Naren leaves without saying anything, Nandini stops Naren saying that Visakha did not make the dish but she is the one who made it, she returns to see that they all are furiously looking at her, Aunt asks what did Nandini do with the guest as he had to come ask for the marriage proposal, Nandini replies that he was talking of dowry but Kaki says did they ask her, Kaka mentions they were the elders and would have talked with Naren but Mehul asks Nandini to stop and go back home, Kaki mentions she was called the make the dish but instead she ruined it all, Visakha also leaves after crying, Nandini also walks away with tears in her eyes, Kaka sits wondering what will they do now.
Nandini gets out of the scooter, she notices Ishwar sitting with aunt and Mitesh, Bua asks why does she interfere in the matters of others and should not try to listen because Shetal scolded her a lot on the phone, Ishwar tries to stop Mami when she replies Ishwar had suggested Nandini to question, Nandini explains if she was there then would have understood because he was asking for money and car without any shame, Ishwar explains that it is not their right but of Hitesh, Mehul comes agreeing with Ishwar, Nandini replies he was still asking for money, Mehul says Hitesh is ready to give it to him saying had Nandini not said anything then they might have convinced them for a bit less but now would have to give even more. Bua asks if Nandini realizes what happens if they keep talking, Nandini questions why did they lose Savita, only due to dowry, she then talks of Surbhi while looking at Ishwar explaining his own sister while her mother Surbhi, Ishwar remembers when he witnessed his own sister jump in the well, Nandini explains she died due to the dowry when their Grandfather even gave it at the time of wedding but the desire of their father ruined it all, she jumped in the well without caring for the three year old Nandini and one year old Mitesh, Nandini says they are trying to force Visakha in the same well because the way he was demanding dowry it would result in the same thing, she questions how will they move ahead in life if they donot learn anything. Mitesh tries to follow her but is stopped by Mami, who says that her thinking would get clear with the cries. Nandini reaching the well calls her mother questioning where is she, she sits up and seeing her mother questions why did she not fight, questioning why did she leave them all. Nandini rests her head against the corner of the well, asking why did she accept defeat. Nandini gets up, she wipes the tears thinking she has not been defeated and it is never wrong to raise their voice so she will fight. Naren is driving by when he stops his car after seeing Nandini sitting beside the well, he thinks of what happened at the meeting with the family, Naren smiles thinking he will marry here in Upleta and that too with a girl from here.
Naren enters the room, he is really exhausted and so lies on the bed but is constantly thinking about Nandini so thinks that he should meet her once more. Naren gets a call from his mother which he answers, she says he did not give any answer and should tell her what happened there in the meeting, Naren replies that his car broke down and he then put the phone on charge, his mother says that he told her the work got finished before the time and so he is going to check the girl, Naren tells that he did not like the girl as she was just normal but his mother says she seemed fine in the photos, Naren replies he felt she would not adjust in their house so can he call her later as he is tired, he ends the call.
Naren gets a call from Mehul who apologizes that he went after being furious and informs that Nandini tends to talk without thinking but he suggests they can sort the situation, Naren agrees saying he is staying at Green Sand Hotel, Mehul says this means he is still in Upleta and did not go to Rajkot, but does not know what he thought about so Mehul should take it as a sign therefor he must come, Mehul leaves in excitement.
In the night Mitesh reaches the farm where Nandini is sitting so he goes to sit beside her telling that they all were worried about her, Nandini replies she would not jump in the well like Maa but Mitesh asks her to stop saying what is the need to think about it so much, Nandini replies the strength it needs to jump in the well is nothing compared to what it takes to live, as it is difficult to swim then drown, Mitesh replies she would have gotten tired while swimming, he explains he kept thinking their mother fell in the well by mistake but now understood the truth. Nandini says she will not let anyone else suffer the same fate, Mitesh asks if they should go back otherwise Ishwar uncle would get high BP, Nandini asks if their aunt said anything, h informs she has not stopped talking so Nandini explains she is not bad at heart,Mitesh says she is talking about the key which they have hidden, Nandini remembers how they hid the key which belongs to the safe containing their jewellery.
Mehul is trying to convince Naren saying that Visakha is a good girl and her parents have agreed to give anything that he desires but Naren says he has already talked with his family and he does not like Visakha, Mehul tries to say that she is a good girl however Naren replies he likes Nandini, Mehul gets furious at Naren warning him to not make a joke like this, he even sends the waiter away. Mehul informs that he considers Nandini as his sister, so Naren should not marry Visakha if he does not want to but he would not let Naren ruin the life of Nandini even if she is an orphan, Naren thinks that this orphan girl would become the daughter in law of Rajkot.
Precap; The aunt reveals Naren would not marry Visakha but Nandini hearing which she gets shocked, Nandini gets furious at Naren asking if he wants to make a relation with her after ending it with Visakha, Naren even sits with Nandini in the swing, she complains about him so they start beating Naren. Nandini asks why has he come to their house after suffering a beating in the festival, Ishwar also asks Naren why is he following Nandini.
