The Episode starts with the inspector getting shocked knowing Jethalal’s phone got damaged. Khote gets happy and says he is innocent, and now he will show them proof, that Sonu stuided in his class. He brings them in his cabin and shows them a receipt that Sonu studied there, and also he has given 50000rs to Bhide. Bhide is shocked. Bhide says this is my account, but I don’t know when he deposited the money. Khote shows the photo in which he is teaching Sonu. Everyone are shocked and puzzled. Iyer says this is a duplicate photo, he is showing a fake photo. Show another proof, this will not work, Khote asks them to go to court as he will file a 10 crore case against them. Bhide says they cannot arrange it. Inspector says we cannot blame anyone, I know you people are right, but I cannot do anything without proof.

Khote says you people don’t know me, Popatlal says I m not married, Taarak says truth will come infront of everyone soon. You can file the case. Jethalal claps for Taarak. Khote says only money is God. I do everything for money. Taarak says now Khote won’t understand, lets go. They leave from there. Khote laughs. They come to a tea stall, and sit sad. Bhide says what is my mistake, that Sonu came first. They get sad, thinking about the proof. The tea maker asks about Khote. He says he was a teacher and got involved in a fight with Khote, Khote filed a case of 25 lakhs and he had to sell his house and pay, now he is selling tea. Bhide thinks he will be in same situation. Everyone asks Bhide what happened. Sodhi says leave it, we will go to him and attack him. Taarak says be cool, law is with Khote, we have to think something else.
The women are waiting for their husbands with flowers. The gents come back in a sad mood. Sodhi stops the car, Jethalal asks why did you stop. They see the women and think what are they doing. Bhide says lets go. The women put flowers on them, Dayaben sings a song. Jethalal stops her. He says what is this, Dayaben says you all have won over Khote, so all this. Iyer says we lost to Khote. The women are shocked. Jethalal says we had the proof, but we lost it. Bhide tells everything what happened in brief. Jethalal says Khote has won over us. Bhide says Khote has warned me that he will file a 10 crore case against me.

Khote is on the way to Gokuldhaam society. He thinks they will try again. Everyone are discussing about Khote and how to fight him. Khote comes to the society, everyone are shocked to see him. Khote smiles. Babita asks why did he come here. Jethalal looks at him angrily. Khote greets everyone and introduces himself. He says you might be thinking why I came here, I came to help you all. Iyer tries to record, Khote says no don’t do it. Khote says Am I a fool to get caught again. Khote says I want you all to live peacefully, and this can happen if you stop planning against me. He calls Sonu, she says I don’t want anything from you.

Khote warns them about kidnapping, Jethalal says he is saying everything himself. Dayaben says she will not leave him if anything happens to Sonu. Khote laughs. He says you people are emotional and weak. Tappu says we are not weak, we are united.
Khote laughs, he says you people are middleclass people, you think of saving rs 2. I spend 2 lakh rs without thinking, who have money those are powerful. He says what you do, think before doing. He leaves saying this. Everyone think Khote is a dangerous man, he should be under arrest, Dayaben plans of something. Bhide is lost in thoughts, he says its enough, I don’t want to fight, I m afraid. Sonu says we will fight against him. Dayaben says we all are with you, and the Lord will support us and help us win.
