Diya Aur Baati Hum 28th September 2012 Written Update

Sandhya in GG room is removing her earrings. Suraj comes there and helps her and then asks her to rest. Sandhya closes her eyes. He keeps the earrings on the dressing table and returns. Seeing Sandhya, he gets sad and sits besides her. He is having the flashback of bomb blast. Sandhya suddenly opens her eyes and sees him and is concerned why he is sad. He recalls the days events and had anything happened to Sandhya. She stops him from saying anything further. By then Bhabho comes there. She asks Suraj to give medicines to Bhabhasa and he goes.

Bhabho says to Sandhya that she somehow rubbished Daisa’s words but is scared when she thinks about it. She says Sandhya often does strange things which causes mixed feelings for her, she feels both proud as well as fear. She asks her to not be like that and just to concentrate on in-house things rather than out of the house. She says she is just an ordinary woman and wished to have an ordinary daughter-in-law. She advises her to be like Daisa’s DIL and be good in cooking, sewing etc., which she considers to be good qualities for the best DIL. Suraj returns and Bhabho stops but she again asks Sandhya to think over what she said.

Chathuri and Meena in the balcony. Meena is scared what she wants to talk and Chathuri notices Meena’s bangles and asks her to buy 4 dozens of those for herself. Meena refuses and Chathuri blackmails that she will tell everything to Bhabho. Meena is scared and then agrees to do it. Chathuri again asks gaajar ka halwa and Meena goes to make it with no other way.

The next morning, all the Rathi family except Sandhya in the aangan doing something or other. Meena is washing vessels. Someone is cooking in the kitchen and keep dropping vessels and plates. Bhabho and Suraj smiling listening to the sound. Meena tells Bhabho that Brandon will break as much vessels as he can before leaving and Bhabho taunts her. Brandon has finished cooking and wonders whether Bhabho will like it. He serves it to all. Bhabho asks how did he know she likes rabri. Brandon is emotional as he is leaving to his home that day. Sandhya helps with translation. Brandon says Suraj told him and asks whether she likes it. Bhabho too gets emotional and says it would be good as it is filled with her son’s love. She tells she has never liked anyone’s dish except Suraj and today, she likes this too. She feeds Brandon and then eats.

Brandon bidding farewell to each and everyone. Bhabho gives him a gift. He opens it and sees the jewel that Bhabho wears on her head, the one which he liked when they first met. He is too emotional and wears it on his head and asks how he is looking, is he looking beautiful like Bhabho. Sandhya offers to translate and Bhabho stops her saying she understands and keeps kaala tikka to Brandon saying he is beautiful. He greets Bhabhasa, Suraj. Suraj tells him to feel free to come there whenever he likes. Brandon greets Vikram, Mohit, Chavvi saying he will miss them all. He asks Meena what she would say Kamala- Vimala every time. Meena thinks he will get her in trouble and says that he is getting late. Finally, Brandon is leaving and Bhabho asks Vikram to take care of him.

Precap: DSP has come to Rathis House. He says Sandhya has shown so much bravery that the police department and the whole nation is proud of her and they are planning for her felicitation and they all should attend. Bhabho is not pleased.
