The Episode starts with the celebration of Anandi’s birth at Khim ji’s house. Prem ji and others dance during the celebrations. Leela calls her husband and asks if he is coming to the function. Kumar says if she ends the call then he will come. Naag ji’s wife Hetal comes there and greets Sejal and Ratan. She asks the girl’s name. They say Anandi. Hetal says it is old fashioned name. Baa says shall we keep Hetal then? Hetal asks why is she taunting her and goes. Pavan Kumar comes and meets Ratan. Ratan asks him why he came late. He says he got late to bring the gift. She says you should have been here and tells that the baby is named Anandi. He tells Anandi that he is her Mama and asks Ratan to see what he bought. Baa says later, after Leela blesses her. Kumar goes to meet Khim ji. Hetal tells Leela that she became Mami for the second time and says it is your responsibility to make Ratan as bua. She says Ratan might be yearning that when you become a mother and she becomes bua. She asks her to tell her, if there is something wrong, then she will help. Kumar hears and gets upset. Baa tells Leela that she shall listen to everyone, but hear her heart. She asks Hetal why she didn’t help her own sister in law and says she might not listen to you. She asks her not to lecture others. Jigar plays the ball. Sejal asks him to go to other side and play. Leela calls her husband and asks what he bought for Anandi. He says you shall see when I give. She says if my Dadi asks. He says I will not tell you, then why I will tell for kadwi Baa. He taunts her and calls her childless.

Doctor comes there and tells Ratan that she is looking better. She asks what is the girl’s name. Khimji says Anandi. Doctor tells that first lady doctor was Anandi Bai. Khimji thanks her for telling that. Doctor says she shall thank him for giving such a beautiful name to the girl. Prem ji asks someone to get something for her. Doctor asks Khim ji if he will feel bad if she says something and tells that Ratan didn’t have a normal delivery and says she shall rest. Khimji says Ratan is resting and instructing everyone. Doctor says ifs he gets infected. Prem ji asks Sejal to take care of Ratan and do all the work. Khimji tells that they have not began the ritual of blessing Anandi, and asks her to do the rasam first. The doctor says let her be in the cradle and says nobody shall touch it. She says I will bless from far. She blesses Anandi and give gifts. Hetal and Sarla come thee and lift the baby in their hands. Baa tells Doctor that they do opposite of your sayings. Ratan’s son comes there and asks why is he beating Mami. Kumar makes an excuse and give the gift to Leela.

A lady tells that Anandi is lucky to get Prem ji and Sejal as inlaws. Doctor asks Khimji if he fixed the marriage now itself. He says it was fixed long back, but Anandi came now. Prem ji says Anandi will marry Jigar. Doctor says why now? Prem ji says we will marry them when they grow up. Leela comes there to do the rasam. Hetal says she is a motherless woman and stops her. Baa asks her to have shame and not to speak such things. Hetal says every mother keep their baby safe from motherless woman, but this house is strange to welcome motherless woman and also a widow like Baa. Baa asks whom you called as widow and tells that she is married for forever. She says my husband died for nation and that’s why he is martyr. She says she is the wife of a martyr and can’t be called as a widow, and is always a married woman. She says how dare you to call my daughter as childless. She says your husband Naag ji was born to his parents after 8 years of marriage. She says Leela got married just 3 years back. Doctor says Leela’s age is young and she has much time to be a mother, tells that the more she waits, it would be good for her and her baby. Baa asks Doctor, to whom she is telling and tells that Hetal and her husband Naag ji poisons the environment wherever they go. Hetal gets angry. Baa threatens to shoot her with her husband’s gun. She warns that she will not leave her, if she says anything against anyone. Hetal leaves.

Ratan comes to Leela and hugs her. Leela cries. Ratan asks her to complete the vidhi. Sejal gets upset. Ratan says if your niece sees this, then will tease you and asks her to bless her Anandi. Leela blesses Anandi and asks her to see what her Mama has brought for her. She makes her wear the bangles. Anandi smiles and makes noises. Baa says it seems Anandi liked the bangles and that’s why smiling. She asks the guy to play band and they all dance. Prem ji offers to drop Doctor to her hospital. She says I will give by myself. Khim ji apologizes to her for the happenings. She says she understands and asks why Baa’s name is Kadvi Baa, though her thinking is of new age. Prem ji says her name is Meethi Baa, which changed to Kadvi Baa, as she speaks the truth. Doctor says you might not like, but Anandi and Ratan shall rest. Khim ji says we will make everyone have food and then they will leave. Prem ji tells Khim ji that Hetal taunted Leela and argued with Baa, as you became sarpanch. Khim ji says what Naag ji will do. Hetal complains to Naag ji about Baa’s behavior with her and asks him to become Sarpanch.

Sejal asjs Jigar to play far and says if Anandi gets hurt then? Ratan asks him to play that side. She feels dizzy and sits. Baa comes to her and asks if she is fine. Ratan says yes. Anandi cries. Baa asks her to feed her. Ratan gets up to take Anandi and faints. Everyone rushes to Ratan. Baa asks them to move and let the air come. She sends Prem ji to call Ratan. Khimji asks Ratan to open the door. Jigar’s ball get stuck under Anandi’s cradle. He takes his ball and the cradle falls down. Baa shouts Anandi. Anandi falls out of the cradle.

Precap: Doctor comes and checks Ratan. She asks Leela to go to hospital and bring the injection and medicine from there. Leela runs bare feet to go to hospital. Prem ji asks God to make Ratan and Anandi fine and until then he will not wear slipper in his feet. Leela continues to run.
