1lb cream of wheat / 1 lb ghee /1 lb sugar /6oz grated ginger /2tins carnation milk /ground elychee .. Heat ghee and add cream of wheat to it ,parch the cream of wheat for like 25 mins on low to medium heat make sure and keep turning /on another pot add carnation milk to 1 cup of regular milk and bring to a boil / when you are done parching the cream of wheat add the boiled milk little by little and keep turning the mixture ,add the sugar /elychee/ground ginger and raisins and cherries optional and mix everything in and that’s about it … NB .. Some people add the sugar to the milk and boil it in but I like to add it in the mixture … Enjoy ! Also instead of cream of wheat u can use flour .Or you can use both together proportionately…

Massa has some really horrid daughters in-law . The worse one is Babita , you’ll know her 😀 . . She had encouraged her husband to try to rob his mother’s house , but he got caught and Massa had said that she knew who had instigated him . The only one who genuinely loves Massa there is her son Sattu . It’s moving along nicely 🙂 .
That witch from Kamla’s show , she is Pari’s step mom , but she’s also Pari’s mother’s younger sister , so that’s why she calls her Massi Ma . I spent 5 years hurting a good woman by staying with her but never fully choosing her.
I did want to be with this one. I really wanted to choose her. She was an exquisite woman, brilliant and funny and sexy and sensual. She could make my whole body laugh with her quick, dark wit and short-circuit my brain with her exotic beauty. Waking up every morning with her snuggled in my arms was my happy place. I loved her wildly.
Unfortunately, as happens with many young couples, our ignorance of how to do love well quickly created stressful challenges in our relationship. Before long, once my early morning blissful reverie gave way to the strained, immature ways of our everyday life together, I would often wonder if there was another woman out there who was easier to love, and who could love me better.
As the months passed and that thought reverberated more and more through my head, I chose her less and less. Every day, for five years, I chose her a little less.
I stayed with her. I just stopped choosing her. We both suffered.
Choosing her would have meant focusing every day on the gifts she was bringing into my life that I could be grateful for: her laughter, beauty, sensuality, playfulness, companionship, and so … much … more.
Sadly, I often found it nearly impossible to embrace – or even see – what was so wildly wonderful about her.
I was too focused on the anger, insecurities, demands, and other aspects of her strong personality that grated on me. The more I focused on her worst, the more I saw of it, and the more I mirrored it back to her by offering my own worst behavior. Naturally, this only magnified the strain on our relationship … which still made me choose her even less.
Thus did our nasty death spiral play itself out over five years.
She fought hard to make me choose her. That’s a fool’s task. You can’t make someone choose you, even when they might love you.
To be fair, she didn’t fully choose me, either. The rage-fueled invective she often hurled at me was evidence enough of that.
I realize now, however, that she was often angry because she didn’t feel safe with me. She felt me not choosing her every day, in my words and my actions, and she was afraid I would abandon her.
Actually, I did abandon her.
By not fully choosing her every day for five years, by focusing on what bothered me rather than what I adored about her, I deserted her.
Like a precious fragrant flower I brought proudly into my home but then failed to water, I left her alone in countless ways to wither in the dry hot heat of our intimate relationship.
I’ll never not choose another woman I love again.
It’s torture for everyone.
If you’re in relationship, I invite you to ask yourself this question:
“Why am I choosing my partner today?”
If you can’t find a satisfying answer, dig deeper and find one. It could be as simple as noticing that in your deepest heart’s truth, “I just do.”
If you can’t find it today, ask yourself again tomorrow. We all have disconnected days.
But if too many days go by and you just can’t connect with why you’re choosing your partner, and your relationship is rife with stress, let them go. Create the opening for another human being to show up and see them with fresh eyes and a yearning heart that will enthusiastically choose them every day.
Your loved one deserves to be enthusiastically chosen. Every day.

March 02, 13:53Parsad recipe guys …Tried and Tested…
1lb cream of wheat / 1 lb ghee /1 lb sugar /6oz grated ginger /2tins carnation milk /ground elychee .. Heat ghee and add cream of wheat to it ,parch the cream of wheat for like 25 mins on low to medium heat make sure and keep turning /on another pot add carnation milk to 1 cup of regular milk and bring to a boil / when you are done parching the cream of wheat add the boiled milk little by little and keep turning the mixture ,add the sugar /elychee/ground ginger and raisins and cherries optional and mix everything in and that’s about it … NB .. Some people add the sugar to the milk and boil it in but I like to add it in the mixture … Enjoy ! Also instead of cream of wheat u can use flour .Or you can use both together proportionately…
. Same method is required …

Went down to the house on the land people break in again, this time they went with the stove and the big Jake, people just plain wicked you know, now we have a water tank and a washing machine still for the owners to take, we made a report to the oropouche police, so more cleaning and see urine G, just imagine the removed the dead bolt we had on the steel door, scattered everything all over, docs from filing cabinet, people’s files all over the place, is real stress yes

February 17, 20:05You know Kris , I don’t know that actress who plays Massa , at all ; but she’s really good with her expressions . The lead guy’s name is Pearl ; strange Indian name .
Massa has some really horrid daughters in-law . In an earlier episode she had tied a rope around her neck and jumped and had to be taken to hospital because she heard them complaining bitterly about her . The worse one is Babita , you’ll know her 😀 . . She had encouraged her husband to try to rob his mother’s house , but he got caught and Massa had said that she knew who had instigated him . The only one who genuinely loves Massa there is her son Sattu . It’s moving along nicely 🙂 .
That witch from Kamla’s show , she is Pari’s step mom , but she’s also Pari’s mother’s younger sister , so that’s why she calls her Massi Ma . I’m not sure if Pari’s siblings share the same mother as her , I’m still figuring that out . Pari’s dad really loves his daughter though , but he’s a weak character , you’re right 🙂 , he does seem like a pushover.

Oh my sis did tell me she went to the same satsangh,
Them my friend father, Amaica you might know him, seenath from fyzo, the cinema people, tomorrow is funeral,

The news these days is just nightmarish ; grim reaper year indeed .
I seldom watch Ian Alleyne , but tonight I watched and saw police in uniform severely beating a man . I know that’s the norm , but I thought the dumb ass police would know better by now ; everyone has a camera phone .
Then we have that ridiculous mayor 😐 . I just feel like screaming the words of the old people ” lawd put ah hand ! ” . Imagine the mentality of that mayor , he was blaming the woman for getting murdered , suggesting that she brought it upon herself in some way .
The women activists protested ,in large numbers , and were opposed by 2 crazy looking PNMmites , who can’t even speak properly , defending the idiot mayor . They were loud and obnoxious and irrelevant and seemed so ignorant .
Remember when Rowley wined up on the 17 year old ? He himself has no respect for women . He insulted his wife openly but she just swallow that ” jus so ” . That girl could have been Rowley’s grandchild .
For the political campaign , he made these crass comments about Kamla saying his dog will deal with her cat . That man is disgusting .
Recently he was talking about how women these days don’t know how to peel cassava 😐 . Seriously !! I guess men in Trinidad don’t cook , we live in the Middle Ages and women alone must see about household duties . Furthermore , we came this far , to go back to the Amerindian days of depending on cassava .

Sometimes we have to be happy to have had what we had even though we lost it , we knew great people , like your brother in law Amaica , he sounds so genuine , the way he cared for his wife , and you knew such a man 🙂 , that’s amazing . Trinity’s parents had such a strong bond , it’s the kinda love that movies are based on .
Life gets overwhelming at times , there always seems to be something there trying to interrupt our joyful times . We cry we laugh we grieve but we keep on living . What else can we do ? We can’t give up ever .

They are always trying to one-up you. A real friend wouldn’t try to make you feel uncomfortable and they don’t compare, either. They’re always happy for each other.
6. They feed on drama
If your friend is constantly gossiping and backstabbing, they aren’t a real friend, or even a good person. Real friends are mature and act like adults.
7. You start to question yourself because of them
If friends in your life make you question yourself and your lifestyle, then leave them. Find friends that inspire and elevate you. Don’t lie to yourself; you know how you feel.

I spent 5 years hurting a good woman by staying with her but never fully choosing her.
I did want to be with this one. I really wanted to choose her. She was an exquisite woman, brilliant and funny and sexy and sensual. She could make my whole body laugh with her quick, dark wit and short-circuit my brain with her exotic beauty. Waking up every morning with her snuggled in my arms was my happy place. I loved her wildly.
Unfortunately, as happens with many young couples, our ignorance of how to do love well quickly created stressful challenges in our relationship. Before long, once my early morning blissful reverie gave way to the strained, immature ways of our everyday life together, I would often wonder if there was another woman out there who was easier to love, and who could love me better.
As the months passed and that thought reverberated more and more through my head, I chose her less and less. Every day, for five years, I chose her a little less.
I stayed with her. I just stopped choosing her. We both suffered.
Choosing her would have meant focusing every day on the gifts she was bringing into my life that I could be grateful for: her laughter, beauty, sensuality, playfulness, companionship, and so … much … more.
Sadly, I often found it nearly impossible to embrace – or even see – what was so wildly wonderful about her.
I was too focused on the anger, insecurities, demands, and other aspects of her strong personality that grated on me. The more I focused on her worst, the more I saw of it, and the more I mirrored it back to her by offering my own worst behavior. Naturally, this only magnified the strain on our relationship … which still made me choose her even less.
Thus did our nasty death spiral play itself out over five years.
She fought hard to make me choose her. That’s a fool’s task. You can’t make someone choose you, even when they might love you.
To be fair, she didn’t fully choose me, either. The rage-fueled invective she often hurled at me was evidence enough of that.
I realize now, however, that she was often angry because she didn’t feel safe with me. She felt me not choosing her every day, in my words and my actions, and she was afraid I would abandon her.
Actually, I did abandon her.
By not fully choosing her every day for five years, by focusing on what bothered me rather than what I adored about her, I deserted her.
Like a precious fragrant flower I brought proudly into my home but then failed to water, I left her alone in countless ways to wither in the dry hot heat of our intimate relationship.
I’ll never not choose another woman I love again.
It’s torture for everyone.
If you’re in relationship, I invite you to ask yourself this question:
“Why am I choosing my partner today?”
If you can’t find a satisfying answer, dig deeper and find one. It could be as simple as noticing that in your deepest heart’s truth, “I just do.”
If you can’t find it today, ask yourself again tomorrow. We all have disconnected days.
But if too many days go by and you just can’t connect with why you’re choosing your partner, and your relationship is rife with stress, let them go. Create the opening for another human being to show up and see them with fresh eyes and a yearning heart that will enthusiastically choose them every day.
Your loved one deserves to be enthusiastically chosen. Every day.
