Baji tries to write a letter to Kashi and says why can’t I write it? How will I have the guts to talk to Kashi? Matank comes there and asks him to get ready for the function, she leaves. Baji says the truth that I am attracted to Mastani but I have to forget her and go back to Kashi.

Baji comes to the function, he is being welcomes grandly. Mastani’s father asks why didn’t he wear the clothes they sent him? Baji asks what is going on here? Ruhaani says these are some rituals. Mastani’s father says he won a war for me so I am gifting huge number of coins as a gift. I am also gifting him a portion of my land. He asks him to accept it. Baji says this is too much. He says you have to accept it as a gratitude. Baji accepts it. Mastani’s father says I am giving my family sword to Baji as an honor and the last thing I am giving away my daughter’s hand in his hand as he gifted his sword to her which is a sign of marriage in our culture. Baji is stunned and doesn’t know how to react. Baji says I am sorry but how did I get married to Mastani? I mean anyone would be lucky to marry her but I just gifted her my sword.
