The Episode starts with Nityam telling Saavi that he didn’t know that he has to pay a heavy price. He tells that today he is seeing his empire destroying. Saavi says you are thinking me wrong and says I want to help you also, along with them. Nityam reminds her of her promise to the auto drivers. Saavi says if you don’t agree to their demands then investors will not give you money. She says I didn’t spy on you, and says I got to know about this. Nityam says I will not negotiate with them. Saavi says atleast you care for our relation, and asks him to hear them, else it will be like she is carrying her marriage burden on her shoulders.

Raksham comes inside the house and finds a man sleeping on the road. Nityam and Saavi get ready to go. Saavi wears her auto driver uniform, while Nityam wears his blazer. Saavi takes his bag. They give their bags to each other. Vedika prays to God to keep their Sayam/patience. Nityam packs her tiffin and keeps it on the table. Saavi comes back and looks at it.

The man eats the food and asks Raksham why you have done so much for me and brought food for me. Raksham thinks he is his father and asks if you didn’t miss me ever. The man hugs him and cries.

Razzak tells Saavi that they are waiting for jiju since an hour. He asks if she has any misunderstanding. Saavi says surely he will call us. Kiran comes there. Kalpesh says he came to tell us that their carpets are getting ruined due to our shoes. Kiran says Nityam sir said sorry as he was busy in meeting. He asks Saavi to come and meet him. Kalpesh comes inside and sits on sofa. Saavi and other auto drivers also come. Kiran asks Saavi to sit. Saavi sits on sofa, while others stand behind them. Nityam says Sonam will talk on our behalf. Sonam says hello everyone. She tells that she has read their proposal, and tells that there is no valid point which they can discuss. Nityam coughs and drinks water. Sonam says Nityam wants to know your perspective. She says first you will have ownership on e-rickshaw and you will drive the auto without booking on the App, and if some driver got the extra passenger then they will not share their profit with us. Nityam asks Saavi on which topic, they shall talk. Kalpesh says what do you think that you made us do breakfast. Saavi asks him to calm down and says we will keep our proposal and it is upto Mr. Dalmia to decide. She says this will be loss for you, and says in this deal, only Rickshaw drivers will benefit and not Dalmia Industries, it will have zero profit. Nityam closes his eyes. The reporter tells that Nityam and wife are doing such a deal which will change the auto rickshaw transport system. Nutan and others hear the news. Sonam says if it is our loss, then there is no point in listening to you. Nityam says when Saavi has brought them, then she will not want to cancel the deal and asks her to continue. Saavi says everything is not valued with money, and says what is big success is the respect and love for everyone, and it is our identity. Sonam asks what you are saying? Saavi tells that Kaka made her daughter educated and she is now a bank employee, and says Razzak Bhai, we all know about his struggles. She says Dalmia Industries has pride everywhere and says if you think about their betterment then people will give examples of you, that Nityam Dalmia has done something for the society. She says if some drops to given to them from the sea then the sea water will not be less. She says if you help them and make their betterment, then may be someone will become like Nityam Dalmia. She says the right thing will happen. Sonam says our company doesn’t run on emotions, and asks Nityam to say his decision. Nityam says I will say my decision infront of Media.

The press comes to the Dalmia Industries. They comment on Nityam and Saavi’s relation. The reporter asks Nityam to tell his decision. Saavi comes there. Sonam tells Saavi that if she wanted to say this, then would have come to her. She tells that the auto drivers will not leave you, after Nityam’s statement, and asks her to call the security. Nityam says I have taken the decision after hearing the union and our team. The reporters ask him to say. Nityam says you will be surprised with my decision, I have seen my journey till now, before becoming successful…I was an ordinary man because of which I have taken this decision. He says in life, before the profit and loss, there is a peace, when we work for people and do something for them, I understand it now. He says if I want then I can launch this App and to tell the truth, it will break many hearts. He says your talented Union leader Mrs. Saavi Nityam Dalmia kept some points which was right, which my team and I couldn’t think of. He says to tell you truth, today emotions have won infront of logic. He says I will bring a change in my plan, and will launch Chattriprasad express App, after fulfilling all auto rickshaw drivers’ demand. He says their demands will be included in my new business plan. Saavi and the auto drivers get happy. Everyone watching the news on TV smiles. Sonam is upset. The reporter asks if you are ready to negotiate with auto drivers. He asks what did you think about e rickshaw project. Sonam tries to say. Kiran says we shall support Nityam sir. The reporter asks how you will run this project without profit. They ask if you thought that your company shares can fall down and then what you will reply to investors. Nityam says I am not yet done, and says whoever register on this APP, we will provide free education to their kids, and will give free health insurance to their family. Razzak starts cheering for Nityam. Nityam smiles. The reporter says it seems even you are changing. Nityam holds Saavi’s hand and says the day I held her hand, I started changing. He says Saavi has shown the right way to Mr. Dishaheen. Saavi also smiles. Nazdeekiyan song plays….

Precap: Nityam thanks Saavi and says because of you, I got this happiness which I didn’t even after doing crores of deal. Vedika and Nutan do their aarti. Raksham swears to ruin Dalmias infront of Sonam. He says Nityam’s destruction will happen from now. Vedika hugs Nityam and Saavi.
