Scene 1

Chaitraj announces to everyone that he is going to marry Kaurwaki. Ashok is angry hearing that. Chaitraj asks Kaurwaki if she accepts his proposal? Devi says she needs some time, she takes Kaurwaki from there.

Devi asks Kaurwaki if she really wants to marry that oldie Chaitraj? is her family forcing her? Ashok tries to go behind them but Bhadrak stops him and says you thought you won by marrying Devi but I am going to use my beautiful sister to bring Vidish on our side, you are just marrying Vidish’s big businessman’s daughter but my sister will be married to Vidish’s king so we won in the end. Ashok glares at him but his friend tells him to calm down. Ashok tells Bhadrak that he is going to his wife. Bhadrak says sure.

Devi asks Kaurwaki if she doesn’t want to marry him then let her know and she will stop this. Ashok comes there and says Kaurwaki is going to marry a granddad, I can’t even offer him sweets as he might be diabetic. Kaurwaki says shut up. Devi tells her that she wanted to marry for love so why is she saying yes to this? Kaurwaki says I still haven’t said yes and I have my own reasons for considering this proposal. Devi gets called so she leaves from there. Kaurwaki tells Ashok that she rather marry an old man than an evil person like him. Ashok says you are obsessed with me and my evil side, stay away from me. Devi comes back and tells Kaurwaki to not agree to this marriage. Ashok says she knows what she wants so let her be. He takes Devi from there.

Helena welcomes all the guests and calls a dancer for entertainment. All are enjoying her dance. Helena sends her man to give sweets to Ashok. Chaitraj eyes Kaurwaki and goes behind her. Ashok sees that.

Chaitraj asks Kaurwaki why didn’t she agree for the marriage yet? you know you can’t handle Kaling without him, if you don’t agree to marry me then you all are doomed. Ashok tries going behind them and mistakenly spills the sweets. The cat eats it and gets poisoned. Ashok is shocked seeing that. His friend Hemant says someone tried to poison you. Ashok thinks its Bhadrak, he finds the servant running away and runs behind him. He catches him and asks who is he? why did you try to poison me? who sent you? he is about to hit him but Kaurwaki comes there and says stop it.

Sushim asks Helena why she made the cat die instead of Ashok? Helena says I want to scare Ashok and make him so paranoid.

Kaurwaki tells Ashok that you are beating an innocent man? Ashok says he is not innocent, he tries punching him but Kaurwaki stops him and says you hate us so much that you are beating a Kaling’s servant? who gave you the right to hit an innocent man? Ashok says you have no right to question me. Hemant comes there and says I found out that the poison was very dangerous and its not from Magadh. Ashok says it means it came from some other place. Hemant checks the servant and says he doesn’t have poison so someone else brought it. Sushim comes there and asks what’s going on? Ashok says he tried to kill me. Sushim says you have no proof and he is our guest so don’t you dare insult him. You are crazy but don’t try to hit him. Kaurwaki thanks Sushim and says at least you are mature, unlike this Ashok. She brings her soldiers and sends the servant with them. Sushim apologizes to Kaurwaki and leaves. Ashok tells Kaurwaki that they couldn’t win against him so they are attacking behind his back? your brother showed his real colors. Kaurwaki says my brother is not a coward like that, stay in your limits. Ashok says you keep crossing your limits, you even agreed to marry an old man. Kaurwaki says you are marrying Devi because of your ego, you don’t love her. Ashok says I hate love. Kaurwaki says you married her for your ego and I am going to marry for my state, for my family, for my people and for my father. Ashok recalls his father’s hatred for him and gets triggered. Kaurwaki says you don’t know what’s father’s love is, he never even saw your face. He hates you. Ashok says enough.. you drag my father in all this. Kaurwaki says your father hates you only, he must know how evil you are. Ashok says enough but Kaurwaki says I can do anything for my father but your father doesn’t even want to see your face, why? Ashok shouts enough.. he starts breaking things around and screams in anger.

Precap: Helena says she will pick the rumour of Ashok impregnating a Dasi and play her next move. Bindusara says that today he will see his son’s face. Rajkumar Udit gets kidnapped.
