Scene 1

Kaurwaki is trying to leave but Ashok says I have a gift for you. He brings her out and all society members gather around. Ashok brings a cage and Kaurwaki is shocked to find her little brother Udit lying inside the cage. She is shocked and rushes to him. She asks him to wake up. Ashok says this is your gift. Kaurwaki asks Udit to wake up but he isn’t. The flashback shows how Ashok brought Udit from Kaling. Udit was angry at him but Ashok told him that Bhadrak wanted to kill him so he had to bring him to protect him from them. Udit hugged him and said he liked him, he chose him for his sister already. Ashok told him to promise to not tell anything to Kaurwaki and he would never tell her that Ashok is nice, you would tell her that I kidnapped you. Udit agreed. Ashok’s friend Pawan asked Ashok why is he protecting Kaurwaki’s brother if he hates her? Ashok said Udit’s presence would ensure that Kaurwaki remained here, she wouldn’t try to run now. The flashback ends. Pawan brings Udit out of the cage, he wakes up so Kaurwaki hugs him and asks if he is okay? did Ashok hurt you? Udit says I am fine. Ashok pulls him away from her and says he is my slave so stay away from him. Kaurwaki says to leave him. Ashok says he is going to my slave, if you want to meet him then you would do that in front of me. Kaurwaki says you are an animal, how can you do that with a kid? Ashok says I am evil and I make my own rules. If you try to run away from here then I won’t spare your brother. He takes Udit from there. Udit tells him to stop acting and leave his hand now. Ashok apologizes to him. Kaurwaki threatens Ashok and says I won’t spare you.

Bhadrak tells his state people about Ashok kidnapping Udit and says Ashok has kidnapped our future king, we have to take our revenge now. They all agree.

Helena tells Dayana that they keep trying to impress Devi but she ignores us. She loves Ashok and she hates Kaurwaki. Vimla says they are friends. Helena says Devi hates her because she married her husband. Our enemy’s enemy is our friend. We have to bring Ashok and Kaurwaki closer to make Devi hate her and bring her on our side.

Ashok tells Pawan that Bhadrak would try to attack us, we have to be careful. What will he do?

Bhadrak arranges his army and tells them to attack Magadh. He says I am going to rule Kaling and Magadh both now.

Devi comes to the palace, Helena welcomes her and says this is like your family house. Devi says Ashok hates this place so its not my family home. Why did you call me here? Helena says I could see you are sad in that small house. You lived a lavish life but now you have to live in that small house.

Ashok wears his clothes and starts itching. He asks Anandi if something happened to his clothes? Anandi says Kaurwaki washed your clothes. He goes to Kaurwaki and shouts at her.

Scene 2

Helena tells Devi that Ashok’s mother is not sympathetic with her, Ashok and Dharma’s behaviour is not good with you. Devi says you have no right to talk against my family. Helena asks which family? Ashok never gave you rights as his first. He married Kaurwaki first, he even went to her on the wedding night. He even ate her sweets and now he has called Kaurwaki’s brother so she can be with him. It means he always put her first. You want to say that you are his priority but he puts Kaurwaki first in everything. Devi says enough.. my husband loves me, he spends all nights with me. Dayana says he might enjoy nights with you but where is his heart? his heart is with Kaurwaki. She sleeps with Dharma every night so Ashok’s heart is with her. Ashok might spend time with you but he would always choose a girl which his mother likes. Kaurwaki is very clever and can win Ashok’s heart easily. Devi gets angry and asks what should she do? Helena says burn it all.

Ashok is itchy so Kaurwaki laughs at him and says you should get some medicine. Ashok shouts what did you do? Anandi gets scared of their fight and leaves. Ashok tells Kaurwaki that won’t spare her now. He wears his slippers and cries in pain. Kaurwaki says there might be some thorns in them. Ashok glares at her and pins her to the wall. They both stare at each other. Ashok says lets share pain. We will have a marriage night, we will be so close tonight. He takes off her dupatta, Kaurwaki looks away. Ashok wears his dupatta and leaves.

Devi comes home and finds Ashok wearing Kaurwaki’s dupatta, he says I will end all this tonight. He angrily leaves. Kaurwaki comes to Devi and says Ashok is an animal. Devi thinks I won’t be fooled by Kaurwaki now, Helena was right about her. She tells Kaurwaki that I am going to sleeping pills and get some sleep. Kaurwaki thinks she can use that to get free from Ashok. Devi thinks she will make Kaurwaki do what she wants now.
