The Episode starts with Shanti thinking what did Kashvi think that she will save Karun, by hiring body guards. She appreciates herself for her plan, and says Kashvi didn’t realize that the danger is inside the house. Jagdish comes home. Shanti hides and thinks why did this old man come here? She thinks he can’t see Karun. Karun sees him and tries to call him. He makes something falls down, to get Jagdish’s attention. Jagdish sees Karun on the floor and gets shocked seeing his condition. He takes him to the hospital. Shanti thinks by the time Jagdish reaches the hospital, Doctor will declare him dead.
Vishal comes to meet Mahima. Mahima asks if he remembers her now. Vishal asks why did she give 75 missed calls. He says he is ashamed of her. Mahima asks why you didn’t feel ashame when you spend all the night and day with me. Vishal apologizes to her and tells that he can’t introduce her as Arjun’s wife, and tells that after her divorce, he will introduce her as his love. He says he will never leave her, and tells that Mom will forget her face, so don’t worry. Arjun comes to meet Mahima, but comes to know that Dadi went to Haridwar. Arjun thinks Mahima can’t go with Dadi.
Doctor informs Jagdish that he has brought Karun at the right time. He says he is their family doctor and treating Karun since he was a child. He says they have cleared his stomach, and has found almonds pieces in his stomach. He says the allergy happened due to almonds. Jagdish says everyone knows that he is allergic to almonds. Veer calls Kashvi and informs her about Karun. Shera helps Jagdish and keep Karun in his car. Kashvi asks Veer to follow Jagdish and reach home. She calls Arjun and asks him to come home. She tells that Karun was unwell and Jagdish uncle took him to hospital.
They reach home. Jagdish tells everything to Kashvi and Arjun. Shanti thinks it is good that she is ready with her answer. Kashvi asks Karun to tell what has happened? Karun says he had kheer given by Dadi. Romila says Shanti made that kheer. Kashvi asks Shanti if she added almonds in it. Shanti says yes, I thought that he likes it. Kashvi says when you became his Nanny, I gave you a file and had written clearly that he is allergic to almonds. Shanti apologizes to Kashvi. Kashvi says if anything had happened to him today. Shanti asks Karun to beat him, holds his hand and slaps herself. Karun says Shanti aunty loves and cares for me a lot and has done a mistake. Kashvi asks her not to do mistake next time. Arjun says calm down, we all know that you love and care for you and saved his life. He says we know that it was an accident. Karun says the kheer was tasty. Shanti says she will throw all the almonds. Arjun says Kashvi and Karun don’t eat almonds, but others have it and asks her to keep it. Jagdish gets doubtful on Shanti.
Later in the night, Jagdish sees Veeru and Sheru and asks Arjun, who are they? Arjun says he is Sheru and at the back door, Veer. He says Kashvi has hired them for Karun’s safety. He says she doesn’t suspect anyone, but I suspect Mahima. Jagdish says Mahima is his mothr. Arjun tells that Mahima wants Karun’s custody and wants to make me lose, and wants to see me sad and in pain. He says she wants to prove that I am a bad father and Karun is not safe with me. Jagdish thinks Mahima can do this outside, but she is not at home, but Shanti can do this. He thinks once he gets the proofs, then he will talk to Arjun and Kashvi.
Precap: Aditya asks Kashvi to sign on fake divorce papers and smiles as he turns to go. Shanti plans to break Karun’s bones and pours the floor cleaner on the way. Jagdish questions her. Mahima tells Arjun that everything is over between them, she loves Vishal now and he also loves her, like he loves Kashvi and Kashvi loves him. Arjun asks Kashvi, why did she hide from him that she loves him.
