The Episode starts with Khim ji running to hold Anandi. He takes her. Baa asks if Anandi is fine. Khim ji says she is not opening her eyes. Baa asks why doctor is not coming. Doctor comes there and checks Ratan. Prem ji comes there and asks Sejal what happened? Sejal says that the cradle fell down due to Jigar by mistake and Anandi fell down. Doctor asks them to take them inside. She checks both Ratan and Anandi. Jigar tells Prem ji that Gopal is not giving him a ball. Prem ji scolds him for hurting Anandi and is about to beat him. Khimji says what is his mistake, and asks him to go and play. Sarla tells Sejal that Hetal said right that Leela shouldn’t have done the rasam. Doctor asks Leela to get the medicine and injection from the hospital. Leela says I? Doctor says I will ask Nurse to give you medicine. Sejal says Prem ji will go on his bike and will get the medicine. Doctor says if Leela goes through the unconstructed road then she will reach first. Leela runs out. Khim ji and Prem ji get tensed. Prem ji swears in the temple that he will not wear chappal slipper until Ratan and Anandi gets fine. Leela runs on the road and collides with someone. She says sorry and runs. Prem ji tells Khimji that God will not let anything happen to them. Khim ji breaks down and cries. Khimji’s son asks what happened to Maa. Khimji says nothing will happen to her. Leela gets the medicines from the hospital. Nurse asks her to take it safely and fast. Leela runs and comes back home. Khim ji and Prem ji asks her to say, but she runs inside. Doctor gives injection to Ratan and medicine drops to Anandi. Anandi starts crying. Doctor says badmash girl and says you mad everyone worried. Leela cries happily.
The doctor appreciates Leela for bringing medicine at the right time. She says you have saved two lives today. Kadvi Baa tells that this work is done by my Leela. Doctor says she has started using her hands and feet. She lifts the baby and Leela to take care of baby. Sejal gets upset. Doctor says even Ratan will get consciousness soon, we shall go out as Khim ji and Prem ji might be worried. They come out. Doctor comes out and tells that Anandi is fine, though she had short of breath due to the fall out, but she is fine. Prem ji takes Anandi from Leela and thanks the Goddess. She tells that if the right treatment haven’t given then even the Doctor can’t help. She says if Leela had not brought the medicine then their condition would have worsened and you have to take her to hospital. She says Leela is auspicious for them and asks her to make Anandi sleep. Khimji thanks Doctor for saving their lives. Doctor says I will come whenever you need. Baa runs and hugs Dr. Sharda. She says now I understood why you sent Leela to get the medicine. Dr. Sharda asks her to call her Sharda. She says she doesn’t like the custom of child marriage and asks Kadvi Baa, why she got Leela married, when her thinking is different from others. Baa says if I could I would have made Leela and Sarita educated, but….Sharda apologizes. Baa cries and tells that our dear ones are the ones who hurt us. She says I will tell you later. Sharda asks her to take care and takes her blessings before leaving.
Later Leela keeps the silver jewellery in the box and searches for her gold bangles. Kumar comes there and takes his clothes. She asks did you sell my bangles to buy bangles for Anandi. She says it was given by my Dadi and asks why did you steal. He gets angry and slaps her repeatedly. He pushes her on the bed and says he will take out her arrogance. He says Doctor said wrong and teklls that you are inauspicious for Ratan and Anandi.
Prem ji applies powder to Gopal. Sejal says our bahu is at Khim ji’s house. Sejal asks if he misses Gangu. He says when we used to stay there…He misses Gangu. Someone calls him. Sejal says powder is applied on your lips. He kisses on her cheeks and goes. He meets someone who tells that Manager refused to give loan. Prem ji says we shall apply in other bank. The guy says it will take time. Khim ji comes there and asks what happened? Prem ji says Bank refused to give money to us and tells that when they came here, he thought to buy the land. Khimji says everything will be fine. He asks Prem ji to go as Sejal calls him. Prem ji’s foot gets injured as the nail pierces in his feet. Khim ji recalls Prem ji swear.
After few weeks, Ratan, Khim ji and their children, come to the temple with Prem ji’s family. Khim ji tells Pandit ji that Anandi has turned 40 days now. Pandit ji asks them to take rounds of the temple by taking Anandi. Ratan asks Sejal to take her in her hands and do the rounds. Sejal insists asking her to take the rounds. Ratan says we shall take the rounds together. Khim ji brings the traditional shoes for Prem ji and tells that you have done so many sacrifices for Anandi. He asks him to wear the shoes.
Precap: Prem ji tells Khim ji that Anandi came, but he’s thinking when that day will come when their friendship will turn into rishtedari.
