Scene 1
Baji is going to his room and recalls Kashi telling him about the attackers and then finding out that she was a well-wisher. He thinks to go and talk to her. He stands outside her room and recalls his condition that he won’t enter her room. Kashi is daydreaming about Baji and thinks I am totally in love. Baji calls out to her. Kashi smiles seeing him there. She says you here? I wanted to thank you for saving my life. Baji says you saved our lives, I didn’t know you had been helping me as my well-wisher since childhood. Kashi says I didn’t want you to find out. Baji says I lost my father because of you so I want to pay back your favor, so tell me what you want from me? She says I don’t want anything. Baji says it’s my order. Kashi looks at his hand and asks him to bandage his wound, that’s my wish. Baji says you are crazy, you could have asked me to stay with me for life. Kashi says I don’t want any charity, I won’t ask for my relationship as a charity. I never helped you to think of it as a favor, I was helping my husband as my duty, I can do anything for you because I love.. she looks away and wipes her tears. Baji looks on and leaves from there.

Baji comes to Shahu and says I can’t say sorry as I couldn’t stop the attack. Shahu says our enemies should know that we are not scared of them, I will announce you as a Peshwa tomorrow, do you know who did this? Baji says I will soon present the criminal in front of you.

Scene 2
Baji calls Krishna and Chimaji, to find out who the attacker is, I am sure he is the same man who was our spy that was angry at us. Find him and I won’t spare him.

Krishna meets the spy and says have you gone crazy to attack Shahu? He won’t spare you now. The spy says if I go down then I will take you down with me. You have to save me. Krishna asks him to run away if you want to save his life. They hear a woman there, Krishna asks who are you? The woman is blind and says I can’t see. Krishna asks her to leave. The woman leaves.

In the morning, Radha tells Baji I am proud of you. Baji says I had a condition that I will not attend any event with Kashi so if I go there with her then I will break it. Radha says I will handle her, don’t worry. Baji says do you remember my well-wisher? Do you know who that is? Radha recalls how she asked Kashi to promise to never tell Baji that she is his well-wisher. Radha says I knew it was Kashi but I told her to never tell you. If you knew she can use an archery kit then you would have taken her to wars so I wanted to protect her, I did my duty but she broke my promise. Baji says she didn’t break the promise, I saw her with arrows. I asked her to wish for anything she wants but she asked for a small thing. I didn’t understand. Radha says she wants to act great to make place in your heart so be careful, Baji looks on.
