Sharda welcomes Sakshi to her new home. Sakshi is very happy whereas Karan doesn’t look happy about it. Latika gets the engagement rings. Karan looks at the ring that Sharda is holding for him and recalls Rohan’s words about 3 types of rings of marriage – engagement, wedding and suffering. Sharda gestures him to do it. Karan takes the ring. Both Sakshi and Karan step forward to exchange their rings. Everyone claps for the couple. Everyone goes around congratulating each other. Suresh remarks to Sharda that he dint knew about this facet of her….that you speak such good words. Before Sharda can say something, he continues talking on his own. Its good atleast it saved us from the insult. He goes from there but Sharda looks hurt by his words.

Sakshi comes to talk to Sharda. You knew everything yet you accepted me? Sharda replies that I accepted you as I know everything about you. Sakshi wants to know why she has so much trust on her. sharda says you have a pure and true heart. If there would have been some other girl then she wouldn’t have dared to go to her mom to speak the truth. Plus now Kanha too has blessed you. Sakshi is still in doubt that she isn’t the kind of DIL that you wanted. Sharda smiles. You are exactly like that. Its just that you don’t know it yet. Whatever we ask from life, we get it always…we only should know how to recognize it. I had heard from my elders that if it is up to your wish then its good but if its not, then its better as it has been chosen by God. It felt good that you also accepted this. Padma joins them. What’s happening between a DIL and MIL? Sharda pretends to be stern / angry. I was saying she doesn’t look like a DIL….she looks like my daughter. Sakshi is very happy and they share a side hug. Padma is relieved too. I told you that one gets a family like this by fate. Sakshi nods. Someone comes and calls them for getting their photos clicked. Latika and Dadi also take Karan as its time to get a family photo.

The whole Modi family stands around Karan and Sakshi. They stand a little apart so the photographer tells them to come closer. Finally Latika pushes Karan and Karan and Sakshi come close. The pic is taken. Everyone claps. Karan is told to touch everyone’s feet to take their blessings. Karan and Sakshi turn towards each other and their heads bang. They both turn the opposite way. Karan is told to take blessings along with Sakshi. She also signals him towards his parents. They both take Karan’s parents blessings. Sakshi turns but her saree gets stuck in Karan’s kurta. Very cute Saiyaan ve plays. A lady teases them. Karan is finally able to remove it from his kurta. More blessings followed by everyone getting their pics clicked with the couple. Their friends have cute sweet fight over who will get their pics clicked first. Sakshi’s friends call Karan jiju but he tells them to call him by his name only. Sharda is thinking something. They all get themselves clicked together.

Karan and Sakshi move around but Sharda tells them to stay put as one more ritual is due. Now you both will have to feed each other with your own hands. Servants and Kaveri come there with different different food items. Karan and Sakshi do as told. One feeds sweet while the other feeds some salty snack. One of the ladies point this out but the other one is sure Sakshi will smooth things out. Sharda is worried. I will have to do something to bring them both together.

Sharda brings Sakshi to Karan’s room. Sakshi looks around happily. sharda wants her to know and understand Karan properly then only will this relation happen. Karan loves cars and motorbikes since his childhood and he still does. He still has the same habits. He always used to feel shy when meeting someone for the first time and still does. He gets irked very easily but has a soft heart. He always had a problem in taking the first step towards friendship. But if someone does it then they become friends easily. Sakshi says I understand a little of what you are trying to explain to me. sharda is happy to hear it. Btu there is one habit which has changed. Sakshi asks about it. Sharda jokes that he dint like to wear clothes when he was a kid. I used to run after him the whole day. Sakshi feels shy. Sharda gives her an album containing Karan’s childhood pics and goes out for some work.

Sakshi sits down on the bed to check out the album. Karan’s friends are keeping a watch over her. They go to Karan and suggest him to go to their room. He agrees. Atleast there wont be so many relatives there. Rohan tells him to proceed they will join him soon. Karan leaves. His friends are enjoying it. Now you and bhabhi (Sakshi) will be alone in that room. Now you will have to talk.

Sakshi gets up to keep the album but Karan comes just then they collide and both of them fall on the bed. Saiyaan ve plays as they share an eye lock. They both get up finally. Karan notices the album in his hand and takes it from her. it is my private album. One shouldn’t look at someone’s private things. Sakshi tries to say something but he doesn’t let her. You have come here for the first day and have ended my privacy. Sakshi tries to tell him about Sharda but he tells her he doesn’t like all this. Both look away from one another. Sakshi thinks aunty told me he takes time to make friends but I have upset him already. Karan thinks she is already trying to invade my privacy before even becoming my wife. Sakshi thinks he dint let me complete my sentence. Karan thinks she was taking mom’s name like she had called her to see my movie. She thinks if this is the way its starting then what will happen in the future. He calls this relation a problem. One should end the problem in the beginning itself.

Sharda comes and notices them standing like this. What happened? Karan says you know I don’t like it that everyone should come to my room. He leaves from there. Sakshi is sad too. Sharda tells do something for her. Go and get the red saree that I have kept on my bed. Sakshi nods to go but realises she doesn’t know her room. If I go alone then (you will be lost – Sharda completes). Sakshi nods. Sharda knows it. You will be lost as this house is new / stranger for you. In the beginning every new thing looks like a riddle to us. But once we get to understand it then we come to know that it isn’t a riddle but a simple thing. karan too would look like a riddle to you but once you will spend time with him then you will start to understand him. We all lack something / we are incomplete. When two incomplete meet and become complete then that is what we call marriage. You both have to be together to be complete. Sakshi promises Sharda she will try her best to live up to her expectations. I will try my best to understand Karan and all the other family members. Sharda is sure that the one who tries really hard they always win.

Sakshi and Sharda come downstairs. Sakshi looks at Karan. Sharda signals her to go. Sakshi goes to Karan and says excuse me. karan turns to look at her but then turns his attention back to his friends before Sakshi can say anything. Sharda is sad. She goes and stands next to Sakshi. Next she signals at Karan’s friends to go who make an excuse and leave from there. Karan turns angrily towards Sakshi but stops as he sees his mom. Sharda asks him to show their garden to Sakshi. Dadi and Latika come there. Dadi praises Sharda for her modern thinking. You are sending the boy and the girl to talk alone. This dint use to happen at our time. Sharda agrees but says it should have happened back then also. Latika too is surprised. She also pulls Karan’s leg. Mom has told you to go then why you are here. You like Sakshi, don’t you? Sharda answers for him. It is important to talk to each other to know each other well. Latika again teases them. Dadi also tells him to go or should I call your dad. Sakshi smiles at this. Karan leaves asap. Dadi asks Sakshi if she liked Karan and Sakshi blushes in response. Latika tells her to leave as well as Karan must be waiting for her. sakshi’s friends praise Sharda for being cool and open.

Sakshi joins Karan but he is still not interested to talk. She follows his every movement but then tells him statue and he stops. She laughs but goes quiet as he looks at her. She says Sharda aunty was right you are still the same like a kid. You stopped as soon as I said statue. Karan glares at her which makes her go quiet. An old lady comes there and is upset with her husband over small things. Sakshi is enjoying it. Uncle scares Karan that this is what happens after you get married. You will have to listen to so many things if you have to eat one ladoo. Sakshi is happy that Dadi is worried for Dada ji’s health. Karan takes Dada’s side while Sakshi takes Dadi’s. Karan says girls always look for beauty in a relationship. One man wants to eat ladoo and you are looking at the beauty of it. Karan doesn’t buy her point and leaves from there while Sakshi runs after him. dada dadi call their fight cute. They too will live a happily married life like us.

Sakshi tells Karan she dint want to argue with him. He looks away angrily and they both make the same pose again. Saiyaan ve plays.

Everyone has gathered in the living area. Priest tells them that there is the third day from today is very auspicious for this marriage. Everyone starts thinking. Sakshi is worried as she hasn’t even come to know Karan yet.

Precap: Karan is in his room. He mentally apologizes to his mom. I was getting married for you. I wanted to join it but now I will have to break it. Karan tells his friends that he has promised not to back out of this wedding but what if the girl does that. Will have to do something big. A girl comes to Modi House and Karan looks happy over something.
