The family is shocked to see Parneet bringing the bed to the hall, and she lies, saying it had worms, so she brought it out of Heer’s room. Parneet had seen Jeet checking the house, so she devised the plan to push the bed outside.

Teji questions Parneet’s actions, and Parneet says she wanted to do something significant. Rajwinder suggests burning the bed, but Parneet fears Heer will be burnt alive too. Jeet checks the storeroom, praying for Heer’s safety. Sartaj assures Jeet that nothing will happen to Heer, and Teji suggests informing the police or media.
