Dashrath disowns Upasana and pushes her out of house. Sai holds her. Baizamaa asks what is he doing. Dashrath pours water on himself and says from now on Upasana is dead for him and his family. Sai asks him to control his anger. Dashrath says a girl is a burden on father and he doesn’t a burden on him. Upasana tries to speak. He shouts she is dead for him. Baizamaa asks how can he think so low about such an obedient daughter. Dashrath continues yelling. Sai asks Samrat to speak at least now. Dashrath yells at Sai not to brainwash his son and takes him in, he then comes out and throws Upasana’s belongings. Upasana cries more. Sai says before sunrise, there will be pitch dark, let us go to Dwarkamayai. Baizamaa picks Upasana’s bags and takes her to Dwarkamayi.
In Dwarkamayi, Upasana blames herself for her family’s condition. Sai asks if she thinks she is reason for Samrat’s lies and Dashrath’s mental condition. She nods yes. Sai says she is not. Upasana asks for whom she should live now. Sai says for herself and explains that before a ray of hope, one’s problems look big, but she should keep fighting. He gives Baizamaa’s example how her MIL didn’t like him and stopped her from meeting him, but she used to bring him food somehow and at last MIL gave up and he got a mother in Baizamaa and grandmother in her MIL. He continues explaining her. Upasana asks what next. Sai asks Baizamaa to take Upasana home as she needs mother’s love. Baizamaa pampers Upasana and takes her home. Megha noticing the whole incident thinks respect for Sai increases in his heart with each incident, but he is a pandit and cannot follow Sai until he knows which religion Sai follows.
At night, Keshav and Tatya bring blanket for Sai due to severe cold. Sai says let him embrace and enjoy cold. Keshav sees Meghna shivering and asks Sai if he can give blanket to him. Sai says its upt to Megha whether to accept it or not.
Precap: At night, Megha gets afraid seeing a snake crawling towards Sai while Sai is meditating.
