Ramji detects Vaijnath talking to chawl members as sign of danger. Rama worries. Bhim Rao can no step back no matter the danger.

Maloji argues and taunts Nandu for deciding Maloji life, like always. Maloji has no respect for elders, yet Nandu forgive his every mistake. Maloji questions. Nandu tells him about selling away their only house. Maloji signed that paper while drunk. Nandu questions him for drinking this much. Maloji asks Nnadu to accept the reality.

While serving Ramji water she asks if he met Meera outside, if she is coming here with tea. Ramji questions her for taunting. Jijabai wants to clarify; her tea would go to waste. Ramji asks Jijabai to make tea. She wants Ramji to stop Meera from making tea, asks if she should go and tell her. Ramji will ask Meera himself. Ramji leaves. Jijabai is ready to fight the battle Meera started, she will avenge the food Meera fed animals.

Maloji refuse to eat, Bhim Rao insists. Maloji wants to be free, he will eat and leave. Nandu refuse, he will not let Maloji go. He questions Maloji’s stubbornness. Maloji doesn’t want to abide with Nandu on this matter. Maloji will not eat under any condition. Bhim Rao leaves.

Vaijnath gives Vaipal the teacups. He asks Nandu, Hitesh and another chawl members to look at the two teacups, just like that these three men have two options. He tells that the first one is to leave their job. The chawl members worry about their life. Vaipal asks the fools to listen to the second condition. Vaijnath wants to fire Joku, he wants chawl members help. Hitesh and Janardan defend Joku, he has no other living for himself than this job. Vaijnath does not negotiate, they have only two options.

Bhim Rao brings a small box for Joku, he will eat here in front of him. If Maloji finishes his meal in front of him, Bhim Rao will set him free, he will eat otherwise as well.

Bhim Rao sits down in front of him, Maloji recalls him and Bhim Rao eating right this. Bhim Rao tells Maloji that if this doesn’t remind him about their friendship than there is nothing left. Jijabai calls it Bhim Rao’s drama to lighten a dead relationship. Meera taunts Jijabai for running her relationship with no remorse or effort to heal them again. Jijabai needs not to heal anything. Shoba favors Bhim Rao; he needs to save his friendship. Bhim Rao eats in front of Maloji he recalls them both eating like this. Maloji closes his eyes, Jijabai taunts him for not seeing his friend. Maloji struggles not to see Bhim Rao while he continues to eat. Maloji cries remembering everything, tells that they used to feed each other like this. He asked Bhim Rao if he will not feed his friend, he still values their friendship, remembers everything. Bhim Rao used to by Maloji wings every time he won something in school, he gave Maloji his slippers. Maloji can never return those favors to Bhim Rao no matter how hard he tries. Bhim Rao wipes his and Maloji’s tears, feeds him his meal. Bhim Rao doesn’t like to see his friend cry.

Vaijnath wants the answer at 3. He counts 3, asks for answer. The chawl members request Vaijnath not to fire Joku. Vaijnath orders Vaipal to fire everyone. Janardan asks Hitesh to speak wisely. Vaijnath leaves saying that decision has been made. Everyone stops him, tell Vaijnath that they have changed their decision. Vaijnath fries Joku, tells everyone how to inform Joku about it. Hitesh values his job more than anything. They will obey Vaijnath. They leave. Vaijnath asks Vaipal about the lesson. Vaipal saw how self interest made them disloyal for their friend, it proves that one must never trust anyone.

Maloji requests Bhim Rao let him go, he will need alcohol by night. Him not getting it kills him, his eagerness would trouble everyone here. Bhim Rao knows that this addiction can go away, the doctor said so as well. Maloji can no let go, he has never been able to do so. He wants everyone to g away. Bhim Rao leaves so does everyone else. Ramji stops Meera, Jijabai listens. Ramji asks Meera not to make tea for him.
