Qubool Hai 26th December 2013 Written Episode

Scene 1:
Location: Haseena’s residence
Farahn is super angry at nikhat’s accusation. but nikhat desperately tries to recount all that she had gone through. farhan says that it isnt possible as sameera is alive. but nikhat says that haseena is alive. Farhan says that he’s very angry that the thing that he told her confidentially, she revealed to the entire world. Niikhat is shocked when farhan says that what she did today led them to doubting in relation to that only, and he wont be able to bear that. Farhan says that his first descision was right where he didnt want to tell anything about sameera to her. She knows how much he loves sameera and yet she is concocting such false stories about her. nikhat tries to say something, but farhan asks her to stop as he wont hear anything else. He leaves the room, while she is distraught and tries to stop him.

haseena calls chandbi, and tells that nikhat knows more than required about sameera, and hence she has to come asap, as she was equally guilty in what happened to sameera, and theredfore she has to rectify it along with haseena. she cancels the phone, but is tensed.

meanwhile, nazma and imran too are discussing nikhat’s strange behaviour, when imran says that ever since he rteurned from the USA he had one strange incident, where he heard some foosteps, as if someone walks out of this room. Nazma says that nikhat too heard them. Imran says that he saw a shadow too, nazma says that nikhat too saw it and gets scared. imran says that sometimes he wakes up scared, and then is amused when nazma falls prey to his pranks, and is scared. nazma is angry while imran has a good laugh.

Scene 2:
Location: Ayan’s residence
Zoya is searching for the papers in razia’s room, when she overhears razia and mamujaan talking about how they should talk about the papers with the lawyer, and how rashid is posing a threat even in his paralysed state. She doesnt realise that the papers are lying underneath the bed. razia and mamu enter, while zoya hides in the closet. raZia is shocked when she sees zoya hiding in the closet. Zoya makes up for the situation, by cracking a joke, saying that this is her house, and she can do whatever she wants with it. mamu is angry, but zoya keeps her calm, and gets on the bed, clarifying that this is rashid’s property, and hence she has a direct claim on this. Zoya reminds mamujaan that rashid has a bigger stake in the business and hence because it belongs to asad, they have a bigger claim on it than mamu. razia asks her to prove it, by showing the papers, as they wont believe hearsay. zoya is speechless. Razia gets her chance to say that she should show if there is anything. dilshad comes in asking whats happening. Razia taunts her too in the name of the papers, or leave if they cant produce the papers. zoya asks her to be silent and calm down, as she can show them the papers, and produces a bunch of papers, shocking mamujaan and razia. As mamu sees the papers, zoya asks what did they think, that zoya wouldnt have proof and is just saying for the heck of it. she asks them to leave in one corner, and particularly read a clause that staes that if they try to pose a hindrance, they can have a lawsuit filed against them. As mamujaan is about to read, zoya distracts him again, by calling the servant to pack up his things from the closet. zoya says that he wont read the papers if he was her, as that would just hurt them more, and they wouldnt look forward to hearings in court, that would take care of the rest of the savings, as they have already lost out on their business. razia is about to speak, but mamu asks her not to create a drama over a room. razia is shocked, but mamu insists on her to leave. Razia gives a cold stare to zoya and leaves. dilshad is shocked at zoya’s tactics. Dilshad is relieved that zoya found the papers. But zoya produces the papers, but first goes into her poetry mode:

Yeh dil hi that jo seh gaya, ashkon ka dariyan beh gaya…
mera jeevan kora kagaz, kora hi reh gaya……

she shows dilshad the empty papers, titling it to be TYPICAL ZOYA SMARTNESS. dilshad is shocked. Zoya says that some fools they are, some she made. she says that razia is very shrewd, and they would have to find out very soon about the papers. They get to searching for the papers.

Outside, mamujaan is convinced that zoya definitely has the papers. razia is tensed at this. haider and humaira overhear mamu and razia’s conversation. Zoya is amsued too at this. She hollers at razia to get her stuff out of the room, so that she can make space for her own self. haider is amsued at this, while humaira is distraught. Haider compliments zoya’s tactics, while humaira is irritated. she eys haider angrily. haider goes onto falsely sympathise while humaira says that he must be very amused. He thinks that he is, but says that he just wants to help her. she says that she doesnt need help. He says that mamu would never ask him to leave, as they have a project happening together, and if he stops that, they would be in huge trouble. Hence she shouldnt increase their troubles. He goes onto emotionally blackmail her into not telling them anything. Humaira is frustrated and leaves from there. after she is gone, haider eyes her angrily.

As razia tries to enter zoya’s room, zoya asks her to knock the room and come. razia says that she came here for her paandaan, thats her property. As she goes onto take it, her eyes falls on the empty papres, that zoya passed off as property papers, and is shocked. dilshad sees this, and nudges zoya. Zoya taunts how much time does that take. razia leaves resignedly.

later, razia tells mamujaan that the papers were blank. Mamu is shocked and unconvinced. But razia says that zoya made a fool out of them, and there was nothing written on them. Razia is frustrated when she finds sand in her paandaan. Zoya plays a cruel joke on them, by mixing sand in her paandaan, and having a good hearty laugh at it, while razia and mamujaan are super angry at her. Razia says that zoya maybe shrewd but very small in front of razia, who will outsmart her, as she knows the papers are blank and she would play her bet now.

later, haider compliemtnjs her for teaching razia a good lesson. Humaira tells haider that even she cant believe that she could do this. Humaira overhears them, and realises that they are together playing a cruel joke and conspiring against them, but she is determined that she wont let happen for very long. haider compliements her saying well done chutki, that he used to say to his cousin who he lost in the fire in the doll factory. Zoya is angry that he called her that, while he gest nostalgic remembering his lost sister. haider asks her to keep the name that he so lovingly kept for her, even if that doesnt suit her. they high five each other, marking their bond of friendship, and have a hearty laugh. The screen freezes on their happy faces.

Precap: Humaira takes the sheets off haider sleeping on her bed, and asks her to leave. Haider amusingly tells her that he wont leave. she says that she would do whatever it takes, even if shouting, to get him thrown out of this room and the house too. Haider corners her and asks her to try whatever she wants to, but he wont leave either the room, or the house. She starts shouting, and he corners her into a tight intimate embrace, causing a big level of physical intimacy amongst them, to silence humaira.

Fasten your seatbelts, for this is one helluva roller coaster article!!!
The industry rose to a rude shock when the news of Karan Singh Grover being sacked by Zee TV from the show Qubool Hai (4 Lions Films) hit the headlines.
The channel head Ajay Balwankar spoke and spoke in volumes against the popular actor to the media, who according to him has been unprofessional and also mentioned about a probable legal action against KSG (as Karan is lovingly called by legion of his fans).
Earlier in the day, we also wrote about Raqesh Vashisth coming in as the replacement of KSG. But amidst all this, everyone wanted KSG to open up on the alleged controversy. After all, his reputation was at stake. Everyone wondered, why was he keeping mum? Was he trying to maintain a dignified silence, or was waiting for the storm to settle down before rising from the dust? When we buzzed him, all he said that he would soon issue an official press statement. We waited and waited and refreshed our email inbox, but nada, it only showed silence from KSG’s side.
But we were awakened by a sms late in the night asking, ‘Can we talk now?’ The message was sent by Karan, anxious and insistent on sharing is heart out. We knew it would be a long conversation. So quickly grabbing a cup of hot coffee, and settling in comfily with a pen and paper in hand (yes, we like the traditional way), we rang up “the” Karan Singh Grover.
Hello Karan, hope you are good. So what’s all been written about you? “I am good thank you. Yes, I have read what has been written about me and I have been waiting to talk. I delayed not because I was scared, but I wanted to see how low the channel would stoop to defame me. Whatever has been spoken against me today by Zee authorities have left a very bad taste in the mouth, and I will not let go easily, “said Karan in a heavy tone.
He continued and we let him speak, “It has been said that I came on the sets drunk, which is an utter lie. It is extremely sad that way they have spoken about me. The truth is that my contract got over 3 months back. Right at the beginning I made it very clear that I would stay with the show for a year and then move on. I stayed on because Vikrant (Massey) left the show at the time when my contract expired, and being close to Gul (Producer Gul Khan), I did not want the show to get affected. Hence, I did not renew the contract but continued to shot for Qubool Hai.”
So why did he want to quit? “See, I have been keeping very unwell. Right now I am in Delhi and I am not holidaying here. I am suffering from some ailment which I don’t want to talk about but yes, multiple physical tests are being done on me. I am in Delhi for health reasons. I had a meeting with the channel on 19th of this month wherein I told them about my problem and they understood it. But on that day they asked me to stay on for a month and then leave. I was worried that people love the character of Asad and they would miss it dearly. So I sat with the juniors of Ajay Balwankar and pondered upon how to show my exit. I told them instead of replacement, for many fans connect me with Asad, kill my character and get a new lead. All was good but then bam…comes today’s version from Ajay.”
Are you hurt? “Absolutely. You know what, I told Balwankar’s juniors that I plan to produce my own show. They told me to do it with Zee and not go to any other channel. They told me to sign an exclusive contract with Zee and I agreed to everything. I said whenever things materialise, I would love to work with them again. Then where is all the negativity coming from suddenly? This shows how less informed Balwankar is when it comes to the meetings I have had with his juniors pertaining to Qubool Hai. The statement was absolutely uncalled for as I gave them dates to end my track. Instead of talking to the press, Balwankar could have just called me up and cleared his doubts. He could have been open minded. He has no right to talk garbage about me to people. They told me to postpone my medical check-ups. I beseeched them to allow me to take a break and in return I promised them to give another 3-4 months of my time to the show. I said it was physically not possible for me to continue shooting. And this is how they reacted to it. Called me an unprofessional.”
After a small pause, KSG went on, “I think I became the victim of a channel’s ego. They think how can an actor dare to leave us. They would like it the other way. They would say we threw him out. I am completely disappointed and shocked at this point of time. I just want to state that Balwankar has been in the industry for a far more time than me. It’s not that we were unaware of each other’s existence. He could have taken into consideration our one year of relationship and acted accordingly. Now it’s more like one more show, one more channel, one more person. Very sad. Know what, you guys wrote about Raqesh (Vashisth) replacing me, I am the one who convinced him to be a part of the project, as Asad is a very loved character. He is a very dear friend to me. You do so much and what you get in return…humiliation.”
What about the legal case that the channel intends to file on him? “Oh, they have no base for that. My contract got over with the channel. The only person who can file a legal case is me against Zee for defamation, which I am considering seriously.”
This will get dirty, it seems!!!
Before signing off he said, “I have no issue with Gul at all. She is a lovely person. I just wanted to share the truth with my fans who love me a lot and have supported me throughout. I felt they should know my side of the story. I have nothing else to say. Thank you everyone and I will be soon back doing what I do the best.”
Whoa…he really opened up, didn’t he? As they say, the absolute truth is always someone else. But all we can say, these are issues which keep cropping up in the entertainment industry.   You are right……it’s obvious she is behind all these erratic decisions! In their joint interview she wants KSG should act with her. I’m sorry but KAJEN was not my fave jodi in DMG – they don’t have same passion as ASYA.

I thought something was not right and said several times on this forum…….my gut instinct also tells me that Jenny may not have been happy with KSG working with Surbhi. I think she felt threatened by their on screen chemistry…….

  I am not understanding this at all, why would a expert producer like Gul Khan only sign her male lead actor for just 3 months? If what KSG is saying is true,then he had no loyalty to this show if he didn’t sign on any future contracts. Why did he allow them to tarnish his name by calling him unprofessional and a drunk ?He could have left at any time? They can’t fire him if he has no contract with them. I know he said he just stayed on until they could find a suitable replacement, bt why did he start doing QH if he never wanted to stay? And if his health is so bad, how come he performed at awards with Zoya and he was going to produce his own show, he never cut his hair and there have been rumours that he is growing it for another role. Only in time will the truth be seen,but I’m not going to stop watchin QH until it ends though.

  Definitely Jenny was jealous watching KaBhi perform at ZRA – can you blame her……her husband has better chemistry with another woman. There is no way she would tolerate that! But it’s acting!!!

All I can say is I’m disappointed and sad…..ksg and surbhi were an amazing on screen jodi – their chemistry surpassed all other screen couples and now we won’t get to see that anymore. We will not witness the beautiful moment of their nikah in Qubool Hai, so the whole Asad – Zoya track seems ruined as the past year or so fans have been waiting for this one moment!

Both KSG and Zee TV have let us down. KSG for building and working on Asad character, causing us to love him, getting close to Zoya only to kill it after a year…..betrayal to fans and Zee TV for not weaving a better story to end ASYA in a natural way in serial if they know KSG only signed up for one year, a betrayal to audiences.

Sad…..feel sorry for Surbhi and Co.

‘im nt gona watch qh again” Oh god hr v go again! Check out fb every one is moaning! I dnt understand! The show s nt about ksg! Yes v love hm as asad bt hu creatd it the character? Gul! And ppl r cursing hr! Wow! And karan hs clearly stated he anyway wantd to mv out! U cnt force hm? Fine u cn 4 a month r 2! After tht anyway u hv to find someone else! All these days u guys suportd qh cuz of the entire team! Just think u quit watching t but ur ditching the other cast members hu entertained us 4 long! Its nt a loss 4 ksg r zee! N if doll factory secrets comes out about razia n rashic proven innocent….but razia will nvr spill out beans that zoya is mamus daughtet…. Than they will extend it for nxt more 1 mnth….. …it bttr to solve all the mistries with new asad entry thn pull off serial ….

I know that a lot of people in this forum are fans of KSG and so may say that the channel is biased. I read both view points (Zee’s and KSG’s). While I can’t comment on who is right and who is wrong, there r a few points I wish to point out.
I know it’s going to hurt KSG fans, but we can’t blindly believe everything he says. He has a history of issues in the past too. So don’t blindly believe him.
Again Zee also is not a saint. They have been known to insist on retaining certain actors and not bother about others.
Hence, I repeat we don’t know who’s right and who’s wrong.
I just want to say that at least the other actors (especially Surbhi) is doing a fab. job. So go by the story line. A serial is a team effort. If they tend to drag the plot and not nail Razia, stop watching. I stopped watching for a couple of months when they screwed up with Zoya marrying Ayan and earlier with Tanveer plot. I used to read and based on that watched the serial, of and on, but never commented. This week I was watching when I got time. So watch the serial for it’s storyline and if new Asad is not good stop watching :). I mean if they select a fab actor like Barun Sobti or Rithvik u can be sure there won’t be problems in the chemistry. I keep mentioning Rithvik though I am not a fan because he till now doesn’t seem to have ego problems and he would seem nice with Zoya (the pairing). Let’s see.

Now this is toooo much….where story is heading nobody knows….show started with same track more than 1yr passed hvnt put end to this track….now ksg leaving another drawback for the show ……
Best advice for the producer plz convience ksg for 1 week shoot and pull of the show with happy ending…..

While everyone is suddenly talking about Karan Singh Grover being replaced in Zee TV’s Qubool Hai due to unprofessional behavior, the actor himself is not in town to refute the allegations. He is supposedly on a mini-vacation with his wife Jennifer Winget Grover but as per a reliable source close to the actor he has bagged a film and working on the same, “Karan was keen on getting into films and has done minor roles in couple of films but now that he has signed a major film he wants to fully concentrate on it.”

It is a working vacation for the actor maintains our source, “Karan is out of town but not on vacation. He is in fact working on the film that he has in his kitty. He has not started shooting for the same as yet but has gone out of town for work related to the film itself.”

There have been news reports about Karan Singh Grover leaving Qubool Hai for the past couple of months now. A news that Karan had himself always denied and had maintained that he would not leave the show which is so close to his heart.

However, it was all decided says our source, “While everyone is talking about it today, we were not shocked at all since we knew about this for some days in advance. In fact, Qubool Hai was launched last year in October and Karan’s contract for a year had got over. Karan had always maintained that he would be doing the show only for a year and thus all that news about him leaving were doing the rounds. Thus you can say it was a mutual decision and we really don’t know why such a big hue and cry is being made about it now!”

But is it not true that Karan has had a drinking problem and was unprofessional on the sets? “That is partially true. Karan used to report late on the sets thus creating a lot of problems due which the shooting was delayed and cancelled to on certain occasions. And while he was majorly in drinking but he never reported drunk on the sets as has been said. He used to drink after his shoot and working hours and what anyone does after pack-up is nobody’s business,” says the source.

With Karan Singh Grover all set to pursue his Bollywood ambitions the channel is on the look-out for a proper replacement and till then the onus is on the other actors of Qubool Hai like Surbhi Jyoti and Mohit Sehgal to keep the audience engaged in the show.

I had a meeting with the channel on 19th of this month wherein I told them about my problem and they understood it. But on that day they asked me to stay on for a month and then leave. I was worried that people love the character of Asad and they would miss it dearly. So I sat with the juniors of Ajay Balwankar and pondered upon how to show my exit. I told them instead of replacement, for many fans connect me with Asad, kill my character and get a new lead. All was good but then bam…comes today’s version from Ajay.”
Are you hurt? “Absolutely. You know what, I told Balwankar’s juniors that I plan to produce my own show. They told me to do it with Zee and not go to any other channel. They told me to sign an exclusive contract with Zee and I agreed to everything. I said whenever things materialise, I would love to work with them again. Then where is all the negativity coming from suddenly? This shows how less informed Balwankar is when it comes to the meetings I have had with his juniors pertaining to Qubool Hai. The statement was absolutely uncalled for as I gave them dates to end my track. Instead of talking to the press, Balwankar could have just called me up and cleared his doubts. He could have been open minded. He has no right to talk garbage about me to people. They told me to postpone my medical check-ups. I beseeched them to allow me to take a break and in return I promised them to give another 3-4 months of my time to the show. I said it was physically not possible for me to continue shooting. And this is how they reacted to it. Called me an unprofessional.”
After a small pause, KSG went on, “I think I became the victim of a channel’s ego. They think how can an actor dare to leave us. They would like it the other way. They would say we threw him out. I am completely disappointed and shocked at this point of time. I just want to state that Balwankar has been in the industry for a far more time than me. It’s not that we were unaware of each other’s existence. He could have taken into consideration our one year of relationship and acted accordingly. Now it’s more like one more show, one more channel, one more person. Very sad. Know what, you guys wrote about Raqesh (Vashisth) replacing me, I am the one who convinced him to be a part of the project, as Asad is a very loved character. He is a very dear friend to me. You do so much and what you get in return…humiliation.”
What about the legal case that the channel intends to file on him? “Oh, they have no base for that. My contract got over with the channel. The only person who can file a legal case is me against Zee for defamation, which I am considering seriously.”
This will get dirty, it seems!!!
Before signing off he said, “I have no issue with Gul at all. She is a lovely person. I just wanted to share the truth with my fans who love me a lot and have supported me throughout. I felt they should know my side of the story. I have nothing else to say. Thank you everyone and I will be soon back doing what I do the best.”
Whoa…he really opened up, didn’t he? As they say, the absolute truth is always someone else. But all we can say, these are issues which keep cropping up in the entertainment industry. Am big fan of ksg and boycotting the show ryt after this episode.. Its 3 am in India tyt nw listenning mitwa and watching his pic n wont believe i drop tears for my darling KSG dat he left the show.. still cant believe.. My love.. plzzzz dnt ruin the show n break hearts of the heartthrob fans… Hope he will come back..

Pffft like im going to watch this show anymore!! I was fine with all this drama that happened and how they stretched everything but this was the final straw! Im done! If these people had brains they woupd ofbjust talked to him and gave him a warning!! Now their show is going to be shut down too!

  Jst think though, maybe KSG is not all right here. Why wud Gul Khan wnt to ruin her own show by firing its popular leading actor without any good reason to do so? Surbhi is still doing a great job n so are the other actors. It is very rare that lead actors get fired…no one knows for sure, bt how can we blame only the PH here?

  I read it,bt still nt sure wht to believe,if he is so sick then why did he agree to stay more months on the show? and how come Gul Khan is only now scrambling to find a new lead if she had so much notice?if they are lying about his unprofessional behaviour then he has got a legitimate case against them.he says Gul Khan is a good person,then how did she treat him like this? Only they knw real truth and us the fans are left to move on as best as we can. I don’t know who to believe

I think ppl who won’t watch Qh after ksg is replaced are right on their place, because it was mostly the fans of Karan who made this show popular and lured the rest of the viewers in. Plus if another actor plays the character asad the whole vibe of the show will be ruined, you can’t just force your self like the show then. Karan was the first actor to play asad so any other actor replacing him won’t suit the character, regardless how good of an actor the replacement is. I am a ksg fan, but I love surbhi’s work so I will be reading the written updates, but won’t be watching the show like before. But I hate ksg for leaving the show that got him the best actor award. These tv actors just don’t realize how lucky they are. You can’t just leave the show that made you so popular and sign a movie, that god knows May turn out to be a failure. If I was him I would never let the whole team down and leave even if I was offered a million bucks or 50 movies. Ksg really disappointed his fans by doing such a thing.

You know, fans saying that they will stop watching QH when Karan is gone, are not really fans of the show. They are only KSG fans. QH is not only about KSG, it’s a team play. From the PH to the people behind the scenes. Every show goes through good and bad times. Thank God we have SJ and all the supporting actors. SJ is a fantastic actress and she deserves our support in good and bad times right? Her chemistry with all the other actors shows, even with Mohit as a newcomer. So, I don’t think, at least I hope so, that the new Asad won’t have problems blending in.

I hope the QH-fandom won’t turn their back on them. It’s a great show. I’m a little sad and feel sorry for SJ, so unfortunate for her at this moment. The show is at her peak, why now!!!
