Amit gets up and waves his phone at her. He smiles as he plays the voice from his phone. She shouts if this was all your plan. He nods. Did you think only you knew how to play jokes? She tells them that the kids got so scared. He says you were the one who initiated it. You thought I will be afraid of your and these kids? One who has seen the real faces of people isn’t scared of fake ones. She knows why he is doing all this but he wont be successful. All the kids rush to Amu and hug her as they are scared. More noises are coming from there. She assures them there is no such thing as ghosts. The kids are adamant. Uncle was right. We cannot stay here. They ask uncle to take over this place as they cannot live here anymore. Amu repeats her words to the kids. The kids stay put. Amit has a victorious smile on his face. See, the kids who were fighting for want to leave now. She cannot believe he could stoop so low for revenge. Look at the kids they are so scared. Aren’t you feeling even a little bad? The kids tell her not to scold uncle. We don’t want to live here. She tries to remind them they shouldn’t give up. We have to fight for our home. They are adamant they cannot live in a scary place. We will live anywhere but not here….where a kid’s ghost will haunt kids itself. We will go tomorrow only. The kids leave from there even though Amu tries to talk them out of it. She asks Amit to tell the truth to the kids that he made up that story. He declines. You can if you want to but it has worked for me. So why should I ruin my own happiness. You go and pack your stuff. She warns him she will see to it how he wont tell the truth to these kids.

Amit is getting ready when Amu knocks and enters as he tells her to. Her dupatta gets stuck and off her. They both feel awkward and turn away from one another. He asks her to go out so he can change. She says what’s the need to feel shy of me as if you never got ready in front of me? You are wearing your vest anyways. I will just be quick and tell you whatever I have come here to tell you. I was thinking the whole night. Maybe you are right. What’s the point of fighting over something in which I am anyways going to lose? We are ready to leave this orphanage. He is a little sad. She senses it and he quickly fakes being happy. It is a deal well suited to me but where will you go….I mean you all. She tells him not to worry about that they will find something suitable. He agrees with her. She starts coughing and he is immediately concerned for her. He goes to fetch a glass of water for her all the time talking. I should be happy but I am not as I feel I scared those kids a little too much. By the time he turns back she is gone. Every time Amit Shah your feel that your’s and Amu’s talks will continue….don’t know why! You are stupid. He keeps the glass back on table and wears his shirt. He starts feeling itchy immediately. He is scratching himself all over. Amu watches him thus and is happy. He notices her smiling over his condition and goes outside understanding well that she is behind this mischief.

She tells him to continue itching as it was so much fun watching you like that. She shows her the bottle of that itching powder which she poured over his shirt. He cannot believe she could do something like that. She in turn mocks him in that case you will get a reward. He is getting irritated because of the itching. Tell me fast how this will be gone or else. She challenges him as in what more sense can he be of harm to her and this orphanage but then agrees to tell on one condition – only if you tell the kids that the story you told them yesterday was fake. He doesn’t agree to it. She says choice is yours till then keep up the good work (itching) though I have another powder which is an anti-dote for itching. But I will give it you only when you will agree to what I have asked for. He is adamant. Do whatever you want to but I wont do it. He leaves from there scratching his back all over.

The kids have packed their stuff. Amu is surprised to see this. They say we did like we told you. We are just going to tell Father about it. She tells them not to be in any haste. And in all the stories that you have heard, is the ghost ever around in day time? They shake their heads. She tells them to stay as no thing like ghosts exits. Let us spend the day together creating a lot many memories which we will remember for life and which will keep us happy. A kid agrees to it but another points out that everyone is already sad. How will we enjoy then? 2 kids go and stand by the window…their faces all sad and gloomy. They notice Amit scratching his back rigorously and call out for Amu. They all joke about his condition. All the kids including Amu are having a good laugh over Amit who then sits inside his car and continues scratching all over his body. Amit decides to take bath so that he is at peace but the water supply gets cut off in the middle and he is left covered all in soap. He comes rushing out wearing a towel looking around for water. He finds a guy filling a bucketful of water from the well and splashes it over himself. Everyone is enjoying his misery whereas Amit is literally pissed off.

Amit is having a hard time doing some work and his employee (I guess) is there too. He cannot help himself from scratching. Amu and the kids are enjoying it very much. Amit gets a call from Fallu. She wants to know where he kept the electricity bill of last month. He confuses her with itching and electricity. She is really worried. He takes Amu’s name. It has all happened because of her. She put itching powder in my clothes. Who does that? Even kids don’t act like that. She is completely taken aback / surprised/ a little happy…Amu is there? Amit realizes but then has no option but to agree. She gets serious again.

-Break-

Baa and Nani are happy that Amu is with Amit. Kirath wishes things go back to normal. He suggests that they all should go there. Fallu simply looks away showing she isn’t interested or happy with any of it. What does it matter to her? She left my son and all of us on her own. What’s the guarantee she wont do it again? Only my son would be left behind. He settled back in his life with so much difficulties and she met him again. Nani says Amit is running away from life. Only Amu can get our old Amit back for us. Kirath agrees with her. He tells Fallu to only pray that both of them get back together again.

Amu is on phone with Varsha. She and the kids are laughing uncontrollably. Varsha asks her what happened. Why are you laughing like a maniac? She tells Hemant she isn’t telling anything but cannot help herself from laughing. Hemant is happy. We were so anxious to hear it. They put the speaker on phone. Amu tells them…in between her laughs…if you were here, you too would have laughed like anything seeing Amit scratching himself. Her parents are surprised. Is Amit there with you? She cannot talk anymore so ends the call. They are filled with another ray of hope and are thankful to the God.

Amit comes looking for the other powder in Amu’s room. Amu comes just then and goes near him. She starts asking him what he is doing here….very loudly. He shushes her by keeping a finger on her lips. They both stand like that for some time lost in each other’s eyes. He asks for the powder. She wants him to tell the truth to the kids only then will he get it. Amu tells him they both have very less time. The kids will leave anytime from this place. Tell them the truth and I will give you medicine. She leaves from there.

-Break-

AA come to where the Father and the kids are. Father is surprised by what he is hearing from the kids. Why do they want to leave from here? She says she will explain. Amit wants to tell something to everyone. Amit declines initially but then she shows him something (powder) she has kept hidden in her dupatta. Amit says there is no need for the kids to go anywhere. They are the biggest ghosts here. I cooked up that story to scare you all out of this place. Amu gives him the powder. Father calls him a child too….more naughty than these kids. The kids start asking him all kind of what ifs and call him extra bad. Amu smiles. He makes an exit. The kids have decided they wont go anywhere only that uncle will go.

Baa and Nani are staring at Fallu making her conscious. She asks them if she is the one who made a mistake. I dint tell Amu to leave this house leaving my son behind. Baa says is he only your son. Nani tries to make her understand. I agree Amu made a mistake but will you act like a kid too. Wont you even call her? Baa adds learn from your mother-in-law (Baa herself) how to forgive a daughter-in-law’s (Fallu’s) mistakes. If I start thinking about them then I too will have to leave this house. Fallu is irritated. You all go do like what you want to. But I wont call her. Just then she gets a call from Varsha. Varsha tells her about AA being together. Where is Amit? We all will go together and get them back. fallu tries to dodge it saying she isn’t well. But Varsha agrees to wait till she is completely fine. Fallu sternly says I don’t think I would be able to come with you. Varsha understands she is upset over what Amu has done. But just like I am her mom, you too are and for how long can a mom stay away from her kids. Fallu gets all the flashbacks of the happier times she had spent with Amu and gets emotional. She agrees to go and I will scold her so much that she wont dare step out of the house. Varsha smiles. I too would scold her. They both end the call.

Amu comes out after taking a bath and Amit is waiting for her. A few droplets from her hair fall on him and they both share a small eye lock.

Precap: Amu asks for the keys of bathroom. In return you can have anything you want. Amit gives her the legal papers to sign. You will have to vacate this place by next week. She says you have stooped so low that I cannot even tell the kids. They will stop believing in humanity. He only cares for her signatures on these papers and nothing else.
