Team Ashoka receives SPECIAL gift from an artist

We all love receiving gifts, don’t we? So do our lovely television stars.

When someone puts in special efforts, it makes us super happy. Well, that’s what happened with the cast of Ashoka.

Colors’ historical drama Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat (Contiloe) has not only impressed us, but also an Indonesian fan. A half Indonesian-half Indian artist, Junita Arsianti Nita, has made special dolls for the team, which look exactly like the characters of the series!

When we contacted Prinal Oberoi aka Charumitra, the actress shared, “Junita is an amazing artist, who has been making dolls for a long time. My husband, Pankaj (B. Singh) found her social media page and showed the dolls to me. Then I informed everyone on the sets…impressed, we ordered all the dolls resembling the characters of our show and gifted those to our director on the completion of 200 episodes.”

“I am amazed as she is so passionate about her art. The way she has curved all the minute details on the model surprised me. It is too perfect to be true. Moreover, she is still searching for Chankya’s doll as she believes none of her doll can match up to Chankya’s physique”, added Prinal.
