Scene 1
The doctor says she’s pregnant. She shouldn’t get any stress. Sarab looks at her. She opens eyes but Sarab leaves. She faints again.
Karan says papa is also making stories. There’s something wrong. Seher says mama never spent a day without talking to me. I miss her. Karan says let’s tell papa we won’t eat until Meher mama is back. Param says papa never lies. She will come if papa said. Eat now.

Sandhya tries to speak but she faints again. Her dupatta falls. Sarab recalls this was the dupatta Meher was wearing when she left. He picks it. Sarab says this is Meher’s chunri. Harleen comes in.
