Pratha realizes that Shanglira hypnotized Rishabh’s cousins to get raktakamal/blood lotus. She performs pooja with Rishabh. Shangrila/Shanaya waits for them to bring raktakamal. Mahek walks to her and says her wish will not be fulfilled. Lalith walks to Shanaya and flirts with her. Mahek asks him to take Shanaya inside temple. Shanaya says she can’t as she is going through her monthly problem. Seema calls Lalith, and he walks inside temple. Mahek tells Shanaya that she will not get her poison back. Pratha hopes Rishabh doesn’t notice Shanlira’s poison. Daadi asks Panditji if there is any snake here who can drink prasad milk.
Panditji says no. Pratha thinks she will fulfill daadi’s wish and turning into a snake drinks milk. Daadi thanks Mahadev for fulfilling her wish. Shanlira thinks she will get her poison back via Pratha’s husband. She turns into an old woman and seeks prasad from Rishabh. Rishabh says he will get it from temple and asks her to accompany her. She says she cannot enter without flowers and doesn’t have money to buy flowers. Rishabh gives his flower mala. Pratha notices that.
Shanglira takes poison from temple and reaches Yamuna shore to mix poison in the river water. Pratha catches her and says she will not let her spoil Yamuna water. She takes her nagin form and tells Shanglira that Shanglira is a lab grown nagin, but she is Shivji’s chosen Seshnagin. She multiplies herself. Shanglira attacks her with fire. She escapes Shanglira’s attacks and punishes her. Shanlira pleads Pratha to forgive her and says she heard Indian people are very courteous. Pratha forgives her. Shanglira returns her poison. Pratha takes it and turns when Pratha stabs in the middle of her spine. Pratha remembers professor telling that she will die if she is attacked in the middle of the spine where her nagmani is. Professor notices climatic change and senses something is wrong. Pratha prays Mahhadev to help her and holds Shanglira. Shanglira turns into stone. Mahek reaches there and is shocked to see Pratha severely injured. She gets angry and says she will not spare anyone if something happens to her sister. Mahek takes Pratha to professor and requests him to save Pratha somehow. Professor says he cannot save seshnagin who herself is a power house. Mahek pleads him to find some way. Professor says only Shalaka whose face Shanglira has stolen can save Pratha by killing Shanglira. Mahek asks where can she find Shalaka. He says behind Neelgiri mountain in Chandrashila jungle.
Mahek reaches Shalaka’s place and sees her covered with ice. She clears ice around Shakala and says requests her to help revive seshnagin Pratha’s life by killing Shanglira. Shalaka says her sins will be cleared if she can help seshnagin. Mahek takes Shanglira to Pratha. Shalaka greets Pratha and says she is lucky to help her. Mahek says she has to kill Shangril by morning. Professor asks Mahek to return to Rishabh’s house disguised as Pratha to stop anyone doubt Pratha. Mahek denies to leave Pratha alone, but agrees on professor’s assurance to protect Pratha till she returns. At Rishabh’s house, Rishabh files Pratha’s missing complaint. Inspector Vijay attends him and jokes that his wife also eloped with someone tired of him. Rishabh gets angry. Vijay says she must have gone with his security officer Heena Khanna. Mahek enters disguised as Pratha and smiles at Vijay. Rishabh gets jealous seeing that. She says she had gone to Nagdevta’s temple to submit milk to naag devta and is tired, so she will go and rest. Rishabh thinks why he is feeling seeing Pratha smiling at Vijay when he just wants to know Pratha’s true identity. Reem asks him to stop feeling jealous and reminds he loves Reem. Rishabh walks away.
Shanglira’s half body turns normal. She thinks by the morning Seshnagin will die and she will get back to normal form. Shalaka reaches there and says she came to help her as she also hates Shiv nagins. Shanglira gets happy hearing that. Professor notices Pratha’s condition worsening and thinks Shalaka must not have finished her task. Shalaka then pins Shanglira to the ground with her leg and says she had made a mistake earlier by stealing nagmani and trying to harm Shivji’s nagins, now she will repent for her mistake by killing Shanglira. Back to Rishabh’s house, Mahek rushes to Pratha’s room and thinks of turning back to Mahek and find out Pratha’s condition when Rishabh walks in and gets romantic with her. She feels nervous and tries to avoid him. He gets adamant, removes his shirt, and asks her to massage his shoulders as he is feeling pain searching her. She walks out giving a weird excuse and returns to Pratha where she get tensed seeing Pratha’s condition worsening. Shanglira overpowers Shanaya. Shanaya pushes her away and spreads a fire circle around her. Shanglira gets afraid seeing fire around her. Shanaya says her Shivji’s fire will not spare her, she will kill her and not let her mix poison in Yamuna water. She the picks Shivji’s trishul and stabs her. Shanaya runs away thinking story hasn’t ended yet, she will finish her task at any cost. She runs towards Yamuna and throwing poison in it dies. Shalaka rushes there and notices poison in river. Pratha gets back to normal. Shanaya returns to her and informs that she killed Shanglira, but Shanglira poisoned Yamuna river. Professor says Seshnagin has pray Mahadev and consume all the poison in the river.
