In this episode the policeman questions lower caste for building pressure. Vaijnath asks him to use force against them. Bhim Rao enters the police station; Vaijnath asks everyone to maintain a distance from everyone. Bhim Rao says that the police cannot use force because he is answerable to higher authorities as well. Ramji explains that police aren’t allowed to use force against the people sitting in peace. For as long as the lower caste was protesting for their right, they gave a reason to be acted upon but now there is none. Vaijnath laughs, tells that the lower caste will never get representation. Bhim Rao assures them that time will get them that.
Shishupal threatens to fire everyone from work if they are unable to bring Bhim Rao and chawl members back home. Vaijnath thinks that this tactic will weaken Bhim Rao, his men are looting rest of the chawl to battle Bhim Rao in this fight. Soon he will get the news. Vaijnath wanted to know how Bhim Rao would fight.
Bhim Rao and his people sit in peace. Jijabai, Hitesh, and others come asking them to come home otherwise Shishupal will fire them. Shishupal intervenes to inform about another news, he tells that houses of all the men sitting here are being looted. He asks everyone to return home. Everyone kept seated. The people had no issue, had nothing much to be robbed. Bhim Rao asked them to save what they had. The men are protecting their value, once they get their representation right everyone will get what they want. Maloji knows the black market, he will get everything back from there. Shishupal left. Hitesh and others ask about their job they will lose if no one returns home. Joku questions, no one cared when he was losing his job. Lakshmi tells that the ones who didn’t leave for their house will not move from here for Jijabai’s and others job. Jijabai asks Bhim Rao to be just here, he listens to everyone. Ramji questions, she didn’t ask before getting this job so now no one cares. Jijabai asks Bhim Rao. He will do what he can to everyone’s benefit, according to him they were living a better life before this job. The job isn’t worth saving so Bhim Rao has no issue. Manohar calls for protest, they all sat down for security of their job.
Next morning, everyone was asleep, Maloji woke up and woke everyone as Bhim Rao was nowhere to be found. Ramji wants to find him. Rama knows he would be out their meeting other people who are protesting. Bhim Rao was doing exactly that. Annand considers this the difference between ordinary people and Bhim Rao. Guruji knows that meeting other people will lift their morals. Jijabai questions why Bhim Rao didn’t come to meet her. Ramji taunts, says that Jijabai didn’t deserve it. He leaves to bring tea for everyone.
Policeman informs Vaijnath that everyone is sitting idle in there places for protest. Another police office informs that higher authorities have come to investigate the matter. Vaijnath leaves to talk to them about this issue.
Hitesh questions Ramji what they will get by sitting here. Bhim Rao says that he needs to understand where he is sitting. All officers and authoritative personnel cross this path, they must have seen them and wondered. They will try to find out the reason for this protest.
The police officer calls everyone fools for letting Bhim Rao protest at that spot. Shishupal understood Bhim Rao’s tactics. Policeman will remove Bhim Rao from that place. It’s no longer of use, everyone has already noticed Bhim Rao now. They want to have a report of the issue and have it delivered. Its of utter humiliation for the police officer to go to the lower caste to listen to their issues.
As much as Ramji knows, the British Government will send their worker to visit Bhim Rao. Jijabai doesn’t consider Bhim Rao worth that visit. The Police office visits Bhim Rao, he asks Bhim Rao to demand more than his worth. Bhim Rao questions, asks if his questions are as a worker or as an upper caste. They argue. At last, the office asks Bhim Rao to tell their demands. Bhim Rao wants equal representations. The office assures them of having their demands fulfilled. Bhim Rao doesn’t want surety but results. Office questions him for not respecting the law. Bhim Rao respects the law but not the representation because when the office visited, he came as member of upper caste. Bhim Rao will not believe him until he delivers the result. Officer asks Bhim Rao to not talk big being a mediocre person. Bhim Rao questions why the officer visited him when he was mediocre. He cannot be silent because a voice is raised from soul which no one can silence. Everyone claps for him.
