.they have a little debate over who wins in the perennial battle between the two feelings,when vivan irritably comments that akash wont understand the depths of love till he loses it,which he hasnt ever.Akash realises that he has touched a sore wound.On

the other hand shweta too understands the tension between niti and vivan.when they are walking back from the temple tehy are discussing marriage and love,when akash butts in saying that you should marry the person without whom you can never be

happy rather than the one with whom you are happy.He receives a call and comes back saying that he has to leave town for a couple of days and urges his wife to stay and enjoy the place and catch up with old friends and that he will be back in no time.Seeing

some needy people on the footsteps of thetemple ,both akash and shweta go to give some money,vivan takes thsi oppurtunity to ask niti to come to the same place where they used to meet as kids.she looks back at him startled but does not reply.

Next morning a waiting vivan is happy when she comes by the tree and gives her flowers that he used to collect for her as kids.She is overwhelmd seeing this and thepast 15 yrs catch up on them.They start spending time together but secretly,for the fear of

getting caught.Finally he urges her to leave back all relations and run away with him to which she reluctantly agrees.but both of them on returing home,are shcked,niti since akash has returned and vivan because his mother has sensed something is up with

niti and convinces him that she hopes its his final meeting with her.On the other hand,niti too is reminded by her mother that vivan killed her brother and she is taken back in time,when the fire that the fire that vivan had started innocently just to get her

attention ahd taken the life of her brother in an unfortunate tragedy.they both spend the night with their partners mindlessly and in oblivion.Akash notices something wrong with niti and finally deduces that niti is actually vivan’s long lost love.

Nextt morning,vivan and niti ar aabout to elope when akash calls her from behind and asks her how could she not place the trust in her that he would understand her love,her passion for vivan that she’s willing to overlook vivan’s mistake in the past and has to

secretly run away from him.He urges her to go in front of his eyes so that he’s sure that its not a dream but is happening in real.He watches in silence as they leave in vivan’s car and then bursts into tears.He packs his bag and moves out from niti’s house to go

back whereas niti is upset reminded of the time when tehy got married and the happy moments that she spent with akash.The next scene shows that vivan has returned home without niti,and is crying incoherently in his mother’s lap.Shweta and his mother

too are in tears.Whereas akash is shocked to see niti standing in the middle of the road.She explains to him,that all these 15 years she was craving for vivan whereas today when she saw akash waving her off with a smiling face hiding his sadness thats when she

realised the true meaning of love.Having been away from him for just a couple of hours made her realise the importance of the relation that they share.She says that she doesnt expect him to forgive her or take her back as what she did was unforgivable but

atleast this incident has shown her the true meaning of love,says i love you to him and starts walking off.He holds her hand midway and asks her would she be able to live without her love and confesses that he cant.She breaks down into tears,he takes her in his

arms and as usual,this love story too has a happy ending.
