AT THE COURT

Siddhi lost in thoughts as how she should make Abhay understand the situation,how she should keep his anger under control atleast till court’s verdict is given.As soon as Kunal gets BA’s custody she decides to tell everything to Abhay.

BA comes happily n hugs Siddhi,thanks her for supporting his dad n keeping her promise.He asks if she felt bad when he hugged her.He asks if she’s upset,coz the way she supported his dad it seems like she’s going through some problem which she’s unable to tell anyone.Siddhi denies it n says that She loves CA n doesnt want to share her love for CA with anyone thats why she supported Kunal,she felt that Kunal can take better care of BA n she can take care of CA.

BA says that his dad told him that whenever a person lies they doesnt make eye contact with the person to whom they are lying just like her.Siddhi denies,BA says he just came to thank her,hugs her saying that its his dad’s thank you as he cant directly thank her though he wants to.Kunal sees BA hugging Siddhi n wonders what he’s doing with her n goes near them.Seeing Kunal,BA moves back,SiNal look at each other n their case hearing is announced.All go inside.

Richa restless as Daddy T doesnt turn up in court,she asks Siddhi about her dad.Siddhi says that he must have left as he cant see his defeat.Richa tells Siddhi not to celebrate so early as the case isnt over yet.Chopras wondering why Daddy T didnt turn up,Seema says he must be planning with Abhay.Gaurav says that how ever hard they may try but Kunal only will win the case.Veena says that since the judge is woman she knows well as to where the kid should be.

As Daddy T doesnt turn up even after a long wait,Judge decides to give verdict based on the proceedings that happened till now,but Kunal requests her to wait for Daddy T.All confused.Gaurav asks Kunal about this to which Kunal says that he cant let Daddy T play some cheap tricks n postpone the case,he wants the case to end the same day.

Daddy T comes in n presents some fake medical reports of BA,says that BA wasnt given required medical care b’coz of poor financial status of Chopras.Kunal objects saying that the reports are fake n BA was never deprived of proper treatment.Daddy T cooks up some story about the reports,Kunal requests for authenticity of those reports.Daddy T says that court should appoint special team to work on it instead of Kunal n that’ll prove that Kunal Chopra isnt best but worst dad.

Judge adjourns the court saying that they’ll proceed with the case only after getting authenticity reports of the medical records by a special team.All leave.Kunal asks Daddy T as to what kind of tricks he’s trying to play with this fake med reports,Daddy T says that its just to buy time from court n challenges Kunal to be ready for his big trick in next hearing which neither Kunal nor Siddhi will be able to crack.Kunal thoughtful.Veena n Siddhi come across each other,Veena lovingly looks at Siddhi n blesses her.Siddhi leaves from there crying.

Siddhi sees Abhay’s call n tries to call him back but he doesnt attend it.Siddhi thinks he must be angry after the happenings in the court n decides to go home n ask Sulekha about Abhay.

CHOPRA’S HOUSE

Gaurav says he knew to what extent Daddy T can stoop n thats why he was telling Kunal to let judge give verdict,he fears about Daddy T’s next plan.Kunal tells him not to worry as Daddy T can’t change fake reports into true,they just need to wait for the court’s verdict.Gaurav says what if Siddhi changes her statement,they neither know why she gave such statement nor know what statement she’ll give in next hearing n advises that they shouldnt depend on her.Kunal says that they aren’t depending on her.

Veena says that Siddhi wont lie.When she went to thank her in court she has seen it in her eyes,she wont change her statement.Though they didnt talk anything,she saw fear in Siddhi’s eyes as if she’s in some helplessness situation,as if someone is threatening her not to say anything.Kunal thoughtful.Gaurav angrily says that Siddhi always does what she wants,he doesnt know why she did this favor to them but she never does anything good for them n this must be some sort of plan by her n Daddy T.

Veena tells Gaurav that he may be right but at the sametime she also may be right.Veena says she hated Siddhi the most n now for some unknown reason she feels they should trust Siddhi,she must have filed the case out of helplessness n favoring them in court must be out of her love for BA.Seema says that a woman who knows how to take advantage of others helplessness can never be helpless.Kunal in thoughts,leave to meet Siddhi to know what she actually wants.

DIWAN’S RESIDENCE

Siddhi comes in,sees the house in dark with things scattered everywhere.She tries to switch on the lights,shouts for Sulekha n CA.Abhay comes towards her with psycho looks n starts strangling her.Siddhi requests him to hear to her once,Abhay continues strangling asking if she thought he was just threatening her n will not do anything,becomes more evil throwing things,shouting that he can do anything n no body can stop him.He asks what kind of mother is she,if she loves CA or she wants him to kill CA so that neither Abhay nor with Kunal gets him.She tells him that court hasnt given the verdict,Abhay says that he made Daddy T to ask for another date otherwise she made plan to make him loose the case by giving statement against him.Siddhi says that she didnt do it on purpose,she became emotional on seeing BA n didnt know what she was saying.Abhay starts strangling her hard reminding her that she said Kunal is best dad n loves Anand a lot but she forgot how much he loves Anand.He goes on n on with his psycho talks n throws torn pic of Siddhi on her

PRECAP:Abhay strangling Siddhi warning her to do what he says,otherwise he’ll kill her next time without any warning.Sulekha simply stands watching her psycho son.Kunal enters into Diwan’s house,sees Abhay strangling Siddhi.Siddhi,Ma-Beta diwan duo all see Kunal.Kunal fuming in anger.
