Preethi slits her wrist and collapses while threatening Sagar to marry her. Thapki worried tries to wake her up. Daadi feels dizzy seeing Preeti’s condition. Sapna makes her sit on a chair and slaps Sagar. She says because of him Priyanka has become senseless and Preeti tried to commit suicide, he ruined 2 lives. Thapki walks near Preeti, but Thapki stops him. Purab brings a doctor who treats Preethi and says she will fine by tomorrow. Docor further says since its a suicide case, he needs to inform police. Sagar requests not to or else he will be arrested. Doctor says he can’t help. Purab requests doctor and says it’s a family issue and they will solve it amicably. Doctor asks who will take responsibility. Thapki says she will as Preethi is her cousin sister and she will solve the differences between both families. Doctor leaves. Sapna thanks Thapki for handling the situation. Thapki asks everyone to go and rest and let her be with Preethi.

At might night, Purab walks to Thapki and takes her out for some fresh air. He looks at the moon and says just like after bearing a day’s sunlight, moon gives them a cool light; similarly, life is full of happiness and sorrows and every phase will pass through if one has a life partner like her. He says Preethi will also get a good life partner soon. She thanks him for comforting him and lies on his shoulder holding his hand. Preethi wakes up and coughs. They both rush back to her and offer her water. Thapki says doctor wants her to rest. Preethi relaxes after having water.

Next morning, Thapki performs pooja. Whole family joins her. Daadi says whole house became pure because of her and says Matarani will set everything right. Thapki serves aarti to everyone. Priyanka doesn’t accept it. Thapki asks if she is angry on her. Priyanka says yes and says she was supporting Preethi as she was her cousin. Anshul with mamaji walks in and says her sister Thapki too good that she cannot see anyone’s pain. Mamaji apologizes Singhanias and plead to forgive Preethi, says its because of Preethi’s wrong upbringing by her mother. Anshul says its individual thinking and not mother’s mistake, else even Sagar made a mistake and they cannot blame his mother for that. Veena says Anshul is right.

Vinod asks Mamaji to explain Preethi and take her home. Preethi enters and says she will not go anywhere. Mamaji asks her not to humiliate her father in front of the whole world. Preethi says Sagar loved her even after being married, truth is Sagar doesn’t love Priyanka or else he wouldn’t have come to her. Priyanka gets angry and walks away. Sagar walks behind her. Preethi gets adamant and feels weak. Anshul takes her to room. Mamaji breaks down seeing Preethi’s condition. Thapki consoles him. Mamaji cries that Thapki’s life is ruined by Sudha and Preethi and he is helpless. Purab also consoles Mamaji.

Priyanka packs her bag. Sagar pleads her not to go. Sapna stops Priyanka and says she brought her in this house with lots of hopes. Priyanka says even she came to this house with lots of hope and when her husband is not hers, why should she stay here. Sagar holds her feet and pleads to forgive his mistake as god forgives one mistake. Priyanka says she is not a god and says betrayal is in his nature now and he will never change.

Anshul helps Preethi rest on the bed and angrily bangs furniture. Preethi says he will hurt himself. Anshul explains her that she is ruining Priyanka’s life and says Sagar will not leave Priyanka, even if she gets Sagar, he will never be hers. Thapki enters and says Anshul is right, she shouldn’t do wrong and face a day when she cannot face herself.
