In a way Kamla is superior to Gaurie .
Kamla doesn’t wish onto others the same hardships that she herself had to face .
Gaurie wants to see Pakhi suffer and will find happiness in that .
Raghav should have just taken Gaurie to a mental institution after that suicide attempt and he could have made an appointment , for himself , for a few visits there also .
He’s an educated man , 35 years old ,he’s falling victim to emotional blackmail , and he himself , is emotionally blackmailing Kalpi in the same way as his mom , by attaching the ” I’ll kill myself ” contingency to waiver Kalpi’s decision to meet him .
That’s really childish , something that a teenager would do . He is proving to be his mother’s son .
Come on Raghav , grow a pair pal 🙄 .
Your mom has lived her life , you have your own .

Hi Phoenix…miss you last night. Can you please tell me how you get your lovely emoticons? Kris taught us the smiley and sad faces, wink and big smile. How do you get your many expressions: rolling eyes, blushing, angry, etc

Is there an emoticon for exploding? I need this one to express myself when I see kamla. And what about fainting? And the devil? lol

Would be happy if there is one for “slapping someone” and “banging my head” against something like a wall. I saw these around but I guess these were already established in the programme itself.

Hey Nirvana …I was wondering if anyone would pick up the story of Esther. A very beautiful one, right, that shows how providence works out things for us in life. I am so happy to know that you know this story (BIG SMILE)

And yes, I too feel it fo Raghav. If he was real I will tell him to go live his life. Don’t be tie down to this revenge to the destruction of his own life. And I fully understand how torn a man is when he is caught between his mother and wife. Sadly, I know many mothers who have ruined their son’s life and marriage for emotionally blackmailing them; they come between their son and their wives. I see it so often in real life. And yes, what I like about EMA is there are lots of things within that we can identify with.

O my gosh Sasha, that sounds heartbreaking, please, we won’t want that to happen, but it also sounds so logical at the same time.
Yea really like it happened to PV1 when GC left, it all went downhill, same with QH and quite a few others from long ago.
Really don’t want Ashish out of EMA, he makes it worth watching.

You know Gaurie don’t use her brains, but as Suni said she did get brain damage after all those accidents and electric shocks, medicines in injections so the lady quite a bit mental if you ask me, well she is leaving room for Prem to come into the picture to do something to Kalpi, knowing that Raghav loves her so and all.

waiting patiently for today’s update, hope it not heartbreaking,
but I gotta go out won’t be back till after lunch or even late this afternoon.

I think if Pakhi really love raghav she should set him free n if they r meant to be together it WILL be…But don’t hold to a loveless AND meaningless marriage. And live in fantasy THAT one day rag n gouri will have changed of HEART towards her…….i don’t think THAT will ever happens.

She should be like Pari in Pavitra RISTHE…..ALTHOUGH pari n naren love each other
pari prefer to make the huge sacrifice of losing the love of her life but didn’t destroy ankita life…n she n ankita became FRIENDS over a short period of time…..that’s maturity n realistic act from pari.(FRIENDS WHO R WATCHING THE SERIES PROBABLY OBSERVED HOW PARI ACT is superb)..comparing to the dumb pakhi who knows she n kalpi grew up together, attended school together n was working in the same office ,share the same mother. And I forget this important one which is last but not least…..THEY will be sharing the same husband too lOL

ALTHOUGH her time with raghav May be short lived …….the fact WILL remain she was married to him all Is happening sequentially. And careful analysis WIll tell this is happening since they were kids ..pakhi ALWAYS get the first option n then kalpi comes AFTER…….So it’s time kalpi get raghav now. Give up pakhi. Give raghav to kalpi now to keep forever. Stubborn pakhi font want be the looser…She always want to be the top girl. Stop it pakhi…it CAN’T be like THE THAT all Times.

She KNOw the reasons rags fake the marriage with her n yet she is holding on …..I assume she likes the torturing from Gouri caused SHE CAN’T face poverty. However giving rags a divorce will give her an opportunity to HAVE SOME material gains.legalized marriage have better claiming than ceremonial marriage. So go for it pakhi. You will be happy n get peace of mind.LOL

And raghav n Kalpi can unite n THAT WILL leave gouri in a dilemma to figure out how WILL the revenge done.
She will have no other choice but to stop emotionally blackmailing raghav n wait on his timings to take revenge.

Gouri feel pakhi is the kapoors weakness…..Pakhi is not…..neetu n sahil didn’t even CALL her once since they left….I don’t KNOW where gouri get THat idea from….all neetu care for is getting BACK her lost WEALTH. She wants back her luxurious life….

This SERIES is completely corrupted,it strays away from the storyline n to get it back on track it seem difficult for the team to do so. It sad to SEE a SERIES which I thought was unique is loosing it uniqueness…

Gouri is emotionally blackmailing her son. She is TOO dominating n selfish. SHE surpassed kamla manipulation…I dislikes her threats to raghav. The stubborn woman has placed her agenda in front of her son happiness. Cruel mother!!!!!

    Final thought for tonight:

Just finished reading all the write up for December 2013 EMA and getting a better understanding of the story. And I’m thinking. The Yadhav and chawl people faced so many problems because of the Kapoors. Kamal wants Kalpi to be a madam. Kalpi wants to be able to help her parents and people. Hmmm…do you know how I see this? Kalpi making it big on her own is a noble idea. But what if God is answering their prayers in unexpected ways? As I see it everything that Kalpi has ever dreamed of can be fulfilled by Raghav, the man who loves her more than anything in the world. I know people think Kalpi can be successful by herself but I was reminded of a story in the Good Book. There was a mean and arrogant Persian King, who divorced his wife. To find a new queen a beauty contest was held and a simple, common non-Persian girl captured the eye and heart of this king. He loved her so. He made her his queen. Of course, the simple non-Persian girl might have wondered at her chances of winning the contest when the Persian women were so beautiful and cultured and everything. But it was later revealed that God’s providence made the young girl win. Her dreams may have been fulfilled. All the wealth of the kingdom was at her disposal. A king who loved her and would do anything for her.

Then one day, some wicked men hatched a plot to exterminate all her people living in the land. The queen was approached for help for she too belonged to the race destined for extermination. The thing is king never knew his wife’s nationality. It didn’t matter to him. He didn’t know that in giving that orders (which he was tricked into giving permission) that his wife was one of them to be killed. Because the queen was in the royal palace and had the king’s attention, she was able to save her people from dying. That is called providence: God working out our circumstances for specific purposes at specific times.

What if it is providence that arranges for Kalpi to marry Raghav and in the future she becomes a life saviour to the chawl people against the Kapoors by virtue of her marriage to Raghav? She has Raghav’s heart and undying love. And Sammy told her that she knows Raghav will do anything for her. That’s why I want this Raghav and Kalpi wedding. I see providence working out something like this for her. It is a blessed thing to have a husband with such vast wealth, such good heart and such love for you. Do you know how much a good woman can help people with a husband like that? She has the heart and he has the means.

I agree with you Paige, the story of Esther does seem appropriate here.

Watching the character of Raghav evokes all sorts of maternal insticnts in me. I’m reminded that children are a gift from God and how we bring them up is a thank you to Him. Parents are like God’s hands moulding a child (his character, values, ideals etc). How do we use this powerful responsiblity? What is Gauri, his own mother doing to him? It tugs at my heartstrings to see the pain in this man and to think of people in the real world who find themselves in similar situations where they have to make choices that affect their lives in such a devasting way. Men who find themselves caught between their mothers and wives problems (both women they love).

I know that this is a serial but I can’t help thinking about it and the lives it affects. If “Raghav” was part of my family I’d tell him to go live his life, to be happy, to follow his dreams. We have just one life to live and we should live it to the best of our abilities. There shouldn’t be any recriminations. Life doesn’t come with a delete button, an eraser or any do overs. We can’t go back in time and change things. So the choices we make are very important as it affects the rest of our lives and those around us.

Gauri is asking her son to put her need before his own (my revenge, my life, give me). A mother should be selfless not selfish. Motherhood comes with huge responsibilities not to be taken for granted.

I hope common sense prevails. I hope that Gauri simmers down and thinks things over, be rational and clear minded. All she’s doing now is reacting to a sudden devastating flood of memories and pain.

I like pakhi determination …..She is a fighter…..But over an already LOST battle. She wouldn’t be victorious over stubborn gouri n raghav. If gouri is so harsh to ignore her son plea for happiness just to fulfil her vengeance. Then how will gouri ever get a soft spot for pakhi. No ways ….

gouri aim is to retaliate against the kapoors n pakhi is the daughter of the kapoors how can pakhi be so dumbfounded not to accept what raghav told her n additional to that She is having bad treatment n insults every time she approached them. She acknowledged THAT she is not accepted by raghav. Yet she is running with teary eyes to mummyji..I don’t know why mummyji is giving her false hopes. She should instead help her break off from the illusions she is living in not building it up more..

Yes, dear PAIGE I saw mummyji is improving on her health her words r coming out a bit clearer n she is moving her hand…hope she recovered to come back. We are waiting mummyji..Wish u specify recovery mummyji.

An appeal TO THE WRITERS/CREATORS OF EMA: (Part 2)

So I stopped reading other websites and I stick only to DesitvBox because I find that the comments expressed herein comes from a wide variety of people who think deeply, are sincere, are intelligent, know what to look for in a serial and story and give insightful comments and analyses. They make viewing the serial much more interesting. This is the kind of viewing EMA needs and the type of feedback EMA needs. From intelligent people. Not fanatic outburst. (Well sometimes we do get like that but at the end of it all, we get back to proper analysis).

    To summarise:

    EMA’s WEAKNESSES:
    1. Lack of details sometimes
    2. Unrealistic characters and behaviour
    3. Unrealistic actions and development (like Gauri regaining her memory so quickly)
    4. Poor portrayal of certain situations and characters (like all mothers on this show are crazy, psychotic and manipulative in their own way; love and marriage are always mocked). Because your audience don’t have an appetite for it, given that all the serials portray the same thing inside, it creates conflict with fans and you lose them.
    5. Similar things found in other serials like: bride jilting, separation of lovers, misunderstandings, complicated love triangles, giving up your true love to marry one you don’t love only to marry your true love later on, etc. Once your serial has things like these, which can be found in 99.9% of the serials on TV, then you are the same as they are.
    6. A major weakness was you had everyone in the story getting involved in the Raghav-Kalpi love story which resulted in too many interferences and eventually killed that story which didn’t go down well with the audience. Avoid having one story and everyone wanting to be a part of that story. Create different stories for each actor.

    EMA’s STRENGTHS:
    1. A good theme and sub-themes including focus on social issues, domestic conflicts, etc
    2. Excellent actors and acting from each actor
    3. Excellent direction of the show and excellent production
    4. A good story line overall
    5. Strong writing skills (there are cases however, where you messed up)
    6. The ability to create suspense and invoke emotions from audience

    HOW TO STRENGTHEN EMA:’
    1. That more details are given to the audience. More screen time and appearances to all the other actors which can happen if you create different sub-stories for each actor. Each will get their time to show their acting skills. Some actors/characters are underused like Sammy and Vitthal. If you create their own stories then we will see more of them. Other actors don’t always have to be involved with Raghav and Kalpi.
    2. Bring in more realism in the characters and plots. In everything.
    3. More dialogues and good dialogues between characters (simply love 28 and 29 May episodes in how it filled in the details) When I see episodes and production as these I know you guys are very smart in what you do. So then be consistent in all the episodes
    4. Take your time in telling your story. In the same way you spent time developing Raghav and Kalpi’s love story, the same way you should spend time telling other parts of the story. It is an advantage to you when you take your audience along with you.
    5. Avoid issues that viewers don’t like. Test an idea or plot or situation among people before you incorporate it in your script. You want to gain viewers, not turn them away. Nothing was wrong with jilting scene if that enhances your story. But test it. Was it relevant? You should have seen that viewers are angry about and fed-up of seeing things like jilting a bride and swapping brides, and separating lovers, for example, (which is seen in nearly ALL serials) so you if come out with that too, you will only be crucified for it.
    Take EMA to another level.

An Appeal TO THE WRITERS/CREATORS OF EMA (Part 1):

I know that a lot of people were very upset with EMA and its writers for some aspects of story. Having read up on previous episodes I wish to state my honest opinions about EMA. I think you guys have a terrific theme for the serials. In holding several discussions on EMA over these past few days, a lot of people understand the theme and what the writers are trying to do. And I want them to know that I for one totally support EMA. And in many people I have spoken to, they love EMA and will continue to watch it because they totally understand the story. The only part I (and many others) didn’t like was the jilting of the character Kalpi. That was hard to understand, though we would have understood jilting Paaki. The former is the good guy and no one wants the good guy to suffer; whereas in light of your story, jilting Paaki and marrying Kalpi instead, would be have been seen as a “good revenge” move. Audience like when the good guys win. That is a viewer mentality that will never go away. I do feel that once a marriage between Raghav and Kalpi can be had, EMA should continue to focus on its story on revenge and any other theme it wants to bring out. As a viewer, I need to show respect for what the story tellers are telling. It is your story, after all.

My humble request however is for you to ensure that you tighten up your script as there are many lose parts to it. Once you can do that and you can show details or add details to the story, then EMA will be hugely successful. You already have a superb cast. And although I know that you guys have received lots of criticisms over the past few weeks, I can still see lots of ingenuity, creativity and smartness to your story. Your skills should shine in your plot and how well it is developed, good dialogues, actions, acting, etc. In watching previous episodes at least your direction of the show (the camera work and acting and focus and angle, etc) are EXCELLENT. So you get two thumbs up for excellent direction of the show.

The episodes of May 28 and 29 are perfect examples of how details, when added into the story, make a huge difference. Between these two episodes intelligent viewers were able to understand a lot of things and able to get explanations for the way character behaves and why they do certain things or take certain actions. This is excellent. Don’t leave your audience to fill in the gaps. They will make a mess of it. You are the storyteller; you need to fill in the gaps for us. I sincerely hope that once the Raghav-Kalpi love story is settled, you too can regain your focus to bring out that revenge plot of Raghav. Having read the past episodes I have a better understanding of the story and the plot. There should be more drama, more thrills, more conniving, more blackmailing, more fighting, more schemes, more framing of people, more skulduggery in business, more good moves by Raghav to get back at the Kapoors, etc everything that would make the plot better. It didn’t register well with the viewers for a while because for a moment it looks as though Kamla and Gauri are the villains – when they are not.

I urge the writers to be in command of their story and please continue to develop your story and strengthen it. Details will take you a long way and do wonders for you. Fill in the details and don’t rush to tell your story. Time is on your side. Take your time. I want to see more of this revenge. So in all fairness, once Raghav and Kalpi are married, please let your revenge take the centre-stage. Develop sub-stories for each actor and build your thrill, drama and suspense. You have an intelligent viewer base and they want to see EMA succeed, but they want to see realism and details. Just look at how brilliant 28 and 29 May episodes were.

You should know that I stopped reading certain websites that have comments on EMA and other serials as I find them senseless. Just a lot of fanatic outburst with no intelligent viewing, no understanding of story-telling etc. Reading them could discourage you as a viewer, as an actor and as a production house. Too many gossips, rumours and things that scare away viewers. Too many disrespectful comments which come because of a lack of understanding of what is going on. (But please it is not for you guys, creatives or actors, to respond negatively to viewers. That is suicidal and bad handling of outraged fans. Let professional PR people deal with it.)

My take after 2nite is so scary.
I know it will break Ragna fans hearts mine too believe me . Because I so love these two …. So sad but I have to voice it and get it of my heart. Its probable that Ash is on a 1 year contract .. so there will be a leap. What if they kill off the character of Raghav on Friday after the sindoor …. This death will really get Kalpi’s heart torn apart then we will see the real destruction of the Kapoors beginning . It will take something like the death of the love of her life to get Kapli started on what Rahgva wanted for her, to be strong and pursue her ambitions . And my thoughts what if something had happened on the night in the jungle. And for the sake of her love and his child Kapli will have to pull herself together and go on living and to prove to the world that the Singhania legacy will live on and that everything is not about revenge but about living it well and letting God to be the judge and do accordingly. Let it be His judgment . because we can’t change people . And what if Raghav had actually given Kapli the Power of Attorney when they knew that they were going to get married anyway and Raghva had made Kapli a co executor of his empire . What if, because this the only way I see the Ek Mutti Asaamaan happening in Kalpi’s life now. Raghav will finally see happiness restored through the well balance life of his child a son maybe …..!!!

Gees….this is scary, mate! I don’t want to think about it. It will be silly of EMA if they don’t hold Ashish there to continue the show. The show’s sucess is really because of Ashish and even if they develop their story strongly without these current main leads, the show will suffer because of actors with whom the audience connected with. And in EMA there is very strong connection between viewers and actors. Just look at the outrage to what the writers did to Raghav and Kalpi’s wedding! I sincerely hope that what you say isn’t so. Ashish is needed, and critically needed, if EMA is to succeed. Audiences don’t buy replacement actors. Just look at what happened in Qubool Hai. After the first Mr. Khan left, his replacement (though he is well liked and respected as an actor) failed to create the same chemistry that the first Mr. Khan and Zoya had the show, and the show started to go downhill. So the writers KILLED everyone to start afresh again!

EMA needs to watch itself less it suffers a similar fate. Most of the times, replacing an actor spells doom for the serial. I am sure EMA people knows this, if they did their homework. Just look at the fans reaction to Ashish and Rachna. fans are crazy about them. Unless, there is some serious infraction on the set, I don’t see any need for replacing any of the current actors of EMA. They all are doing excellently in their respective roles.

    • Paige S
      May 29, 23:14

I will be positive. They will married given the strong bond of love they share. Both Gauri and Kamla will go paranoid as both of them broke their promises. Either, Kalpi will get put out and go live in the Singhanian’s house (well she’s more likely to get put out when Kamla finds her beloved Paaki out of a marriage). OR, upon bringing her home Gauri says I don’t want Kalpi here so Raghav and Kalpi goes somewhere to live their own life, but this time, it is now Raghav and Kalpi together alone to execute this revenge on the Kapoor. both Raghav and Kalpi have issues with the Kapoors and when Gauri sees that raghav is making strides with the revenge, she comes around. But Kamla will say she doesn’t want to see Kalpi face even when she is dead!

OR, it will take some calamitous event to bring Kamla to her senses. I can’t say what that will be. But one thing I think might happen: Kapli getting put out by Kamla. If she did so things to that girl on the engagement day for the sake of Paaki, what else would she not do in face of Kalpi breaking her promise to her and that too replace her beloved Paaki in Raghav’s life?

Raghav: take your wife (Kalpi)and move on. Count your blessings that you won’t have Kamla as your mother-in-law. She will be hell to live with! (:)

And if Kamla humiliated Kalpi on her engagement day in front of people, well on this birthday, she will might put out Kalpi and even disown her. Kamla is Psychotic. SHe is a deranged woman. Cable of the worst!

Paige you have to use the colon keys and the brackets to make smileys or sad faces or the colon and capital D to get a big smile, that’s what I do,
but I keep forgetting Suni how she gets her faces to move eyes to roll and blink etc.
use the colon and the bracket above the zero to smile and the colon and the bracket above the 9 key for sad, the semi colon and bracket over the 0 for wink, that’s all I know. 😀

Yes Paige, I have been reading the updates regularly if i did not get a chance to look at the episodes,
I saw the injustice meted out to poor Kalpi and the bimbo just stood by and did nothing even though she knew the truth.
I thought tonights episode was a waste of beautiful sad music when they played the background for Paakhi and her pathetic crying weeping etc. But she has so much faith in Kamla maa, that she is continuing with her shameless staunch forcing herself into the marriage. why the hell don’t she get her crappy self outta there, give Raghav his happiness, give him the freedom of his revenge. If she really loves him she would do that.

i like that…it’s a waste of a sad and beautiful music. I thought exactly the same when I saw it. After from Tum hi ho for Raghav and Kalpi, there is a music with a male vocalising in the background. Sounds so wonderful for when Raghav and Kalpi are together and things are happening between them.

Kris and the others…you know the more I read up on past episodes the more I want Raghav to take revenge on the Kapoors. So I want this wedding between Raghav and Kalpi to come through and once they are married, I want Kalpi to join Raghav in this revenge. In all fairness to the writers, I see where they are coming from. These Kapoors are real bastards. Raghav is the hero to save them. Let us not get side-tracked. Raghav needs Kalpi by his side. So I hope that they are wedded quickly and let us focus on this revenge. Am still reading up on the past episodes and my gosh…I want to kill the Kapoors. I now understand why Raghav has to take revenge.

I WANT Raghav to take revenge. I want Kalpi to support him. Forget this going away of Kalpi and becoming madam. There is power in being the First Lady, which you get when you married a man who becomes the President right? You can’t become First Lady through any other means. So Kalpi can become madam once married to Raghav and execute real power where the Kapoors will have to turn around and beg her now. she will have power, status and wealth to get revenge.

So yes I want to see Raghav and Kalp married and then let us get on with this revenge theme. Once this marriage is over and the writers produce good episodes, I will with them on this revenge train. Man, just read the past episodes to get a full understanding and appreciation of EMA and you will see that the writers are heading somewhere and I want to give them their space to create their story. The past episodes show how evil and wicked the Kapoors are. They have to be destroyed, I want to see more of this revenge. So after Raghav and Kalpi’s marriage, enough of this moral talks and let’s head down the road for revenge!! Bring this revenge on!!! I am in support of Raghav against the Kapoors!

Devya and Sonia, did you guys notice that grandma is getting better as the days go by? I’ve been watching her! Her hands are moving. Her speech is coming back slowly. OK, grandma…soon you will have to spill the beans, girl. I’m waiting to see how this play out!

In reading past episodes, before the viewers saw who Raghav is, a commentator remarked that “whoever plays Raghav will have to be handsome”. Well, I tell you, they got a smoking hot and handsome man to play Raghav. The creators of EMA certainly hit it right with Ashish playing Raghav!

Yes Paige. I thought of it yesterday. Soon grandma will be able to unmask Neetu and Sahil especially infront of Pakhi (I have the feeling she still doesn’t believe what Raghav told her).

And Kris, when Kalpi “supposedly fail” her exams, Kamla asked Raghav to employ her. When Kalpi got ready on the morning for the first day on the job, she bent down to touch Kamla’s feet, Kamla pulled back. She didn’t bless her own daughter because she blamed her for the exam fiasco and for working as a waitress. Imagine that! Do you think she would have done that to Paaki? I felt so sorry for Kalpi having to go to office for the first time and that is how your mother treats you.

ANd our selfish, clueless Paaki knew about the exam situation and didn’t do anything to correct it. Just look at the misery of Kalpi’s life because of these people. Paaki knows alot of things and despite the info she does not act on it. She does nothing but continue to let Kalpi suffer. And the same darn thing she is doing now with Raghav. She knows about him and Kalpi just like she knew about the exam bribe and the presentation info being stolen, and YET SHE DOES NOTHING ABOUT ANYTHING. She lets poor kalpi suffer and takes the blame and likes seeing her deprived.

I just marvelled at what an airhead Paaki is that she is so oblivous to others’ pain and suffering and sadness. She only sees her own. She is all about fulfilling her own self desires. Why should I feel sorry for her? Kalpi has been through enough. Paaki has put Kalpi in enough trouble and took away too many important things from her life. This has to stop. It is time for Kalpi to get her happiness. And she HAS TO GET RAGHAV. Raghav was made for Kalpi and he will give her all the happiness she never got and he told Sammy that he will remove all of her sorrows. And I support Raghav for that. Nice.

I have no sympathy for Paaki. Just read of the things they did to and cause to happen to Kalpi. They tried to ruin her life so many times. They treat her like dirt. Both Kamla and the Kapoors. And Paaki was too self-centred to care about anyone but herself. Kalpi has been through enough emotional and mental torture. I want Raghav to marry her and carry her away into the sunset and they live happily ever after. The rest of them— Paaki and Kamla and Gauri and everyone else— can move to Timbuktu for all I care!

    • Paige S
      May 29, 20:31

No they can all move to moon. That is farther away. And Raghav and Kapli will live happily in that very lovely house. That’s a nice house! (smile). Has nice furniture in it. Nice bright, pretty, glittery cushions. I was looking at it. I can just imagine Kalpi in there with Raghav and both of them eating together at the dining table. And for Pete’s sake, once Kalpi marries Raghav, please dress that girl up nicely. They gave her too many dull clothes. She will not be Mrs. Singhania so they need to dress her up very nicely! Paaki and Neetu can’t get all the pretty saris.

oops ** that should read “She will NOW be Mrs Singhania so they need to dress her up nicely”.

so true Paige, that Kamla is one piece of work,
she never trusted h er own daughter or treated her fairly
oh we could go on and on on this subject of comparing Kamla’s motherhood towards her own daughter and towards Paakhi, and go full circle and come back to only one conclusion,
Kamla has been and is still being unfair to Kalpi and alwo Raghav in favour of Paakhi.

Oh my gosh…I am so tensed. I can literally feel the pressure Raghav and Kalpi are under and the race against time and obstacles to meet. It makes me want to jump into the episode to witness everything or jump into tomorrow to see what happens next! This is great story telling. The suspense is killing me. Just imagine after nearly 3 weeks, THREE WHOLE WEEKS of no Raghav and Kalpi together, after 3 whole weeks of tension, frustration, anger, anxiety and stress, tomorrow is the BIG DAY! I am so nervous and so excited at the same time. I don’t think I will sleep peacefully tonight as my mind will be thinking of Raghav and Kalpi meeting tomorrow. This is so nerve-wrecking!

    ANOTHER WONDERFUL EPISODE.

It had details, suspense and interest. And it was real. The dialogues were terrific. Very sensible and real. I particularly love the part with how Kalpi reasoned (with her conscience). She reasoned that Raghav made the mistake of putting revenge before love and they all saw the effects of that and they all condemned him for the choice. Should she now make that same mistake of putting a promise before love? Very good reasoning.

I felt Raghav’s dilemma and I am glad the viewers can hear everything and see everything. Once again, I commend the writers for filling in the details. And the telephone conversation between Raghav and Sammy was good as it, all the more, showed the conflict faced by Raghav. Once can feel the intensity of it. Wow! Raghav spoke sensibly about the conflict he was in. He grieved for being at the same crossroad again, and I am glad how he shared with Sammy how his mother tried to commit suicide when he tried to convince her about Kalpi’s marriage to him. At least someone understands Raghav’s dilemma. I like this sharing between him and Sammy. That is real. A man always seeks his closest friend for advice. Vey good. This is real. And both Raghav and Sammy were shown very nicely by the writers in caring for Kalpi and her family’s reaction if Raghav should make another mistake.

I love this writers and creators. Very good job so far. This is what I and others are looking for in the serial. That explains a lot to the viewers and helps them to understand the story. You don’t leave room for them to guess. And yet still you maintain suspense throughout the episode. THAT WAS BRILLIANT! Well done!

    • Kris
      May 29, 19:55

So true Paige, so many other serials don’t show all these details
I was hoping that Sammy would call up Ragnav to make sure he would show.
I really felt for Ragnav and Kali tonight,
Paakhi, no way, she will do what Kamla maa tells her to do, notice the stress on the fact Kamla maa told her to do so and she is doing so. Even Kalpi is doing what her mother wants. But she also is thinking of Ragnav, which unlike Paakhi is doing, because Paakhi is selfish.

    • Paige S
      May 29, 20:06

Still no feelings for Paaki yet. I know some people probably thinks I am hard-hearted. It is not that. It’s just that I look at this character holistically. Today I was reading up on the some of the older episodes that I missed, like those in February. Tonight I will read up the episodes for January. And hear this. when you read those episodes and see Paaki’s attitude and behaviour and those of the Kapoors, I can’t feel sorry for them with what they are encountering right now.

Kris, you should read how they treated Kalpi. The Kapoors treated that girl like dirt. And Paaki laughs just about everything though she sees this. She didn’t care to do anything about it. I gather from the reading that Neetu stole some company info that Paaki had (it was info for Raghav’s housing project which the Kapoors wanted), and gave to Prem for a business presentation and everyone thought that Kalpi sold the info to Prem, when she didn’t. Paaki knew her family stole it and she didn’t say a word. Raghav thinking that Kalpi did sell the info, fired her. But Kalpi managed to redeem herself in doing a fabulous presentation which won the contract for Raghav. And what did Paaki do to remedy the situation? Nothing. She locked herself in her room or something like that. Stupid girl. Kalpi got the blame for that. Do you know how many insults and denigration Kalpi got because of Paaki and the Kapoors?

I shall be writing, as I look so as not to forget every little detail
Notice the smile on Gauries face when Ragnar told her the if she wants him to only focus on revenge, poor boy, so he don’t deserve to be loved by a girl also. Gaurie had her love, yes it was taken away, but she had a chance to fall I love and get married, that’s all Ragnav wants as we’ll.
we’ll she should seek revengs and not expect so much out of Ragnav.
