Yash Dasgupta and Hritu Dudhani in Adaalat

Yash Dasgupta, who was last seen in Na Aana Iss Des Laado (Colors) will play a mime artist in Sony Entertainment Television’s court room drama, Adaalat (Contiloe Telefilms). Viraaj, the character he plays is accused of killing his co-star, a guy who is a successful mime artist. Viraaj who is not as successful as his counterpart is trapped at the place of murder and is believed to have killed his co-star.

The episodic will also have Hritu Dudhani playing an important role. She plays the girl friend of the mime artist who gets killed. She is the prime eye witness to the killing. K.D. Pathak (Ronit Roy) fights the case to prove Viraaj’s innocence.

When contacted, Yash confirmed that he is presently shooting for Adaalat. Hritu too confirmed her presence in the episodic. Coincidentally, Yashh and Hritu have shared screen space earlier in Balaji Telefilms’ Bandini.
