The Episode starts with everyone sending gifts and flowers for jasmeet wishing her happy birthday on phone. Jasmeet is really very happy and waits for Anshu to come. Bau ji and Devyaani have a talk. He asks her to sleep early as she has much work tomorrow. Anshu comes home. Anshu is upset that she has already celebrated with her best friends. She says first you forgot, and you have a problem that they wished me. They waited for us. Anshu says what about me. He says you only think about Raman. Jasmeet says why do you bring Raman in between. Anshu says you bring him in between us. Jasmeet gets angry and says I m sorry, you won’t believe me.

Anshu and jasmeet have an argument. Jasmeet speaks in Raman’s favor. This annoys Anshu. Anshu asks her not to follow him. He says you mean Raman is better than me. She says I m fed up talking to you. Anshu says I should understand you introduced me as your friend to them, not your fiancé. So lets break this relation, I m leaving Mumbai. Jasmeet is shocked and cries. Its morning, Devyaani tells Akshara that a patient needs medicines and dad called me to arrange the medicines.

Akshara says go, I will manage here. Deyvaani says you don’t do any work, I will come back soon and do everything. Akshara says I will tell to Bhabhimaa, you don’t worry. Akshara gets the guest list and calls the guests asking them to come on time. Akshara tells Bhabhimaa that Devyaani did not get the guest lists and she has not invited everyone. Bhabhimaa is shocked. Bau ji hears this. Bau ji says give me the list, I will call and invite them.

Raman sees jasmeet crying. She asks where did Anshu go. Jasmeet says Anshu left. Muskaan consoles her. She says we will do something. Bau ji says I have invited everyone. Akshara cross checks the arrangements. Akshara is tensed seeing less items. Girja says I also felt this is less, what can I say. Naitik says get the items. Girja says the shops are closed. Bau ji says we have invited everyone now. Devyaani comes and asks what happened.

Bau ji says its very less. Devyaani says I brought seeing the list, only we are there. Bhabhimaa says many people will come. Devyaani says I did not get any list. Akshara says you missed one list. Devyaani gets tensed. Akshara says its my mistake. Devyaani says no its my mistake. Bhabhimaa says how will we manage now. Akshara says we should not lose hope. Akshara’s family talks about Anshu. Akshara asks Maharaj to make anything else than milk product.

Everyone are shocked to see Anshu. Ananya hugs him. Kaki asks is everything fine. Anshu greets everyone. Rajshri asks are you fine, we missed you a lot. Ananya tells him that they have to go to Akshara’s house. Naitik comes to Akshara and helps her wear bangles. Akshara says I have much work. Bhabhimaa asks Akshara to walk slowly. Akshara says we need the milk to make few things. Devyaani says you are right.
