Parineet wonders how to get inside as there is fire all around. Gurpreet asks Rajeev if they can go outside. He nods. I dint tell uncle ji before coming here or he wouldn’t have let me come in. She is sure they must have done some good deeds in the past that they got him as their SIL. He brings her out safely. Everyone rushes to her side and gives her water. They realize that Parineet is missing. Shera says they dint realize when she got inside. They don’t care about her at all. Rakesh wouldn’t have let this happen.
Rajeev goes inside to find Parineet. She is inside and aunty ji has heard her voice. Jaswant wants to go as well but Rajeev promises him that he will bring her back safely. We are taught to handle these situations during our course. He runs inside. Gurpreet is all praises for Rajeev. Jaswant prays that they both come back safely.
Parineet comes inside the kitchen but doesn’t find Gurpreet anywhere. She starts coughing. Rakesh happens to be passing by and hears her voice. He says I don’t know whether this is my love or hatred for you but I want you! Rajeev calls out to Parineet. Rakesh thinks that it will be great it Rajeev will die in this fire today. I will kill him otherwise if he survives. I will save Parineet and become the hero! I will then see how her family wont let me marry her then.
Rakesh looks at the mandap like crazy. My Parineet was going to get married here. I will prove my madness to you now! I can kill anyone or sacrifice my life my life for you! No one has and no one ever will see this craziness! He records a video and sends it to Shera. Shera calls Rakesh as soon as he sees the video. Get out of there. Your life is in danger. Rakesh isn’t bothered. You are my best bodyguard who always protect me irrespective of how I treat you. Shera reasons that he can say this to him face to face. Get out of there. Rakesh shares that Parineet is stuck inside. Rajeev is here too. We have a fire here. I will save Parineet while you can kill Rajeev. We must utilize this. We should kill the would be groom in this accident! Shera tells him to focus on his own life first. Rakesh tells him to come inside or he will kill him. His phone drops as Vikram collides with him. He threatens Rakesh on the call. Shera lies that Rakesh isn’t inside. Vikram chases him as he runs.
Rakesh decides to do this himself. He says Rajeev Bajwa, swaha!
Parineet is unable to get outside. Rajeev shouts at her to stay put. Don’t worry about your mummy ji. She is safe. She shouts in reply I am here! She finds a sack and covers herself with it. Rajeev realizes that the fire is spreading. Where are you? She replies that she is in the kitchen. Don’t come here though as there is fire all around. Rakesh hears her as well and heads towards the kitchen. Rajeev is also thinking of how to get in. He uses a thick cloth to make way for himself by dousing the fire around him. He doesn’t realize that the gathbandhan is on fire too. Parineet and Rajeev notice each other and feel relieved. She notices the gathbandhan on fire. She throws the sack away and throws water on him as soon as he steps inside the kitchen. He looks at her in shock and then realizes that she has saved him just now.
Shera decides to distract Vikram so Rakesh succeeds in his plan. Vikram finds him and starts hitting him. Tell me where Rakesh is? Shera feigns innocence which irks Vikram. Rajeev is going to be my BIL. We don’t hurt him but save him at any cost. Shera overpowers him and runs inside. Vikram realizes that Shera was trying to stall him.
Parineet apologizes to Rajeev. That was on fire. She moves him aside just in time before the holding can hurt him. Are you fine? He asks her if this is how she thanks people. You throw water on me first and then push me! You are a strange girl. She tells him the reason as to why she did what she did. He says you are very innocent but you become smart when you have to be brave. You saved my life! I would have died if you hadn’t done any of that. Thank you. She feels shy. He tells her not to feel shy. I came here to save you as a hero but you ended up saving me instead. I should thank you. He pulls her towards himself as another holding was about to fall on her. They end up hugging and share an eye lock. Rakesh notices them thus. He heads back. Rajeev and Parineet’s eye lock is broken because of a sound. Rajeev suggests waiting for the fire brigade to come. We cannot get out of here. Let’s hide. He holds her hand and guides her.
Shera is in a fix. Vikram will break my bones if I go outside but I will get burnt if I stay inside. What should I do? He hides in a room. Vikram locks the room from outside. Shera asks him to set him free. Vikram tells him to either help him or die here. Shera agrees to help. I work for MLA who has raised me like his kid. Rakesh is his son. I cannot cheat him. I agree that we have done wrong but I will help you now. Please help me get out of here. He admits everything which angers Vikram. I dint know that he can stoop so low! Shera admits that Rakesh has done all of this and he can do worse. Vikram asks him if Rakesh really loves Parineet. Shera declines. He wants her at any cost and that’s all that is there!
Rakesh decides to kill himself. I don’t want to live if Parineet wont choose me. He panics just when a fresh blow of fire comes in his direction. I don’t want to die a painful death like this! What should I do now? Why should I burn? It should be Rajeev. I shouldn’t waste my anger like this. I must not be jealous or Rajeev. I must use my anger to gain Rajeev.
Shera keeps begging Vikram to get him out of here. I will save Rajeev in return. Vikram asks him if he tried to hurt or kill Rajeev.
Rajeev and Parineet are hiding in a cupboard. Rajeev asks her if she is afraid of him. I am not like Rakesh. She says no then yes. He keeps playing with the words. I know you don’t like me. She says I do like you. He asks her to say that she likes him a lot. Let’s talk so we can pass time. He ends up telling her how he saved her mother and then came back here to look for her. I got stuck here in the process. She apologizes to him. Your problems continue to increase since I have come in your life. He picks a tear. Keep crying. I will bring a bucket. We can use it to douse the fire and get out. She smiles. He smiles as well. This is plan is cancelled then? She nods. He tells her that she looks beautiful when she smiles. You are very impressive. I haven’t seen a girl like you
Rajeev tells Parineet that there is something special about her. You make a relation with anyone who you walk past. That relation may not have a name but it is very special!
Precap: Rakesh asks Rajeev if they know each other from before. Rajeev replies that it was love at first sight for him. Rakesh and Rajeev end up fighting in a room. Rakesh hits him on the head with a vase. Rajeev passes out. Parineet comes there looking for him and sees him thus. She tries to get inside.
