Punar Vivah 15th January 2013 Written Episode

Scene 1:
Location: Yash’s house
when yash jokingly refers that she didnt love him, arti gets up and goes and palak boos yash that she loves yash but her kids more. Yash says that they can love each other and he would leave, pretending to be angry. Arti stops him asking him top smile. she says that she has made samosas for him, she had intentionally made for the kids but he too can eat. yash again, pretending to be angry leaves. kids are tensed and they send arti off to get him to be smiley again.

while yash is changing, arti stautues him and he complies. Then she tries to please him saying that she is determined that she would let yash go of the anger, or else he would keep standing still. yash doesnt say anything despite her instigations. she tries to romantically engage him and unable to resist any longer, he catches hold of her pallu and she is nervous with romantic excitement. He comes slowly towards her, grabbing the pallu, bit by bit. Finally holding her by the shoulders, he turns her towards him and they enter a romantic eyelock. She places her hand and face on his chest while he hugs her. while she closes her eyes in anticipation, he plays with her strands of hair, and their interlude is disturbed by the kids barging in and they all hug each other.

Next day, he asks her to give the towel. She remembers that she had already kept and asks him to try a different trick to get her in the bathroom. Just then, the servant comes and tells arti that prashant has come with a lawyer to see her.

As she goes down, the lawyer representing prashant’s side, asks her to sign the document confirming her acceptance of the legal letter. Prashant gives arti a legal notice citing it as a revenge for her slap, saying that she didnt agree on cordial mutual terms, therefore now he forcefully wants his right back. when she reads it, she is horrified to find that prashant has applied to the court for ansh’s custody. Prashant says that this has been done since ansh is his son and he would get him back from her. Arti is shocked. prashant says that now he would drag her to the court and see how can she prevent him from seeing him own son. gayatri tries to intervene but is stopped by suraj. prashant gives a threatening, reminding that he had said he would take revenge for her slap, and torture her to see her own son. yash says that custody is still a distant topic, he wouldnt even let prashant cast his shadow on their son, ansh. He challenges that prashant can try anything within his reach, but he would give a befitting reply to this legal notice. prashant leaves.

Arti is very upset at the notice but yash calms her down saying that he wouldnt let prashant succeed in his attempy. suraj, while leaving, is stopped by yash who tries to show what a bad man prashant is, who has come back for his own son, after having left him when he was in arti’s womb. He triws to talk to pankaj discussing about any suitable lawyer, but suraj says that he shouldnt expect anything or any kind of help from suraj or anybody from his family. Yash is shocked to ehar suraj talk like that.

Yash says that whatever happend between them is their personal matter, but he cant see anyone taking advantage of their situation, since he knows he love ansh. Suraj says that this woman, referring to arti, has broken his house and family down in two parts, and therefore he wouldnt help her or anyone, who supports her in any manner. As suraj mentions that he would have to leave his wife, if he wants their help, yash stops him in between saying, that he would fight alone and from now on, he wouldnt bother anyone for any of his problems as long as arti is with her. he tells her that ansh is his son, and if he has to fight the whole world together, for his son, then noone could ever defeat them. he promises to hire the city’s biggesr lawyer for their success. he takes arti and leaves the room. Suraj gets a call, from the bank saying that the 20 lakhs that he asked for is ready. suraj says that he would reach soon.

Scene 2:
Location: In a lawyer’s chamber
Yash, saying that being impressed by the lawyer’s profile, asks the lawyer to take up their case, saying that he wouldnt face any problems from their side, financially too as they would deposit his fees regularly in their account. But the lawyer says that he cant since he has already taken up on prashant’s offer to fight the case from his side. Yash and arti are shocked to hear this. He also tells them, that noone has ever been able to win a case from him. And that they should hire a cheap lawyer as it would clearly be a waste of time and also the magistrate, who will hear this case, is a one time judgement man and therefore, instead of sweating over the case, they should spend the remaining time with their son. yash says that even though he seems confident, still this time the lawyer would have to face defeat for the first time since this time, he is faced with a dad who would leave no stone unturned to keep his son close to him. They leaves his chamber.

Outside, arti poses a question to yash that if this lawyer is the besta nd the costliest in the town, then how is prashant managing to afford him, since even if his parents have that kind of mony, they would never give it to prashant for this work. She is worried as to who is helping prashant in this. The screen freezes on their tensed face.

Precap: Yash reprimands suraj for helping a person who couldnt belong to his own parents. But suraj retorts back saying that even his own son turned his back against his own parents and for now, he isnt concerned about right or wrong, he is just bothered about winning. Yash looks at him disbelievingly.

I know everyone is upset but Im so happy that Yash knows the betrayal of his father. Its best he knows now in his face the extent of cruelty his father can go to ensure he destroy’s arti-yash bond.

SJ has not realised that he has broken off all relations with his son. If Prashant wins Suraj will not only loose his son’s love and respect but also the Dubey’s and the rest of his family and his unborn grandson. Yash will never trust his father again and as punishment I can see Yash taking his small family and leaving the roost for good. I can see why Suraj is Maya’s brother in terms of cruelty and anger they are the worst.

In my views SJ has already lost more than he thinks. Winning this case for SJ is a symbol for winning back Yash and hos granddaughters from Arti and punishing her with teh loss of her own son. In his thinking it may force Arti to divorce Yash in order to be with ansh and that’s remarriage to Prashant. So he would win by regianing his love ones and getting rid of arti and her son permanently.

Happiness will never return to the scicindia house if this happens. Yash will be stubborn to return after this betrayal.

Prashant is a looser. Even if he regains ansh he has lost him from the moment Arti pronounced pregnancy. To separate a child from his mother is a sin unless that mother abused and neglected her child. In all this tension Ansh is the victim he may have lost trust in his mother but in the last episode he already shows he doesnt like or trust prashant anymore as he asked sensible questions which prashant refused to answer at first but instead makes his mother the enemy and reasons for this problem. He did the corwardly thing as we all expected.

The Dubey’s will be forced to choose loyalties again as Mr.Dubey will be torn in between choosing Shobha and Arti and that witch and the evil spawn (taiji & prashant). Lets hope logics and the past events will ensure Mr.Dubey sticks with his wife and daughter and not allow prashant and taiji to emotionally blackmail them.

Like i said Suraj needs to clear away the smoke of anger and gain his senses before he fully destroys his family’s happiness. He’s already taking steps to get there anyways.

Arti and Yash we are all rooting for you. I wonder is those goons were sent by Prashant. Maybe after seeing Yash being hurt Suraj will stop the madness from happening

Amaica, you mentioned below in one of thread that Aarti should have told everything to Ansh about Prashant. I don’t think that would be right. He is just six years and he would have got confused to see his father face to face. He is too young to handle that and would have had hard time bonding with Yash. He knows his father left him before he was born and that is enough in my opinion.

  There was no value in telling Ansh earlier as it would have confused him anyway. Only difference is he would have got confused earlier then today. And he could seen different prashant and would have developed softer corner. Now he knows he is bad and he hurt his mom and dad and he is having bad opinion of prashant which Prashant brought himself on by his actions in playground.

  It is true that Ansh is a very bright child and he remembers that his father wasn’t there for him and Yash came along and filled that gap. Prashant didn’t right by speaking ill of Aarti to Ansh and it’s a good thing that Aarti didn’t lower herself to Prashants standards. Ansh will learn the truth in due time. Its important that his parents protect his innocence and win this fight for him.

I have a feeling that Suraj is no longer good. He does seem kind of pyscopathic now, no offense. I loved the romantic scene, it was so sweet I couldnt even blink. Still really upset about Ansh’s custody case.

Hmmmm, what so say, what to comment , things are just wrong, what are the writers trying to do? You know what the sad part is? Prashant wanting back his son and wife, I’ve seen this kinda thing happen. But scindia supporting that low life for all the wrong reasons, is the height of stupidity. Does something like this really happen

Hope now mr. Dubey does not support Prashant and really turn his back on him for good. Now he’s seen his true colors and his evil intentions.

Legally, Prashant can get visitation only and maybe supervised visitation, or not At all, but with these serials and the way bribes are rampant anything can happen. If papa scindia bribes the judge, well all lost.

Or if the judge is really dumb and I’ve seen some dumb ones in my time and believed me their decisions have destroyed either the mother or the father and sometimes the poor children fall victims
So in a real life scenario it can go any which way.

Call me crazy, but I am beginning to wonder whether Yash is really Suarj’s son now? The behavior and nature of Suraj and Maya are similar and probably make sense from their blood relationship. The nature and manners of Yash is totally different from Suraj. To me, it does not seem likely that the relationship has same blood.

Yes I am mad as hell seeing Suraj withdrawing the money and giving it to lowlife to fight his own son.

  Renu, I was also researching the issue last nite after I saw the precap.
  
  Here is the interesting thing I came across.
  “Courts in India have held in numerous cases and its judgement i.e. the Paramount consideration while deciding the custody of the child is “welfare of the child”.
  The factors such as age of the child definitely is taken in consideration and usually minor child of delicate less than 5 years their custody is usually granted to mother while the father granted the regular visitation right.”
  
  It seems they got divorce when child was not born.. SO AARTI SHOULD HAVE CUSTODY… but then who knows.

  I don’t know whether Suraj is just a egoist Renu, he is evil and beyond garbage. He lies INTENTIONALLY many times and harm others but he thinks he does not need to be punished. Mr Suraj Pratap Scindia is above all rules and law and he will punish whoever he wants in the family and can take revenge… crazy man.
  
  It is ok for him to help others child (mind that the person is evil and monster) but his own son cannot help his own legal child just because he is not his real dad.

If Prashant wins Suraj will not only loose his son’s love and respect but also the Dubey’s and the rest of his family and his unborn grandson. Yash will never trust his father again and as punishment I can see Yash taking his small family and leaving the roost for good. I can see why Suraj is Maya’s brother in terms of cruelty and anger they are the worst.

In my views SJ has already lost more than he thinks. Winning this case for SJ is a symbol for winning back Yash and hos granddaughters from Arti and punishing her with teh loss of her own son. In his thinking it may force Arti to divorce Yash in order to be with ansh and that’s remarriage to Prashant. So he would win by regianing his love ones and getting rid of arti and her son permanently.

Happiness will never return to the scicindia house if this happens. Yash will be stubborn to return after this betrayal.

Prashant is a looser. Even if he regains ansh he has lost him from the moment Arti pronounced pregnancy. To separate a child from his mother is a sin unless that mother abused and neglected her child. In all this tension Ansh is the victim he may have lost trust in his mother but in the last episode he already shows he doesnt like or trust prashant anymore as he asked sensible questions which prashant refused to answer at first but instead makes his mother the enemy and reasons for this problem. He did the corwardly thing as we all expected.

The Dubey’s will be forced to choose loyalties again as Mr.Dubey will be torn in between choosing Shobha and Arti and that witch and the evil spawn (taiji & prashant). Lets hope logics and the past events will ensure Mr.Dubey sticks with his wife and daughter and not allow prashant and taiji to emotionally blackmail them.

Like i said Suraj needs to clear away the smoke of anger and gain his senses before he fully destroys his family’s happiness. He’s already taking steps to get there anyways.

Arti and Yash we are all rooting for you. I wonder is those goons were sent by Prashant. Maybe after seeing Yash being hurt Suraj will stop the madness from happening

  SJ , I agree with Amaica , you did a great job here .. But we hated Pankraj once when he doubted Aarti over the Arman matter .
  I feel that the Paridhi matter will be used to create some disturbance between Aarti and Yash , and Pratheik . When Pratheik finds out that Yash knew , he will feel hurt . Yash will be faced head on with the effects of dishonesty in a marriage . I feel that this plot will be intertwined with the revelations about Prashant’s visit when Aarti was alone and the mechanics information . The family members who are probably leaning towards Aarti’s side , like Pratheik , Vidhi and Gayatri may turn against Aarti as well after this disclosure . Amaica , I feel that these two may be forced to stand against the world together for a little while .
  There is a reason that Pratheik saw Prashant on the night he escaped through the back door . The writers have a brilliant way of linking their story . I admire their skill even though they frustrate us at times .

  Very true Amaica . I have always said that all these characters have certain flaws that limit their growth in some way . The chain is only as strong as its weakest link . Aarti has left out some very important information , when she revealed the truth . I once told Afreesh that the things that the writers leave out are just as important as the things they reveal . They have plans for these left out events in future plots .
