IndependenceDay Special: Celebrate I-Day with Spandan Chaturvedi

The little wonder of television Spandan Chaturvedi, currently seen in Colors show Udann (Gurudev Bhalla & Dhaval Gada) is one pure soul, who has not only impressed the masses with her acting prowess, but also with her cuteness.

Spandan, who is performing the character of Chakor, a strong, young girl, fighting against social malpractice like bonded labour, has inspired many.

And on the occasion of Independence Day we caught up with the little girl. Spandan shared her plans with us, “Though it is a holiday every year, we have to go to school early in the morning. And we have cultural programmes organized in our schools every year. All the students and respected teachers turn up for the event to make it a successful one.”

“Every year I perform on Independence Day my Hindi teacher teaches us Kathak dance so that we can perform. The programme is always followed by flag hoisting ceremony and all of us sing the National Anthem”, added Spandan.

Though the little one will give a miss to her school programme owing to her ill health, nevertheless before signing off she stated how much she will miss the event this time.

She also wished our readers a very happy Independence Day. Wish you the same Spandan.
