Zee TV highlights social issues through their popular shows!

Zee TV’s popular shows Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke and Doli Armaanon Ki emphasize on the social issue of Women Empowerment through their upcoming tracks.

Zee TV’s popular shows Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke and Doli Armaanon Ki are gearing up for a hard hitting and socially driven sequences which will give an important message to the audiences about women empowerment.

As seen in Shakuntalam Telefilms’ show Sapne Suhane Ladkpan Ke, Gunjan (Roopal Tyagi) is striving hard to expose the fraud Baba as people have blind faith on his preachings and spirituality. Though she is successful in exposing Baba’s evil deeds in the show another major topic will be brought into light which is the issue of women abuse.

The track will be shown in a way that Gunjan (Roopal Tyagi) and Mayak (Ankit Gera) will go to their ancestral village to attend the marriage function and there they will see that how women are being ill-treated. They will witness that women are not safe. Women who step out in the evening all of a sudden disappear and never ever return back. Their condition is worst as they have been raped in the village. The shocking part will be that nobody cares about it and not even cops help these women. Thus Gunjan and Mayak will try to eradicate this evil in the show. They will help these women to speak for themselves and raise their voice against this horrendous crime prevalent in our country.

We got in touch with talented actor Ankit to know more about the track for which he said, “Yes there will be track about women empowerment basically we are doing this track to give a message to the audience and make them understand that what is happening around. Me and Gunjan will go to a village for the marriage and will find that the condition of women is really bad as they are been raped and nobody including cops help them as there are some political people involved in it. Thus we will try to get into the roots as to who are responsible for all such crimes and so. Actually this topic has become a very talked about topic as we all can see the rate of rape has increased so it is very necessary to focus on such topic and want people to know that they must also try to take efforts to eradicate this problem.”

“We have started shooting and we are actually shooting at a village which is situated at the out skirts of Mumbai. It is such a nice feeling because Mumbai has a very fast life and after coming here in the village we feel that we have come 100 years back,” ends Ankit.

Another show which emphasizes on such a social topic is Spellbound Productions’ Doli Armaanon Ki. As seen in the show Samrat whips Urmi (Neha Marda) with a belt. Quite shivering! It will so happen that Samrat who is drunk and will hit Urmi in the state on unconsciousness. An argument erupts between Urmi and Samrat and he gets hyper on her statements. Eventually Samrat will beat Urmi.

Now in the upcoming episodes, Urmi will get to know about Samrat’s game plan of sending Manish to flirt with her at the dance class, in the upcoming episode Samrat’s truth will be exposed in front of the family members.

When got in touch with Mohit Malik to know more about the track and he says, “Yes we are coming up with such episode where in an outburst I do this evil thing to Urmi. In real my character is not evil but I do it because I was not in my senses. Now the show will become more interesting because now Urmi will fight for her rights and that’s what the audience was waiting for. She will rise and fight against all bad things happening to her. I think with this episode the show will become more popular. In the last episodes we were making a base for the show but the real battle will begin now after Urmi raising her voice for her rights.”

Neha Marda says, “In the upcoming episode I will expose Samrat’s game plan, I will expose everything about Samrat before the family, he has been very cruel to me throughout and so I will yell at him by saying a dialogue “Draupadi ka cheer haran Kaurav ne kiya but tumne toh apne biwi ka hee cheer haran kiya. In the night he comes to me and hits me with a belt in such a bad way that I get marks on my body. Now in the upcoming episode I will rise and fight for my rights.”
