Scene 1
moti comes to jodha and ask her to come to court as its bakshi’s daughter naming ceremony, resham comes there, she cries and says I am fine jodha begum but I don’t understand how to tell you.. I can just talk with you, I want to tell you something about maham, jodha says don’t talk about her, resham says she has high fever for many days, I think that its her last days, jodha says I cant do anything, resham pleads to do something, jodha says I have to go now but I will ponder upon your words.
jalal comes in court, all wives are coming in,sharif’s father and priest comes to jalal and says I am disappointed with what sharif did, jalal says I have forgiven and I expect that he will fulfill his promise of keep my sister and her daughter happy, the ceremony starts, sacred verses are read, priest ties sacred thread on baby’s hand, sharif says I have thought about one name, he suggests name Mehtab,
he says it means moon light, my daughter has brought light in my life, jalal says wow, you have become poet, its very nice name, hamida says not wives will gift baby girl gifts, all gifts her, hamida says to salima that ruks is not to be seen in ceremony, salima says I don’t know where is she, baby is given to jalal, he is excited and happy, he says I wanna tell you that I don’t differentiate between girl and a boy so I am giving three states to this baby girl, sharif cant believe this, jalal says to todar that make it a legal rule that there will be no difference between daughter and a son, todar says ok, jalal leaves, jodha smiles. sharif’s father priest says to sharif that start is good but we have to plan many things.
Scene 2
jalal is with jodha, jalal ask why is she much happy? jodha says I am happy that you are taking revolutionary steps, you are changing stale rules, jalal says credit goes to you, you give me ideas to do something better everytime, dasi comes there and says ruks has come in court and she has complaint which she wanna discuss there, jalal and jodha are shocked and goes there.
in court, hamida says to jiji anga that jalal can get angry of what ruks is going to do, why did she come in court even if she had any problem. jalal comes in court, ruks comes infront of him and says I have one complaint and I want to discuss it here, she ask hamida that do you agree that jalal fulfill every promise? hamida says yes, ruks says then you must remember that jalal gave me promise that he will fulfill one wish of mine in life, hamida says yes, if you have any wish then discuss it in person, jalal thinks that if ruks is going to ask same thing then she is going to do wrong, jalal says to ruks that I cant fulfill your that wish, try to understand, ruks says to hamida that have you listened what jalal is saying, he is saying that he wont fulfill his promise, hamida ask whats your wish? hamida ask ruks what jalal hasn’t given her? ruks says I have asked jalal the right to become mother, I have asked jalal the right to have my child, I have asked jalal the happiness of having child, jalal sadly looks down, all gets up from there seats n shock while jalal is hurt. ruks says tell me shehenshah that will you fulfill your promise or will you bring shame to shahi family, jalal says I already told you that this wish is null and void and cant be fulfilled. Ruks says that Mughal saltanat’s king is deviating from his promise, you fulfilled jodha’s wish, jalal says there is a lot difference between your wish and jodha’s wish, she wanted me to not kill anyone in pious month or amadan and you are asking to snatch a child from a mother and give it to you, ruks says but you are a king and you can do anything, jalal says but that doesn’t mean that I will become cruel, child is everything for a mother, jodha is tensed, ruks says jodha is going to have twins so she can give one child to me, jalal says this is not things or jewelry that I will divide in two, why don’t you understand that I can separate kids from her mother, kids are blessing to every parents, if you want anything else then ask me, I will give you states, wealth, jewelry, everything even I can give you this throne of mine, ruks says I don’t need it, what will I do with this throne when I don’t have a child who will stay with me in life, who will spend time in my old life, jalal says I am sorry , I can fulfill your wish, you can give me punishment, ruks says how can I give you any punishment and you are a king but cant fulfill your own promise, this fact is biggest punishment for you. jalal is hurt.
Scene 3
ruks is going to her room, she is crying and distraught, she sits on terrace, jodha comes to her, ruks cries and says did you see jodha begum, today jalal proved infront of all that he only cares about you, he doesn’t let you down anytime because you are going to give heir to saltanat, you are going to be marium zamani, salima have Rahim with her, you will have two kids that will call you mother but me.. that poisonous liquid took my right to become mother so what if I asked one child from jalal, I am just a like a dasi now, ruks says to jodha that what difference it makes that child is raised up in lap instead of yours, jodha is tensed and says listen.. ruks stops her that no speech today, the special wife position has been snatched from me and now my right to become mother is also snatched, all women crave for their children so tell did I do anything wrong by asking jalal’s one child? jodha is speechless.
PRECAP- its been shown that ruks was acting all the while, she talks to herself that I am sure my plan will succeed and I will win this game and jodha will melt like always and will lose to me.

In a way, if you see what Ruq did,
she has divided Jalal and Jodha to be able to rule their decision.
She has used different strokes for different folks
and thus separated the team of two into individuals responding differently to her
differentiated tactics for them both.
She has been one clever woman.
But , this is where the line gets drawn between being clever and being too clever.
I think if Ruq has had such an easy start to her campaign
she is bound to soon get extremely arrogant with her early successes –
and when Jodha says “Yes” to her having one baby (just to save Jalal’s “maan”)
Ruq will become greedy enough to want to eliminate Jodha
totally from her life and
get both the babies and the audha of MUZ at all.
I, for one, hope that she will be foolish enough to think that
winning the first battle is like winning the whole war.
It isn’t. I want her to over-estimate her own powers.
I hope she gambles on being continuously successful and
is left with the loss of even the first and substantial gains she has made yesterday.
I hope she miscalculates that in getting Jodha to say “Yes”,
she has already got the child and can gun for more!
I want to see Ruq slip spectacularly because she counted her chickens before they were hatched!
And I want her to be then severely caught and punished in the same DEK
where she thought she could “morally dethrone”
the King to prove her own supremacy over him.
More than anything else, I want that “teda Jalal”
if I can have him, to get his own back at her in the most devious way possible.
I not only want Ruq caught and exposed
but I want to wait and enjoy the step-by-step process of her humiliation.
She has hurt the two people I care for – Jodha and Jalal – too much yesterday,
and even if they are willing to forgive her, I can’t!
I need to see Ruq annihilated!

by knocking persistently at his powerlessness!
But looking at it from Jalal’s side,
I think the beginning of the end for Ruq has come.
No man, not even the much forgiving Jalaluddin Mohamed Akbar,
can ever forgive this level of debasement in public.
She had not only shamed him
but she had done so step-by-step as
if she was dismembering him torturously and systematically till he had no defences left.
And in all this not a single tear was shed.
She was remarkably cool, calculative, cut-and-dried and ruthlessly persistent.

Throughout the sequence with Jalal, Ruq never so much as shed a single tear. She was totally non-sentimental.
She showed emotions of outrage, a fierceness for personal justice and the disdain of a woman who wanted to nail Jalal directly and squarely without so much as a modicum of respect for his position and status.
She treated him like he was a worthless King with a worthless word of honour.
She buckled him under a barrage of arguments that she knew he would have no answer for.

as a result of high feelings of self-pity and competitiveness with the other wives of Jalal.
But if go through her diatribe carefully,
will see how well her arguments were constructed and delivered.
She systematically nailed Jalal in public through a well-thought out strategy.
And she looped him into a tangle using his own words against him like a ravenous lawyer!
And then she played the guilt-strings of Jodha to the hilt.
What a performance for someone we had thought of as just above being an idiot!

So, should i consider Jalal indirectly indicates on Jodha that if Jodha is ready to give her 1 child to ruq then he has no complain!! I again disappointed on Jalal to see his helpless facial expression when ruq said nothing could be a big punishment for an emperor when he was helpless to accomplish his promise to anyone!! here he should have been given an angry, felt disgusted expression rather than to give bechara expression.
2nd, Jodha should come out immediately from the guiltiness that she has come b/w ruq n jalal b/c i think its her the most foolish perception b/c Jodha didn’t elope with Jalal never wanted to marry her infact it was a forcefully marriage for her then after marriage if they both fell in love then Jodha would consider as its Allah gifted the most grace for both of them that they r now completed as husband n wife. so from which angle n why this guilty is coming in Jodha’s mind!!
I apprehend largely to see Jalal’s helpless face n being trapped by Ruq’s pretending for both of this reason will be compelled Jodha to sacrifice her child.
This pathetic ruq’s track should be finished asap. I can’t sustain ruq for a second now.

September 11, 02:33Since most probably Jodha is going to fall for Ruk’s nautanki and say yes here is what I hope to see.
I do not want to see Jodha say yes for Ruk’s sake but only for Jalal’s sake. Jodha should discuss entire matter with Jalal and ONLY Jalal should announce the decision in DEK. Jodha should not have to give any reason nor Jalal why they changed the decision.
I want to see Jalal tell Ruk THEY are going to grant her wish, he should ask Ruk if he is fulfilling his farman/wish now. When Ruk says yes Jalal should say he is going to put 3 conditions and if Ruk agrees to them ONLY then she will get the baby.
Condition 1 –
Since Jodha is the one giving birth to babies the natural mother – ONLY Jodha can be MUZ. Ruk can NEVER lay a claim to MUZ title due to getting one of the babies.
Condition 2 –
Since small babies need their mother most, the baby will be with Jodha for 1 year and in that time Ruk will have to show her bonding with the baby by taking care of her and ONLY after 1 year of showing this satisfactorily can Ruk be given the baby.
Condition 3 –
Finally Jalal should take AWAY the 2nd farman wish still with Ruk saying since she has shown she cannot be trusted to use the wish wisely and with dignity using that wish has been taken away from her.
Since Ruk will have no face but to agree – this will make Jalal strong and not fall to her manipulations.
Ruk will be seen to be winning but will be the loser.

After continuously getting good TRP Ratings on the Zee Tv’s popular show Jodha Akbar, Balaji Telefilms’, makers are planning to postpone the leap and are in the mood of showing jodha and akbar till next year! After that, next year Salim and Anarkali auditions will start. But it is confirmed that Rajat Tokas and Paridhi Sharma will still be in the show as Jodha and Akbar!
