Surendra Pal to enter Sony TV’s Maharana Pratap

The popular historical show Bharat Ka Veer Putra…Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Entertainment) on Sony Entertainment Television is all set to see a new entry.

Well, it’s none other than the talented Surendra Pal, who was last seen in Nandini. The actor will play Phool Kanwar’s (Jannat Zubair) grandfather Rao Maldev Singh in the serial

With the track currently focusing on the marriage between Pratap (Faisal Khan) and Phool, it will be for viewers to witness how this entry would bring in more drama in the show.

Informs a source, “Since Pratap’s father has a good relationship with Maldev Singh, he wants him to get married to Phool but Pratap is in love with Ajabde (Roshni Walia). Now with this new character entering, Pratap will be in a confused state on whom to choose; his father’s goodwill or his love.”

“I am doing historical after Mahadev and really excited for the same. Maldev was a fierce warrior who considered Mughal and Afghan his worst enemy. Being a powerful king he was also known as the ‘iron man’. I will start shooting in a couple of days and my entry will be sometime end of this week,” confirmed Surendar.
