Nirmala tells Indira that she can’t eat Imlie’s prepared food. Indira asks her to wipe her mouth before lying. Nirmala wipes her mouth and Indira should be happy that Imlie will be leaving their house in 6 days. Indira says Imlie will not spare Surya easily. Nirmala says if she get Surya married, Imlie herself will leave Surya. Indira asks where will they find a girl. Nirmala grins at Malti and tells Indira that they can consider Anjali who is a perfect match for Surya. Malti calls Anjali and asks her to visit their home tomorrow with her mother, they all will convince Indira for her and Surya’s wedding.
Next morning, while performing tulsi pooja, Hemalatha asks Imlie to join them. Nirmala stops her and asks when it’s their house, why would Imlie perform pooja. Once they walk inside the house, Imlie performs tulsi pooja singing Main Tulsi Tere Angan Ki..song. Anjali with her mother Shweta gets out of car and walks inside the house looking at Imlie. She greets Indira. Nirmala says Shweta is here to discuss about Surya and Anjali’s alliance. Indira says wherever Anjali will make the place cheerful. Indira asks Shweta if she doesn’t have any problem with Surya already being married. Shweta says she felt odd when Nirmala sought Anjali’s hand for Surya, but agreed when she told Surya’s first wife will leave in 6 days.
Imlie thinks Anjali must have come again to meet Surya. Anjali walks to Surya. Surya asks what is she doing here. Anjali says she came here with her mother and Indira is calling him down. Surya walks to Indira. Indira informs him that she has fixed his marriage with Anjali. Surya says an important person is missing here, gets Imlie in, and says he is already married to Imlie and hence can’t marry Anjali. Malti says he loved Anjali, promised to marry her first, and then betrayed her and married Imlie instead. Indira in shock asks Surya if it’s true. Surya says it’s true, so he clearly told Anjali to stay away from him.
Nirmala says Imlie had a fake marriage with Surya and has now forcefully trapped her son. Surya says he is not trapped by Imlie and has cleared his stance. Indira gets angry on him. Arjun asks Surya to reveal what is in his heart for Imlie. Imlie tells Surya that he already wasted a few months of his life behind her, so he should move on and marry Anjali. Surya refuses. CJ tells Shweta that they need some time to discuss about the alliance.
Imlie walks to her room, locks the door, and gets emotional. She hears door knock, thinks it’s Surya, asks why did he come, their marriage doesn’t matter to her anymore, and opens door. Hemalatha walks in and asks if it really doesn’t matter to her, Surya married her as per rituals and considers her as his wife. Imlie says but.. Hemalatha says the time she is spending on gardening, she should spend on mending her relationship or else she will repent.
Surya tells Arjun that Imlie told she doesn’t have any issue if he marries Anjali, then even he doesn’t care about her. Surya and Imlie later get stuck in a rain. Arjun over phone suggests Surya to express his feelings for Imlie.
