People who have achieved nothing or everything participate in Bigg Boss: Sangram Singh

Sangram Singh, who was earlier seen in Star Plus’ Survivor India, has been in the news recently for having declined Bigg Boss season 6 offer.

Well… according to reports by the media in general, there are various reasons for him declining the offer, but in a chat with us, Sangram shared an all together different story.

“I was offered Bigg Boss 6, but I declined it as it’s not made for me. Apart from that, I had also taken up a health-related workshop that will go on from 12 to 19 October. So, I couldn’t have taken Bigg Boss anyway,” Sangram observed. Talking about the workshop he said, “This event is basically a seven day seminar on self defense, real fitness and on stress free life.”

Ask him if the workshop was that important for which he gave up on a lucrative offer of Rs 1 crore (as reported in the media) to which he replied, “Wrestling has given me everything today. Hence, it is, any day, above anything else. Apart from that, I would have never taken up Bigg Boss as I feel only two kinds of people fit in that kind of set up. One, who do not have a name and the other, who have achieved everything. I do not fall in any of these categories.”

When asked if his girlfriend Payal Rohatgi too will be helping him with the workshop, he remarked, “Yes, she will be helping me once in a while. However, she has done a lot of promotional work for this event.”

Talking about his motive of taking up this workshop for the purpose of charity, he chuckled, “When the conductor of this workshop approached and assured me that this money will go to physically disabled kids and for girl child education, I took up this task.”

Keep up the good work… Sangram!
