The Episode starts with Shri telling Nia that he has not done anything intentionally, even he worked hard for this App. Nia says I know and is going out. The security guard asks Nia to show and says I have to check your stuff. HR Manager says whoever leaves the job, they are treated this way. Nia says this is nonsense and you are treating me as if I am a traitor. She asks her to let her go with respect. Hr head asks her not to create the scene. Nia says I have worked hard for 3 years and gave you a big business. She says I don’t want bonus money. She shows her stuff. She says she don’t want to work in the company and gives rat’s example. Kajal says even I will come with you. Kajal says where you are not respected, there I will not do my job. Kabir and Shri try to stop Kajal. Nia asks Kajal not to do this. Kajal says I am coming with you. She takes the empty box and asks Security guy to come with her. She takes her stuff and gives company stuff to the HR head. They leave. Kabir asks Shri if he is happy? Shri goes upset.

Randeep assigns the work to the drivers and see all the details on the App. Ghanshyam and Upadhya praise him. Randeep tells that he got big contracts due to App. Amber comes there thinking about Guneet and asks what is happening here? Randeep tells that they got a big contract. Amber asks about the finance. Randeep says he is smart. Mehendiratta comes there. Amber asks why you will help me. Mehendi Ratta tells that he has bought this business and says you have 24 hours to repay 34 lakhs else this business is mine. Randeep is shocked. Mehendiratta tells that he has wasted much money already and asks him to either repay the money or leave. Randeep says you showed your true colors and tells that this was your plan.

Kajal tells Nia that they shall celebrate their freedom. Nia says we shall be sad as we left our job. Kajal says we shall drink this. They go out and drink butter milk at the dhaba. Kajal says this is our value. Nia asks what happened to you in office. She says I had a valid reason to leave the job. Kajal says you are my reason to leave job. Nia says she will lose all her savings. Kajal tells that even she don’t have anything rather than 2 months salary. Nia hugs her and thanks her. she says we shall do any work which comes to us, so that we can do big work using that money. Amber calls Nia. Nia says I will come. Kajal asks if she has any emergency.

Nia comes to Amber’s office. Amber tells Nia that Randeep is like his father. Randeep says Dad didn’t tell me that he will betray me. Amber says you both got the agency closed. Randeep says if I didn’t want this business to get closed, then why I would have brought big business. Nia asks amber to think and says he is bearing your scoldings just for the business. He is not lying. Amber holds Nia’s hands and says I started this agency with your mum’s name, I have lost it. He goes out. Ghanshyam goes behind him.

Randeep tells Nia that his dad manipulated him and I told him all my plans. Nia says may be he wants you to return to him. Randeep says I will not go back to him. He says I can’t let this happen with Mr. S. I have to do something. He says we have to give 34 lakhs in 24 hours. Nia asks him to win Amber’s trust.

Amber checks the files and talks to Shukla. He then talks to Gupta about the finance. Nia makes him eat food and says Randeep is also stressed. Amber says both father and son have done this. Nia says you think that Randeep has done this. Amber says don’t know. He says he is sitting with 8 years accounts and tells that they are emotionally attached to this company. He says this agency is like your big brother, can’t be closed, I have to save it. Nia asks him to forget about past and concentrate on future.

Nia and Amber give courage to each other. Nia says Sharmas don’t lose and don’t accept defeat. Nia tells that Guneet messaged that she has gone for a conference and took Pammi also. Amber says ok. He reminisces her. He thinks he was in confusion and dilemma. They met accidently, began chatting and then they came very closer that they didn’t realize.
