Vrinda tells Sitara not to be thrilled with her small victories. I will win in the end! Sitara tells her not to talk about winning the game when she lost so many victories. Vishkanya’s turn to go but Lakshmi orders them to leave the palace right away! Vrinda stops Surili from using her powers on them and heads inside miffed. Padmini calls Sitara genius. Your planning was perfect! Lakshmi thanks Sitara for returning her home to her. Sitara tells her not to thank her. This is your palace and no one can snatch it from you! Vishkanya’s leave the royal palace while Lakshmi, Yamini, Sitara and Padmini enter inside.
Viraj wakes up feeling light. Sitara comes just then. You seem very fresh today. He nods. I don’t feel strange today. She thinks that the poison is weaning out from his body. He holds her.
I only know that you gave me a new life. I wouldn’t have been alive if it wasn’t for you! It is your gift to me. She decides against creating any complication by getting closer to him. Surili and Albeli tell her to stop but in vain. Vrinda continues chanting the mantra without fail. Mahamata’s idol’s eyes open up. Vishkanya’s cannot lose! You started this fight and I will end it! you will indeed win! She also douses the fire magically while talking. Surili and Albeli help Vrinda stand. Mahamata insists that Viraj will have to become a Vishpurush now or I wont spare him. When is Kanjak?
Lakshmi tells Yamini and Padmini to make sure that the puja on Ashtami happens just like it happens always. Yamini nods. I wished Samrat and Arjun were here too. Lakshmi nods. They have gone for important work. Sitara got the papers but they need to be submitted for approval. I am sure Ma’s blessings are with them. They will succeed in their endeavour. Sitara says I know you don’t accept me as the DIL of your house and I don’t deserve to ask this but can I make Prasad tomorrow. I used to do it with Baba every year. I couldn’t do puja on navratre but I will feel like I have done something for Ma if I make Prasad. Lakshmi allows her. Sitara touches her feet to seek her blessings.
Next morning, Padmini speaks excitedly about Ashtami puja. Kids come over and it is so much fun. Yamini seconds her. Sitara gives Prasad to Pundit ji. Padmini asks her if everything is sorted. You know you will have to leave the house if everything goes smoothly. It isn’t fair! You shouldn’t have promised Badi Ma about it. What will Bhai and I do without you? What if Vishkanya’s come back to trouble us again? Sitara shares that she was born to save the royal family. It is my dharma to protect you guys. I wont let anything happen to you. I may or may not stay here but I will always do my duty! This is my promise to you. All the ladies stand for puja. Sitara happily looks on as Lakshmi does Ma’s aarti. Servant informs them that the girls are here. They start the kanjak ritual. Padmini and Sitara remark that the girls look just like Ma. Sitara turns to bring kheer for the kids when strong wind starts blowing. Ma’s chunri falls over the diya. Sitara notices a little girl standing there. Sitara makes the servant to follow the same rituals with her. The girl looks at them intently. The water turns blue as soon as she steps out of the plate after washing her feet. She is standing far from others so no one notices it. The girl roams inside looking for Viraj.
Sitara becomes curious about the girl. Padmini whispers something in her ears and Sitara’s eyes widen in shock. She goes upstairs.
The little girl enters in Viraj’s room. He asks her to go downstairs. She lies that she does not know the way. He lifts her in his arms offering to take her. Where do you stay? He looks in her eyes and gets hypnotized. She asks him to put her down and follow her. He obliges. Sitara finds him thus and stops him. She looks at the girl and notices Mahamata’s face in her. You came today as they couldn’t anything! She makes Viraj stand aside and faces Mahamata who turns into a big snake. Sitara turns into a giant mongoose and attacks the snake.
Precap: Mahamata shoots daggers at Sitara and gives her multiple injuries. Sitara falls down hurt. Mahamata drags Viraj with her.
