Babita gets nervous reminiscing senior employee Satnam’s taunts that women are better at home cooking and doing household chores than taking up men’s job, etc.. She drinks lots of water and feels an urge to go to washroom. She nervously walks towards electric room, store room, etc. Employees yell if she has gone mad, what she needs. She asks where is washroom. They say there is no washroom here. She walks towards main door hurriedly when she clashes with Satynam. Satynam yells at her. She asks where is washroom. He says there is no washroom here. She asks where do employees go then. He yells that they are males and can go anywhere, he already told her to be at home, but she wants to work and take over men’s job. Babita walks out and searches for washroom. She sees a lady

buying vegetable outside her house and requests her if she can use her washroom explaining her ordeal. Lady agrees. Babita uses washroom and thanks lady. Lady says she may have same issue daily, so she can come to her home anytime she wants. Babita thanks her again.
Hanuman explains Minnie that her mother will find a way herself to manage her job, so she should concentrate on her studies. Minnie as usual gets angry. Hanuman calms her down with his lively chat and sends her home. Minnie reaches college for admission and waits out till Preet meets principal. Makhan stands sadly with his friends. Friends taunt him that he has fallen in love. Makhan sees Minnie and asks what is she doing here. She as usual shows her arrogance on him. Preet returns and says principal did not agree for midway admission. Minnie goes to principal and requests for admission, but he says her same and rejects her request. She walks out sadly. Makhan offers her help, but she yells at him as usual and shoos him away.

Babita returns to factory and sees Satynam badmouthing about her to boss Trilok. Trilok scolds Babita that he gave her job as she requested in Hanuman’s house and then her daughter pressured him, now she cannot just sit idle and get salary and has to show her talent instead and get workers do their job. Babita agrees, walks to workers who are busy on mobile and other chores than doing their work. She says they have to cut 100 uniforms today and each person should cut 20 uniforms. Everyone ignores her. She starts cutting cloth. Workers pay attention seeing her inexperience and start their job. Babita smiles.

Precap: Minnie tells HGanuman that supervisor’s job is very easy, they just have to sit at one place and order. Hanuman asks her if her babes said this. Minnie walks to Babita and sees her applying balm to her feet.
