My strategy is to just trust Savio blindly and be myself in Jhalak: Kritika Kamra

The extremely gorgeous and alluring Kritika Kamra with her very popular and ace choreographer Savio Barnes is all prepped to face some fierce competition on Colors’ Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 7. In a free-wheeling chat with us, the pretty actress and her charming choreographer talked to us about starting their Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa journey together.

The choreographer-contestant duo seems to have a gala time together. A delighted and talented Savio said, “The rapport is excellent. Since day one, we clicked.”

The gregarious and feisty Kritika shared, “We have become really good friends. We are pretty similar in a lot of things. There is some amazing stuff Savio is teaching me. We talk absolute nonsense and crack dirty jokes. He is extremely patient and nice whenever he is teaching me anything new. It’s been a fun ride and I am thoroughly enjoying it.”

Being the exuberant and free-spirited girl-next-door that she is, Kritika Kamra has a crazy fan following compared to many of her co-contestants on Jhalak. So is there a teeny-weeny bigger scope for her to make it through the rounds?

“I do hope so (laughs). But it is true that I have received a lot of love and respect. And I am extremely grateful to my fans for their love and support. But what I am doing currently is nowhere similar to acting and it is something new for me too. I am working hard and I believe it is their take, if they want to appreciate my effort or not.”

To be a part of one of the most popular reality shows in India and to survive the competition is no less a task. So what is the master-plan?

A determined Savio shared, “We are going to work hard and perform some exceptional acts that will blow everybody’s minds and drop jaws.” The pretty actress chirped, “My strategy is to just trust Savio blindly and be myself. We are going to be what we really are and hope that the audience connects to us. There is no strategy as such.”

They are all prepped to do some serious dancing out there and in a tashan-wala message to all their competitors they said, “Just wait and watch. Hum bolte nahi karke dikhate hai. So wait and watch.”
