The episode starts with Ankita coming to the Karmakar’s house after the wedding. Naren and Ankita get down the car and Naren enters the house madly without the proper grah pravesh. Ankita is shocked. He gets mad and tells that his Ahana is gone because of them. Doctor administers injection to calm his nerves. Ankita enters the house after the grah pravesh while the pavitra rishta song plays in the BG. Rushaali looks at her surprisingly. She comes to the room and sees Naren, who is sleeping. She makes him sleep in the right position while some marathi song is playing. She covers him with a blanket and removes her ornaments while crying.
Arjun is standing in the window and recalls his conversation with Purvi. He says, he have answers to all her questions but he can’t say the truth. He says he can’t come to her life because of the phone call. He recalls getting the doctor phone call and he asks him to get the tests for head ache. Arjun agrees. Arjun says at one side is your love and a the other, my life was changing. Flashback is shown, Arjun comes to the doctor and says sorry for not picking the call. He shares with the doctor that this is the best phase of his life after 20 years. He says he have to leave to attend naren’s marriage. Doctor tells him that your reports have come and you can’t go anywhere. He tells her that he has a blood clot in his brain. Arjun asks, what? Doctor says it is like a time bomb in your brain. We have to operate it soon. Arjun says he is ready for it. Doctor says it is not that easy. Doctor says there is 50% chance of success and other 50% he can lose his sight or life. Arjun is shocked. he asks him to accept it. Doctor says they tries their level best but God is the one who does everything. He says he is calling the doctors from abroad for the operation. But they will come after 2 months. He asks Arjun to complete his work and liabilites. He says this operation can be a success or end to your life. Arjun is shocked and shattered. Flashback ends.
Arjun says he became lonely again. He wanted to cry in her lap but then think what he would say that he is leaving. Flashback begins,then he called Ovi. Ovi asks, how is he? Arjun tells her that he needs her. Arjun tells her to come back to India. Ovi asks, what happened? Arjun says Purvi comes back to his life but he don’t want that. Ovi says you waited for this for years. Arjun asks her to come back urgently and says you are the one who can stop her for coming in my life. Ovi comes to India and asks, why you are doing this? She says when I was talking with her, you were paining. She asks him to give love to her atleast for the last 2 months. Arjun says he can’t snatch her life for his 2 months. Ovi asks her to be happy with Purvi. Arjun says she will be tensed thinking that I will die after 2 months. Arjun says it is better if she hates him. Ovi asks Bappa why he is doing this. Purvi tells that she will not take anyone help and says she will try to find out about Arjun.
Archana tells Sulochana that it wasn’t good whatever happened with Ankita. Sulochana says we didn’t know about naren’s problem and Ankita married him with her consent. May be she might be helpless. Archana says they can’t change anything and prays for her well being. Savita and Manav says she will be fine. Manav says we are there for her. manav asks her to think about Purvi and Arjun and says we have to decide about them. Archana says we have to search for Ovi as she is our daughter. We have to find out about her and Pia. Purvi comes back, Manav asks, where were you? Archana says you was with Arjun. Purvi says she went to Arjun’s home. Archana asks what they have decided. Purvi says Arjun was getting late so left for meeting. She hides her conversation with Arjun.
Manav says we will go to Arjun and asks about Ovi and also about Purvi and his future. Purvi hears it and cries. Naren is playing game in his mobile and shouts. Ankita wakes up, Naren asks him to sleep. He says he didn’t get sleep after sleeping hours after the injection. He says he gets tensed thinking she will have accident. He says may be I am mad and asks for her opinion. Read full written updates with pictures only on . He says everybody says that he is a mad and even Raunaq says the same. Ankita listens quietly. Naren says he is worried only about one think and that is her. Ankita is scared. Naren says he does this as he loves her. He says I love you immensely and says he wants to live his life with her. He says I am not mad but the others are mad who loves the things and not their love. He says he can sit with her entire life. He caresses her face, Ankita looks on.

Purvi calls Ovi. Ovi says Ovi Kirloskar speaking. Purvi says she wants to talk to Arjun. Ovi says he is busy and she don’t think he will talk to his old love. Purvi is heartbroken and disconnects the call, while Ovi also gets sad.

December 08, 17:55I think about Arjun’s possible death…if it happens than everything will be destroyed…i am not sure that ekta want that…perhaps is another evil plan but just think about it, guys! What about Pari and Pia’s father? What about Purvi’s big love from the begining of her role? What about…everything? In my opinion, i think Arjun won’t die, is something simple and logical: you all know that Arjun said that “after 2 months i will be dead”. If ekta really wanted Arjun’s role to be finished, she wouldn’t reveal that for the viewers, she could hide everything only for keeping that idea of uninspected and mistery in the movie. But she showed that and pshichological, she just want to make us believe in the existence of a probably death in the show and when the “2 months” will end we’ll have the surprise to see Arjun alive. It’s only an act from ekta, she just try to make us watch the movie…we always wonder: “what it will gonna happenn’ with Arjun? He will die? Or not?” and so on…and we keep watching it only because of that…
