The episode starts with parvati saying this war between demons is about to come. All gods see the demons coming towards heaven slowly with their armies. Kartikeya stands with some soldiers to stop them.
Indra dev and all gods say we need to choose a pratham devta for our guidance who can save us. All gods say we should go to kailash now. Parvati says mahadev, there is a need to choose a new god who will guide everyone against this war because all the demons are arising together.
In kailash a meet is set, and the tridev with mata parvati and all the gods of heaven come with rishi’s too. The gods do pranam to the tridev. Indra dev says tridev you all know well about the situation that will soon come to us. Indra dev says there is going to be a great war between all the gods and

all the demons, we can fight the demons tridev but it is more threatening now, these demons are very powerful and can defeat us all. Mahadev says devraj I know of the danger and I believe what you say is right. Indra dev says mahadev how much time more do we have to always get defeated and insulted from these demons? It was tarkasur, gajasur and then sindhura and so many demons before, always a powerful ansh from you tridev came for our help. These demons always target heaven first and defeat us, we have a grave need for a param devta, suryadev says yes we need a vignaharta and someone who will guide us, the one who can defeat all the demons himself too and is able to tell us the right way. Indra dev says we need a god whom we will pray, a god of gods. All gods say yes mahadev. Rishi agastya says mahadev indra dev is right, all gods need a god too, and they have to be chosen from here.
Indra dev says but who will be the right god from amongst us? Rishi narad muni appears. He says narayana narayana. Narad comes and does pranam to all tridev and says devraj the real question is who will be the god from you all? Then narad asks tridev if he can say something? Tridev say yes. Narad says so indra dev, you are the devraj yourself, king of gods and ruler of heaven, I think you should be the pratham devta. Devraj smiles. Narad says don’t you all gods think? Indra dev can guide you all as he is the reason it rains and then food grows, so people sacrifice food for gods only then, so who all have a problem? Agni dev says no I don’t accept this. Indra dev is annoyed. Agni dev says I am fire, and the food is sacrificed in me, if I stop my work then the food wont reach us gods, I think I am capable and should be the pratham devta. Narad says what you say is also right, but agni without vayu, then rishi says no nothing agni dev should be the pratham devta. Vayu dev says rishi what were you saying? Narad goes and says no just saying that agni cannot be light without vayu right? So vayu is also important, vayudev says yes you are right, without me no one can live and I am important, so I should be the pratham devta. Narad says yes. Suddenly yamraj says there was a meeting and no one called me? Yamraj comes and lands down and does pranam to tridev. Yamraj says I am the god of death and hell, I control the life cycle of death and life, if I stop it then everything will be a mess, I should be pratham devta. Narad says oh okay, then he says but water? Varun dev smiles. Narad says varun devta controls water. Varun dev says yes without my water, no one can live in this world, I should be pratham dev. Suryadev says but without my light, everything will be dark and end itself. I should be pratham devta. Kartikeya comes, narad says but the one who is a warrior and saves and protects the universe, he should be pratham devta, that is kartikeya. Kartikeya does pranam to everyone. Narad smiles. Parvati looks at him and he looks down. gajanan comes on mushak ji and says see mushak ji now you are learning to take my weight. Gajanan comes and stands. All gods say I should be pratham devta.
Gajanan comes and says everyone is equally competitive, I suggest a judge should be there and decide who has to be the pratham devta. Indra dev says yes mahadev, gajanan is right. Mahadev smiles. Indra dev says narayana you should choose someone from us. Vishnu says not only me, we tridev will discuss and tell you. All 3 gods start discussing and come to a conclusion. Mahadev says we have decided that there shall be a competition for everyone to prove themselves. Mahadev says tomorrow in the morning, a race will be there in which all gods will run on their vehicles and touch first rhishikesh, then the moon and all planets and come back to kailash. Indra dev says but mahadev how will we know all gods have touched this point? What if someone comes back cheating? Mahadev says each god has to be bring back some mud from each place. All gods say yes. Indra dev says even gajanan should participate in this race. Parvati says yes gajanan you will participate in this race. All gods go. mahadev says kartikeya even you will participate in this race. Kartikeya says yes. Gajanan then says brother kartikeya, now even I have a vehicle like everyone, come I will show you. He and kartikeya go and gajanan shows mushak ji, gajanan says see brother mushak ji, kartikeya is confused. Gajanan says I will sit on him. mushak ji falls down. kartikeya is worried and says brother gajanan, mushka ji cannot even take your weight, have you seen the vehicle of other gods? Leave them, see my peacock mayur, you know how fast he is, how will mushak ji compete all of them? Gajanan says it is okay mushak ji, you will do it and it is my believe in you. Parvati comes and says kartikeya, gajanan’s vehicle mushak ji is not incapable, always remember before seeing someone’s capability you should never judge them. Kartikeya says yes. Gajanan says mother, brother was not judging my vehicle, he was just worried for me as he does not want me to lose. Gajanan says but there is no problem, because whoever from us both wins, it will be your only son mother. Parvati says yes and goes with kartikeya. Gajanan says a mahdev son is only going to win for sure.
