The Episode starts with everyone getting worried seeing the notice board of Mak Associates. Some goons come there. Roshan asks Sodhi to be calm and not fight with them. Iyer says they are saying don’t touch else it won’t be good. Taarak says lets think how to deal with them. Jethalal and Iyer argue a lot, everyone calm them down. The owner of Mak Associates come there, everyone look at him. He gets out of his car. BabuJi argues with them. They say this society is not yours, you are staying here without our permission. They say its our flats, we bought flats legally. Bhide says we pay the taxes also.

Everyone are shocked to know that their documents are fake. They got cheated by the builder. The land’s real documents and court’s order is with them. They show the documents to Bhide. Bhide reads them and says it looks these papers are real and correct. Taarak also sees them. Everyone are tensed. Taarak says it looks right. They say if you want to legalise the society, then give the penalty of 50 crores else leave this society. Bhide says how can you say this, Taarak says its our request, we want to meet the owner of Mak Associates. They say he is a rich man, his time is precious, so he hired me to talk to you all. Can you pay the penalty or leave the society, tell me. They give him his card and says your time starts now. Taarak says we don’t fear you. Jethalal says we will reply you hard. Bhide says we will appeal in the court. They say ok see you in court.

Tappu sena comes there and hears whats going on. Goli comes and eats the sugarcane taking it from Khanna’s hand and says its sweet. Khanna leaves in anger. Bhide scolds Goli. Goli asks what. Taarak says did you know whats the situation here. Goli says sorry. Iyer says what will we do now. Babita says look at his guts, Jethalal says don’t worry, I m there for you. Iyer looks at him. Jethalal says we all are there. Everyone say we won’t leave the society. Tappu sena says we will remove those boards. Jethalal stops them and asks them to go home. Taarak says we should go to police. Jethalal says we will go to police station and tells Abdul to call him if any goon come. They come to the police station. They make a complaint against Mask Associates. They tell the inspector everything.

The inspector says this is extortion case. He asks them in detail. Bhide tells him everything. The inspector says its a case of property ownership, I can’t do anything as they have the court orders. Everyone are shocked. They ask for police’s help, what will we do if you don’t help, they request him. The inspector asks them to consult a lawyer. He takes their complaint. Bhide says what will we do. Taarak says lets go back to the society. They thank the inspector and leaves.
