Scene 1

Ashok has planned to handle Vidish’s scheme.

Devika tells Kaurwaki that she always wanted to marry a prince and I am going to choose Badhrak only. Kaurwaki says then our relationship is going to change but I promise to always be your friend. She says I am gifting you sindoor.

Padmanabhan tells Bhakrak ahd his father that he has arranged bulls for Sushim and him, the bull for Sushim is very dangerous while his will be tame.

The sawamvar starts, Padmanabhan tells everyone that the contenders have to handle their bulls and whoever is able to tame them will win the competition.

Bhadrak comes to Kaurwaki and says I am going to win this competition and Devika’s heart too. Uma is sad hearing that.

Devika comes to the competition and gets attacked by arrows, she doesn’t get injured. Padmanabhan asks who did this? Its Ashok, he comes to Sushim and says you are going to win this competition. Otherside Uma tells Kaurwaki that it must be Ashok. Kaurwaki tells Devika that I have heard Ashok is very cruel and heartless. Devika says I liked his bravery.

In competition, different princes are trying to control mad bulls but can’t. Sushim is called so Ashok wishes him luck. Uma gets a chit and goes from there. Kaurwaki follows her. She asks Uma where is she going? Uma gets stressed and says no one.

The mad bull attacks Sushim, he tries controlling it but can’t. Sushim loses the competition and gets injured. Ashok helps him. Bhadrak starts his competition. He controls the bull easily so he acts like its tough but then he wins at the end. All clap for him. Devika tells Kaurwaki that she is going to be her sister-in-law now. Ashok’s friend tells him that he should have helped Sushim as it was about their honour.

Kaurwaki tells Devika that its good that Ashok didn’t take part in the competition, what if he had won? Devika says why are you talking about him? she asks her to choose clothes for her wedding with Bhadrak. Kaurwaki looks around for Uma but can’t find her.

Uma comes to meet with Bhadrak and says we both love each other so why are you marrying Devika? Bhadrak says I have to do this for my state and we want Devika’s wealth so I have to marry her. Uma says I am pregnant with your baby, if you don’t marry me then I will tell everything to Kaurwaki.

Sushim is crying in pain and tells his brothers that he is angry. His brother says Ashok seemed happy, I think he knows something.

Ashok brings fruits for Devika. He goes in a room thinking Devika is there, Kaurwaki is there and its pitch black so she asks who is it? Ashok says your prince, your lover and your future. Its about our future together. Kaurwaki says who are you? He says I am your Ashok. Kaurwaki pushes him away, he sees her face and says you are not Devika? Kaurwaki puts a knife on his neck and says I am your biggest enemy, I am the princess of Kaling, don’t you take a step towards me otherwise I will kill you. Ashok says you are my enemy? I am ready to die to move towards you.. you are a beautiful enemy so I don’t mind. The knife looks nice in your hand, will you come with me? Kaurwaki says I will call my soldiers on you. Ashok says they can’t catch me but you can if you want for life. He pushes her away and leaves. Kaurwaki asks for help and tells the soldiers to catch him but Ashok runs away from all the soldiers easily. Devika hears commotion and goes to check but Ashok catches her and says there is some thief running around. She asks who are you? Ashok says I am your future prince, he gives her the arrow he attacked her with before.
