Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se 23rd May 2014 Written Episode
The episode starts with Shivani informing Raghu that she is happy about her marriage and gives him money. Raghu gives it that money to Karan for his sake. Karan accepts it. Karan says he felt bad when Shivani misbehaved with him and is not understanding what is troubling her. Raghu says babyji is living with us since a log time and it is difficult for her to part way with us. He says she is not angry on us. Karan says okay and leaves in his car.
Raghu thinks now he has sent Shivani away from him to such an extent that he cannot go back and wipe her tears. He thinks Shivani’s marriage is the last work he has to do for Shivani, he will fulfill the promise he made to Maliksaa. Shivani cries and thinks with the marriage coming near, she is very tensed that she won’t be seeing him after marriage. She keeps water for Raghu and hides. Raghu ascends down the ladder and sees water for him. He says thank you babyi and drinks it. Do dil bandhe… plays in the background. Shivani looks at her mangalsutra and thinks her marriage with Karan is just for namesake and she will be Raghu’s wife always. She thinks she removed mangalsutra for his sake and will not part ways with it. She thinks how to make Raghu realize that he loves her so much.
Raghu looks at the decoration and thinks everything is done, tomorrow he will celebrate Shivani’s marriage lavishly. He goes into flashback where he used to help Shivani and she used to call her magician and used to like it, the truth is he used to work to hear her calling magician. He then remembers her telling she will settle in London after marriage. He gets emotional and stars crying. He starts writing Karan’s name on the marriage name board with Shivani, but imagines his name with Shivani.
Someone comes and asks Raghu to join his cricket team. Raghu says he cannot. Baburam asks the guy what will Raghu get if he plays cricket with him. Guy says his life will be settled. Baburam orders Raghu to play cricket for him.
Shivani gets ready for her marriage and cries. Raghu comes to her and gifts her a palanquin miniature and asks her to forgive him if anything is missing. Shivani thinks he knows what is missing and thinks she is marrying someone else than whom she believes as her husband. She prays god to make her Raghu’s wife again with a sindhoor of his name. Raghutires to keep the palanguin next to sindhoor box and sindhoor falls on Shivani’s forehead by mistake.
Precap: Shivani writes a letter to Raghu that she is going away from him, but he will be in her heart forever.

May 23, 12:09I believe Karan is helping shivani in a plan to make Raghu realise his feelings for her and hopefully it is that so that karan is not hurt in the end

May 23, 11:39Shivani is an educated girl , why must she jump from one marriage into another ?
Especially since she doesn’t love her husband to be .
She could have wished for some time alone to settle her mind .
But , Raghu is eager for her to go away , if he keeps her there , he’ll fall even more in love with her .
I think though , it’s too late for him to control his feelings any longer .
Even Sumitra has recognised those feelings .

May 23, 12:10Oh Suni Raghu is so much in love with Shivani he just can’t accept it because he still considers her to be his boss. And for him they cannot be husband and wife. I still love Raghu so much
I agree Shivani should say she would leave but never get married, but then Raghu would not let her go anywhere alone and Sumitra would not let her live in peace in that house.
She so wants to pleas Raghu too, in a sense, however it may be.

May 23, 18:35Kris dear , I learnt the hard way that that it’s really hard to get a guy to change his mind about things , and although he may love you , he won’t admit it , because it would mean going against his firm belief . I understand Shivani’s character , I understand the feeling of loving someone and hoping that they could just once see themselves through your eyes , then they would know that nothing matters but them . I gave up on that situation , it was destroying my peace of mind . I couldn’t remain silent , just like Shivani can’t remain silent , because her hurt is making her speak out . I’ll always have feelings for him , but , he’s made his position clear and it was just up to me to face reality and move on , no matter how hurt I felt because of his rejection , life goes on . ..

You’ll be no better than Sumitra , when you abuse this good man’s kindness , by not accepting him as your husband .
You’re just using him to get back at Raghu , and that is very unfair to him .

It’s not too late to say how you feel . But , you consider yourself as being unworthy of being with your mistress . . . however , your pure heart is worth more than any mans riches .

May 23, 18:51I agree with u both Kris n Phoenix. There is saying what we can’t EXPRESS with our words our tears say it all. I THINK that’s what happens with raghu. He knows from his HEART he LOVE shivani but don’t want to accept thinking he should always be faithful to his. Massa even in his absence .raghu is trying to fulfill the promise he made.even it mean giving up his own happiness such a faithful person.

May 23, 19:08True Devya . . I think it’s also a self confidence issue with Raghu and also the fact that he isn’t a dreamer , but a realist .
He’s very aware of his lifestyle and surroundings .
Shivani has grown so much from the spoilt brat she once was , and that can be attributed to her exposure to the reality she was exposed to , that so many have to face . .. I give her credit for trying her best to fit in and for not complaining or casting aspersions . She really learnt her lesson well . ..
Raghu , has lived this life always , he knows that it’s not as simple as Shivani sees it to be .
When we love someone , we want to make them happy and comfortable , maybe Raghu feels that he’ll be denying Shivani’s betterment , if he keeps her there . ..
