Mahhi Vij and Sarwar Ahuja in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

As a result of this, the show has in quick time topped the favourite list of the youth.

The creative team on the show will now bring a love story between a sexy actress and an underworld don.

Well, Yeh Hai Aashiqui will now see a love story which is inspired by the love story of sexy Bollywood actress Mandakini and the dreaded gangster with strong Bollywood connections, Dawood Ibrahim.

A reliable source tells us that the pretty looking Mahhi Vij will play the role of Mandakini while Sarwar Ahuja who was last seen in Hum Ne Li Hai.. Shapath will essay Dawood’s role. The shoot for this episodic will start soon.

When contacted, Sarwar confirmed saying, “Yes, I will be shooting for a story of Yeh Hai Aashiqui. However, I have no clarity on the role I will be playing as I am yet to get a brief.”
