From what our sources inform, it would be shown that Mrs Bhalla (Shahnaz Rizwan) wanted to fix Raman and Nidhi’s wedding. But Raman who was madly in love with Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) then had refused the match. That had led to Nidhi’s dad suffering a major heart attack and he had lost his life over the same grief. The simpleton Nidhi, had then pledged to make it big in life and make Raman pay for this decision.
