Wearing kajal makes one look aggressive: Navina Bole

Tall and slim Navina Bole, who can be currently seen in SAB TV’s Jeannie Aur Juju, has a perfectly shaped body and a smile to die for. Moreover, she is stylish and has a classy way of dressing up. She loves wearing ganjis and has fetish for make-up.

In a candid chat with us she shares her fashion fundas.

Fashion is: Something which I am comfortable wearing and it should suit me.

Who chooses your clothes? My best friend and me.

Do you wear accessories? It depends on what I am wearing. If I am wearing a dress, then I like to pair it up with a belt, ring and a neck piece. I also love wearing Omega and Rado watches.

Do you follow any brands? For my tops, I don’t prefer brands, but for my bottoms, especially denims, I like River Island and Zara. And for dresses, I like Zara, Mango and FCUK.

Your favourite shopping destination: In Mumbai, I shop from Inorbit and Infinity 2 Mall as they have good brands. Other than Mumbai, I like to shop in Dubai and in future I would want to go to Bangkok for shopping.

Most expensive buy: Recently, Rohit Verma designed a gown for me that cost me Rs 25k.

Clothes you are comfortable in: Ganjis, shorts, loose kurtis, track pants and long flowy gowns.

Favourite designer: In Indian, it is Rohit Verma and internationally, it’s Roberto Cavalli.

Must-have in your wallet: Money, credit cards, a Saibaba picture and house keys. As far as make-up is concerned, since I am obsessed with my lips, I carry lip balm wherever I go. And I don’t like to apply kajal as it makes one look aggressive.

Favourite perfume: Burberry, Chloe and BVLGARI.

Colour that fills your wardrobe: Black, white, red are essential while brown is my favourite.

Describe sale in one word: Every woman’s dream.

Currently, your wardrobe is over-flowing with: Lots of ganjis, track pants as I am a gym and a make-up freak.

You have hardest time getting dressed for: A wedding, as I am very bad at wearing sarees.

Any fashion disaster that you have come across recently: I hate it, when people wear denim both on the top and bottom. And in the gym girls wearing coloured track pants. And of course, fat people wearing tight clothes.

If you had to choose a fashion era, which period would it be: It would be the 70s. I loved the way they used to dress up then and their hairstyles.
