Fashion is: Confidence and something that can never go unnoticed; it leaves a mark with your style.

Who chooses your clothes? : Me.

Do you wear accessories? : I am big-time accessories fan, especially silver accessories. I like to make it loud and I always try to give an indo western twist to my look.

Do you follow any brands? : For my jackets and denims, I prefer brands. Masaba is my favourite brand for Indian and western wear.

Your favourite shopping destination: I like to shop anywhere and everywhere. Every city has its own style. Delhi has a correct mix of clothes, Kolkata is known for sarees, Rajasthan and Jaipur is known for jewellery while Mumbai has the best collection in clothes.

Most expensive buy: I don’t remember.

Clothes you are comfortable in: I make clothes comfortable.

Favourite designer: For ethnic wear, I like Manish Malhotra and Shivan & Naresh. For Western and Indian wear, I like Masaba. I think our Indian designers are too good now. I think we don’t need to go abroad to shop.

Must-have in your wallet: Money, credit cards, house keys, kajal, sunscreen, lip balm and most importantly perfume.

Favourite perfume: Burberry Body.

Colour that fills your wardrobe: These days, I am wearing more of Neon colours. It gives one a vibrant and stylish look.

Describe Sale in one word: Excitement. We Indians always get happy with the word sale while bargaining is in our blood.

Currently, your wardrobe is over-flowing with: With all types of clothes, more of coloured pants which add some sunshine to my routine wardrobe, lace dresses and as winter is in the offing, a scarf is must in my wardrobe. I have a fetish for bags, shoes and jackets.

You have hardest time getting dressed for: Unfortunately, every day I take time to dress up.

Any fashion disaster that you have come across recently: I hate it when people wear everything matching from head to toe like same colour clothes, jewellery, nail paint and shoes.

If you had to choose a fashion era, which period would it be: It would be the current era. There are no rules by which we can play around with colours and mix of style.
