Surya shows Agastya’s video to Imlie and says he had only this one-sided conversation with his brother; his brother spoke to him, but he couldn’t speak to his brother; they both look same but have different characters, he gets angry even in normal situation while Agastya looks very calm. Imlie says he used to be like an orange juice in eyes when he is angry, he never used to celebrate festivals or have sweets, but don’t know how he liked her. She describes his qualities and how he used to call her a gold digger at the beginnin, how she has kept his given ring till now. Someone hits he hand by mistake and apologizes. Her ring falls into river. Surya jumps into river to save the ring. Imlie shouts Surya and seeks help. Mob gathers and says just yesterday a boy fell into river and his body was found in next ghat. Surya floats unconscious on water. Divers get him out of river. Imlie rushes him to hospital.
Nirmala describes how Imlie married Surya to Amrit. Amrit asks Imlie married Surya’s doppelganger. Nirmala says Imlie has made their lives a hell and she wants his help to get rid off Imlie. Amrit refuses to help. Nirmala says Imlie got him separated from his wife and she knows he wants to take revenge from Imlie, he can’t do that until Surya is with Imlie, so he has to help them separate Imlie from Surya and then he can take revenge from her. Amrit agrees. At home, Nirmala calls ad agency home and asks them to make her company’s sari advertisement with woman model as a housewife. Ad maker says housewife idea is not cool. Nirmala returns home and waits for Amrit. Amrit barges in heavily drunk and calls his darling bar singer Imlie. CJ warns him to mind his tongue. Amrit says Imlie used to give him line even when she was married to Agastya and he left his wife for Imlie. He shows his and Imlie’s photos.
Doctor treats unconscious Surya and informs Imlie that Surya has got trigeminal neuralgia and he fell unconscious after he got an attack in water. Imlie talks emotionally to unconscious Surya and asks why he risked his life for her ring. Surya opens eyes. Amrit informs Reddys that Imlie had a contract marriage with Agastya, using men is her and dumping them is her hobby, she had trapped Agastya for his money and is doing same with Surya, they shall return Imlie to Amrit as only he can handle her. Reddys are shocked hearing that. Imlie asks Surya to take a deep breath and asks if he feels normal. He says yes. She asks why did he risk his life. Surya says he can’t let her lose her most precious thing and offers her ring. Nurse informs Anjali about Surya being rescued from drowning into river and getting admitted into a hospital.
Precap: Indira tells Imlie that she didn’t like her and now hates her, she learnt that she had a contract marriage with Agastya for money and bet her dignity for money, she married Surya for his money and ruined their family’s dignity. Imlie says she didn’t marry Surya for money and breaks up her relationship with Surya.
